Adrian is a miracle worker. He has straightened out both my injured knee and my back. I would have waited months or more likely years on NHS waiting lists. Health is priceless but his prices are more than reasonable given the results he provides.

I am an ultra runner, running 80+ miles per week, out of nowhere came an inside calf ache, this didn't improve with massage so I went to see Ade, after 2 sessions of Acupuncture and home exercises I am nearly ready to run again, it;s been a painful 2 months of not running, but I am feeling ready to go, Ade has stopped me running an ultra tomorrow, instead calmed me down and put me on a walk/run strategy. You can;'t go wrong with seeing Ade.

Adrian is an excellent physio therapist! I had been struggling with back and arm injuries through running and weight lifting. After my first session at core body clinic I felt like a new person and was able to get back to exercising, keeping me sane in lockdown. I had trouble with my 'leg' after i had been running a little more than usual. I had been following Core Body clinic on social media, and checked to see if they were seeing anyone in person due to the pandemic. It was so easy to make an appointment and I was seen very quickly thankfully. I felt safe through the whole process, Adrian ensured Covid guidelines were being adhered too and I immediately felt at ease. Adrian diagnosed my issue, after going through various checks I was given a programme to follow that I could do at home via an app. For me this was great as I had a visual of the excersises I was given so I didnt forget (easy to forget at my age) I had a follow up appointment 4 weeks on and found the excersises worked a treat, Adrian gave me further excersises again via the app and instructions on the day. I didn't have to stop running which was really importantto me..... I woud not hesitate to call or email Adrian again if I needed to see a physio .... Many thanks Adrian

Went to Core body clinic Mumbles with injured wrist. I saw physio Adrian Wagstaff, who diagnosed what was wrong with wrist. And had appropriate treatment over multiple sessions. I would highly recommend Core body clinic if you need to see a physio, and get expert advice for your injury.

I was suffering with a long-standing shoulder problem relating to rotator cuff. I could barely lift my arm and sought help. Mr Wagstaff is approachable and professional and quickly identified the problem and provided appropriate treatment and exercises to perform at home. After 3 visits my problem has disappeared and I am back lifting heavy weights with no repercussions! I am delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Wagstaff to anyone.

Not just a Physiotherapist Adrian is a Physio specialist from pelvic health to sports physio to musculokeletal. He is one of those physios that other physios refer their " tough " patients to for a second opinion. A real addition to The Mumbles area as you haven't got another physio to look after you but another top physio specialist.

I would like to say that before I went to the core clinic I was having trouble with my right arm which was giving me a lot of pain ,but after a few sessions at the clic and carrying out exercises have regained all movement.
