Pav and Garth were excellent from the start they really knew what they were talking about and the bike fit didn’t seem like they were following a script as I had experience of with previous different bike fitters. I came to Vankru because of a knee injury which had been giving me problems for quite a few years however coming into the bike fit I didn’t think that much could be improved regarding my position but I was proven very wrong, and I wish I had visited them earlier. Pav noticed a quite serious discrepancy with my biomechanics which hadn’t been previously spotted by other medical professionals and from that they were able to work out what was causing my knee pain and adjust my position accordingly. Within a matter of rides after the bike fit I was feeling a lot better with much less pain and I’m so glad I went, can’t recommend and thank them enough for their help, if you’re in any doubt about going I would say just book a slot and you won’t regret it!

Don’t think of seeing anyone else for your bike fit. I’ve had a bike fit and cleat set up with Pawel. The difference it’s made to my comfort and power on the bike has been huge. Definitely the best investment you can make as a cyclist

Another exceptional visit to Vankru for a tune up by Garth. Saddle had dropped, and so was reset to bike fit specification, new cleats fitted and adjusted to eliminate foot pain and finished off with a pro-level bar tape wrap and finish. COVID safe environment with sanitiser and face masks.

Garths service was second to none, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my bike fit! The amount of work and detail that went into the session really was fantastic. Lots of adjustments and a few days after I am already loving the new position and new found comfort on my bike. Very friendly and welcoming…honestly couldn’t ask for more!!

I arrived for my precision bike with a mind that was all over the place in terms of what to expect, I had some issues with leg alignment and a few painful niggles here and there before being assessed by Mark. What I didn't realise was how thorough the whole assessment process would be, it was fantastic and worth every penny spent. When the whole session was over, I found that not only was my previous ride set up completely wrong, I was obviously riding wrong and a combination of both was causing stress and injury in in shoulders/wrists/hands/feet/back/knees, once the bike was re-set to my style/natural position, I was amazed at how many changes were needed. I had a classic bike fit with Mark who was very thorough and professional. He even sorted out a few problems with my front derailleur too! The proof is in the riding and so I went out for a long cycle today and the bike felt fantastic. It's well worth having a bike fit and I can highly recommend the friendly team at Vankru!

Excellent basic bike fit experience. I was fitted last minute (as requested) and the total service was invaluable. Vankru amended my ride height, stem length, pedal position which led to zero numbness and a hugely improved cycling experience. Prevention is better than a cure. 💯 Recommend for a keen cyclist who is out 2/3hrs a week.

I would highly recommend Vankru. Despite social distancing requirements and being a beginner, Mark made me feel at ease. He went through what would be achieved during the session and any concerns I had with my current set up. The adjustments Mark made to my bike have certainly paid off, the small knee niggle I felt has disappeared and I feel hugely confident now that my bike and I are correctly set up for future fun and adventures! Had a bike fit by Mark, Was having a few issues with back and legs was advised by my Osteopath to have a bike fit. Checked the internet and was impressed by others feedback. Was not disappointed, as a older cyclist need all the help I can get not only sorted my bike but loads of advise on exercise. The attention to detail was amazing and it doesn’t end there. Had email with my results Bike spec taken and stored and they are interested on my riding results. After first ride certainly can feel difference. Have to do few long rides to finally report back.
