P. N.I can not recommend Ruth highly enough. In January I had an extremely painful frozen shoulder which I could hardly move. I first met Ruth at the end of January and by early April thanks to Ruth's knowledge and skill I was pain free, able to sleep again and had almost fully movement restored. The rest is down to me to keep the exercise regime going. Ruth was kind and caring to me and is a skilled practitioner. If I have need of a physio again it will be Ruth who I contact.
