Nick is an amazing therapist with phenomenal knowledge, which he applies to all clients. He does thorough assessments to ensure he's treating the cause and looking at the whole picture. He is interested in his clients and demonstrates this throughout the session, not just when questioning about pain or injury. Nick's treatments are well balanced and his knowledge means that you get a good physical treatment, as well as advice on self care (stretches/exercises) which you don't always get from other therapists. Go to Nick with your physical fitness/health goals and he will set realistic and measurable targets which he will support you to reach. If you want a tailored treatment from a down to earth, personable sports therapist, Nick's the therapist for you!

Thank you to Nick from TiME Clinics! Nick quickly found the source of my Tennis Elbow and within 2 sessions had sorted it! I do a lot of resistance training, so I now go once a month to prevent any other injuries. Would highly recommend
