Amazing quality pizza, feels very authentic and clean. 50% pizza at the moment with the app, really appreciate our waitress telling us how to get this offer! Our Portuguese waitress was absolutely fantastic and made us laugh. Really recommend downloading the app before going as signal can be tricky in the venue.

My best friend and I visited this evening for dinner after never having been to Pizza Express before. Our food and drinks were out of this world, but the real star was our waiter - Douglas. He was the most caring, lovely, and kind waiters - if not people! - ever and his customer service was incredible. He is a huge credit to your company and a genuinely great man! Wonderful staff, nothing too much trouble. Went with my daughter, granddaughter after a trip to the sea life by the beach. Had a pizza, mixed salad, raw slaw & dough balls. My granddaughter who is nearly 11 months was so good, tried pizza but absolutely loved the dough balls. Would definitely go back

Pizza express branch at Bh2 is our most favourite not only because they make the best Pizza in town, the staff is very welcoming and friendly throughout. Being Vegan is not always easy but Pizza express has its own Vegan menu which makes it difficult to choose from. Easy parking in the park house right underneath.

Went here on Friday night as everywhere else we tried was fully booked. Had bruschetta and chicken ceaser salad with no achiovies I don't like them. it was nice the food. Service could be a bit better no very attentive if they cleared are plates earlier we would have got a pudding but we needed to get booked in to see our concert at the bic.

Really nice place for a casual meal. Not fine dining but definitely feels classier than places like TGI Fridays. You know what you get with pizza express pretty reliable tasty food. Personally I wish they had a better range of pasta but then again they are called pizza express... So the clue's in the name. My experience from going multiple times is that it's a nicer restaurant than the one on post office road. More convenient for cinema. This felt more like a place for couples although there are big tables for groups. You can also sit out in the foyer of BH2 if u want to escape the restaurant noise. But sitting out is too bright for me. I like evening meals to be lower lighting. Service was pretty good. Nothing that blew my mind but friendly and attentive. I would say the lights above the tables are too bright. They are just very intense and unnecessary. I would go back.

Usual lovely Pizza friendly staff,although no matter how lovely the pizza,I always feel this particular fast food is very over priced.We generally only go when we have enough Tesco vouchers to spend,which I suspect many other people do.A medium and a large pizza plus a salad bowl plus two cokes.Best part of £40.

What a great evening. We took our son, at his request, for his birthday meal. We had contacted the restaurant in the morning to see if we could bring in a birthday cake for him, to be brought our when we finished our meal. They said that they would and it was no problem at all. We were greeted when we arrived and the cake taken from us. The place was busy but we were served very promptly. The food was extremely tasty and there were clean plates from all us. When we had all finished, as promised, our son's birthday cake was brought out, with candles, along with the whole restaurant singing happy birthday. What a moment. Our son loved it!! A special shout out to Nicole who was superb. Highly recommended!

While I was visiting Bornemouth I was taken to your Pizza express and was warmly surprised at the lovely service by not only by our waiter but by everyone there. And the food didn't let me down either. So A big Thank You.

Good food unfortunately the service was a little lacking starter wasn’t cleared before I received my main but they did give me a free coffee hence the extra star. Unfortunately too very long to get the bill despite it being very quiet lots of staff just standing around ended up paying cash after they had problems with the card machine. Hopefully just a bad day for them and next time things will be better
