Great experience. Randomly came across on our visit to Belfast and would highly recommend. Had the bbq chicken plate and mozerella sticks. All fab. Great kids menu and prices. Nice open kitchen and great staff. Especially the woman who served us (I think the receipt said RACH but it was the brunette girl who is going to The Palace for the jubilee celebrations). Great food, atmosphere and attentive staff. Keep up the good work.

Great food and great ambience, the service was quick and on point, did not have to wait long even with it been almost full, they put attention to detail and check everything before serving. Vegan and vegetarian options are out of this world!!!!! Being a vegetarian, it's not the norm to find options on a menu that isnt exclusively vegetarian or vegan but there were so many! So many that I am going to have to come back to try the rest of the options. I ordered the chicken less nuggets as an appetizer, mmmmmmm and then the beet burger. Oy my goodness!!! It was perfect!!!! The texture, it was moist, it was definitely a heavenly experience!! The manager, Dylan, welcomed me and the server, Rachel did an excellent job. The service surely matched the food, and the food was really THAT good! Definitely a must visit for vegan and veg dinners!!

A wonderful little place with Italian-American diner cuisine. Staff will pay good attention to each table and bring things as soon as they can Price is very reasonable for what you get, I'd not say cheap nor expensive. The food is quite good here, makes for a wonderful dinner however where you'll experience the best of it is in the desert. The vanilla New York style cheesecake with caramel sauce and chocolate crisps simply had amazing flavour. I'd reccomend it to anyone that goes into this establishment.

A family friendly American-style diner. The menu consists of pizzas, pastas and grilled meats. Everything in staunchly American. From the available beers to the staff who do the typical american "is everything OK?" However, the food is incredibly overpriced for what it's worth. Had a good meal, but I don't want to know what the bill looks like for a family.

Great staff it was so busy and I had made a booking on the wrong day by mistake. The staff ask us to wait and they would try to fit us in. They did and what great service we received . Was in yesterday for my birthday our server Marie was great crack, good to feel a bit of normality, very attentive not only to the tables she seemed to be looking after but seemed to make time for whoever needed a hand. Had lunch in here for the first time today. I was greeted by a lovely guy, very friendly. Very nice looking restaurant and a great menu with loads of options. Got sat down straight away as well so service was faster than I'm use to. Everything was excellent, so I expected the food to be as well, unfortunately the food is very ordinary.. I had a cheeseburger and bacon and cheese fries and my partner had a BBQ pizza, we did finish it all. So, it was worth the money because it is good value. I just feel like the food could be better quality.

One of my favourite places to visit for lunch or dinner. Without fail the service has been great. The one time I had an issue with a booking for a large party the staff looked after us in a manner I would consider as above and beyond. Every time I bring my son they are always attentive and make him feel as welcome as anyone else. Final note, the chicken wings with Nashville hot sauce are some of the best in the city and I always enjoy their cocktails. Definitely recommend.

Came here today for an impromptu lunch. What an amazing experience!!! I was greeted at the door by Tasha, who welcomed me with a warm smile and really seemed as if she cared about me and my experience in the restaurant. We got chatting as she asked about allergies and my food preferences. She recommended some dishes for me to consider. Marie was my main server and she was also amazing!!! She was so knowledgable and friendly. Was able to suggest some dishes after asking some simple questions. I eat out quite regularly in a variety of different locations around the world and I have to say, the experience I had today was by far the best I have had. Marie and Tasha both are a true asset to Frankie and Benny’s and I hope they are treated as such. 5* all the way.

The food here is soo good. And the menu has a lot to pick from; pasta, burgers, pizza and more. Free refills! The prices are reasonable and you get your moneys worth. The seats are comfortable, tables are always clean and the music makes the atmosphere really chill. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind and they make sure you never wait long for your order.

Being a lactose intolerant, I am always grateful to see vegan food as I know that the food will not have dairy in. Everyone in the meal enjoyed the food apart from the garlic bread. Amazing decor and an outstanding atmosphere with fantastic quirks and subtle niceties from the contemporary wall photos to the niche display cabinets. While the service is good (one drink spilt and replaced free of charge) some waiters appear impatient and while standard, an additional group £15 service charge really was not justified. However on the actual culinary front the food while on the whole fantastic at times lacks the quality you would expect for such prices asked and the pizzas a little too thin and a little cooler than preferable. However that does not include all the foods available others of which, were extraordinary including the almost everything especially the range of deserts which were second to none, pies, brownies, ice cream and much more. While a unique experience with great food there could be found better for less.

I don't think I'll rush back! I ordered the steak and fries which, when it arrived wasn't cooked to the way I'd asked. I'd asked for medium rare, and it was too well done. The onion rings were completely saturated in fat. The fries......wow, I couldn't get my fork into them, as they were solid. My daughter had ordered the chicken breast, which again was cooked far too long. It was dry, and watching her try to cut it, I was about to ask her if she needed my steak knife. For the money I paid, I'll definitely not be back in a hurry.

We visited the Victoria Centre Frankie & Benny's during a group work lunch. In the pre-planning stages the staff were excellent. During the meal itself the staff were, again excellent! Im coeliac and this place was a great find. Delicious food and they have gluten free sticky toffee pudding on the menu! Can't wait to go back! Update: Went back in August 2020, food is still delicious and the gluten free menu is still awesome but their covid measures need to be improved so I've reduced stars from 5 star to 3 stars. We looked through the window and were happy to see that they were only seating people at alternate tables to allow for social distance which was great. The greeting staff at the door was wearing a face shield which was also great. It was only once we had sat down and had taken off our own masks that we realised no other staff were wearing masks. There obviously can't be 2 m distance when someone delivers food so this sort of ruined our enjoyment of our meal. We just got main courses and left quickly. It's a pity but it's something they could quickly fix.

We went tonight 2/8/18 The food was well cooked all 4 meals and starter was nice and good we had 4 great afters. The staff couldn't do Moor to make our stay happy. The manger covered our bill for over £100 This was the night before we went at 8.30 and they have to have kids out by 9pm.this is the law in Ireland put we were not told when booking. So all we can say thank you to the manger and staff.

Afternoon lunch with granddaughter, I had a lovely salmon salad with diced sweet potato, absolutely delicious, granddaughter had classic cheeseburger with fries which she really enjoyed, (clean dish), followed by a very large chocolate fudge obsession, this is the girl who didn't want pudding until she saw this on menu. We asked the waitress and she said that its a bit late for breakfast as they started lunch. She came back with bk menu and we ordered our food. The breakfast was lovelt. As a chef I know that it's a pain for chefs when they start brunch or Lunch to do breakfast. So we did appreciate indeed the fact that they still served it to us fresh. We also got some cheeseburger balls take away and that sauce was amazing and everything. We will definetly come back here if we ever back in Belfast. I wish we could discover this place sooner. With 4 of us coming to Belfast to meet the other 4, the consensus was Frankie & Benny's in the Victoria Center in Belfast for a casual dinner before going over to the Waterfront. 3 Good Reasons: 1/GLUTEN FREE MENU. ~2/ DISABLED ACCESS. ~3/IT'S VERY HANDY! Service for 8 people all wanting different drinks & meals was really excellent and everything arrived within minutes from 1st meal to last ! Even when a couple of items from the Side-menu were asked for - after the main orders - they arrived much faster than many Fast Food could've managed, and were all properly done & with enough for everyone ! Prices, Food quality, Service and Atmosphere were well worth wandering around & about the Victoria Centre. I would highly recommend for a 'meal break' during a Shopping trip to the Centre and, after the rushing around the Shops, there is a nice feeling of Not Being 'rushed through your meal and out the door' ! UNLIKE quite a few "High-end" Eateries in Belfast, where 'Fancy decor' and 'High Prices' make up for NO seating room ! *1 Complaint Everyone had (and Has !) ONE Single, Over And Above All "Complaint" !!! The Biggest Complaints are about the Absolutely Ridiculous fPriceor Parking !! >> Because it was after 7pm there's some Very Scarce 'On Street' Parking -and being Disabled, I'm fortunate enough to warrant a Blue Badge. But watching the dangerous types of driving people were ah seeing a possible Parking Space, were in was a Sign of the dreadfullyengaged Selfish and people driving were goingĺ to, in order to Avoid the Victoria Center car parking extortion ! In fact one of my daughters worked out that over a certain period of time, it would be Cheaper to Pay a Parking Fine than Pay for Parking !!
