Our experience with Pizza Hut in Aberdeen has been lovely! We were welcomed in even when all other eating places had closed in the shopping mall. Manager Maciej has been very kind to also inform us about 2 pizzas for 1 on Tuesday offer! Overall the pizza quality was good and we were happy customers! Definitely returning back due to the high customer service.

Great food and great service, but I won't be back and will advise anyone with young children to avoid until this issue is addressed. I went with my partner and her 9yo daughter recently, and after our delicious food I went to the toilet. While standing at the urinal, I became aware that if someone came in while I was mid pee or "shaking off" and any women or girls happened to walk past at the same time, they would have a completely unobstructed view of any man fully exposed. I raised this concern later with my partner and felt I had to raise it with you. I have young children of my own and I certainly won't be bringing them there until it's dealt with no matter how good the food and service is. I trust you will address this concern sooner rather than later. Thanks. Stephen.

Forgot how good dining in at pizza hut is. Was a last minute choice for a get together. The food was amazing and the choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is great. The waitress was super and went above and beyond to answer any questions about Gluten. There is a great choice of gluten-free items. Would definitely recommend 👌

Great little place and everything was spot on. Drawings with crayons for the kids straight away. Table service offered still even with QR codes service available. Good range on salad bar and the pizzas a d sides came out a perfect temperature to eat without burning your lips. Wait or was very good, cheerful, polite and made the experience Top notch, as a single mum with 4 young boys it really makes the difference,his name is Nathan and he is an assent to Pizza Hut.

Was once ages ago and I like it. It's nice friendly stuff. Tables are fine with size but a bit small space of sitting area it's to thin for thin people like me haha, but any was tables are nice and yeah I can say the sitting area it is comfortable. I love pizza I was for buffet and I like it, I had chance to try more than one pizza 🍕 slice haha, I just didn't like it that plastic cups 🥤 for water 💦, they looks terrible bad, the salads wasn't looks bad, but could looks better, but I like it what I had was sweetcorn haha. I will back definitely more for buffet time.

myself and 3 friends had a great experience at pizza hut union square this had alot to do with the waiter we had to be honest I have forgotten his name the most I know is it started with a D and he usually works at the beach boulevard pizza hut. he was extremely welcoming and polite throughout our stay, he had Impecible customer service and was just all around one of the best servers we have ever had he always made sure we where enjoying our meal and didn't have any queries or questions , he was also extreamly patient and kind when we where splitting the bill a very awkward way. Great experience all thanks to him!

They have a whole Gluten Free menu My 8-year-old daughter is GF, and so this is a huge benefit and really makes her day. They do the all you can eat buffet with a decent range and the unlimited salad bar and drinks. The service is also great. My only criticism is the ice cream bar that used to be so much better with smarties, dolly mixture and more. Now the only toppings are coloured crystallised sugary bits. The children didn't complain though.

Nicely laid out. Very friendly staff. We were last in and no pressure to leave. In a good location near the station on one side and the ferry to Shetland and located close to many famous shops. Food quality was as expected.

This place is great, they have a nice selection of pizzas and have really nice staff, they have a vegan and gluten free menu and the base for the gluten free pizza is great. The price for the food is good and wait times are alright.
