I saw Paul with a chronic case of hamstring tendinopathy, I was hobbling around, in some pain and unable to do my usual activities. At the first appointment I found his home consulting room clean and comfortable and Paul very friendly and welcoming. He properly diagnosed the issue and gave some initial treatment. Further appointments and daily exercises advised by Paul in between meant I made excellent progress and my condition was effectively cured much faster than I expected. Paul's diagnosis, treatment and follow up exercises did the job. His friendly yet professional approach and his advice and communication pre and post appointments was also great. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking treatment for any soft tissue injury.

I was very relaxed being treated by Paul as he is friendly and we had a good chat about various sports. I was having lower back pain for well over 6 months , I originally went to a chiropractor for about 5 sessions , it did not help at all and was paying £40 for less than ten minutes work !! In Sep-2020, I came to PF with a shoulder injury. I Had received chiropractic treatment over a two year period (~100 sessions), with no major improvement. Within 2 sessions, I could lift my arms above my shoulder without pain. I woke up without aches from lying on my shoulder, and I could carry my children again. Within 4 sessions, I could exercise more effectively. I recover from strenuous exercise instead of being plagued by it. PF is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and have recommended him to friends who have sports-related injuries.

I’ve never suffered with a back bad before and suddenly one day my back hurt and I could hardly move. I went to see Paul and didn’t know what to expect. But he was lovely. Explained everything he was going to do and why, although it hurt to even touch, I knew there would be no pain without gain. I saw him three times in total and not only did he get me mobile again, but I enjoyed going and having a laugh with him. Highly recommended.
