I. D.My young daughter really enjoyed it here. We managed to book at the last minute for a w hour time slot (unsure if the time slots are specifically for covid restrictions or it's always like that). I booked on facebook messenger, unsure if there are other ways to book?
The staff were very friendly and everything was reasonably priced.
Hand sanitizer available to use and the track and trace system in place.
Lovely baby/small toddler area and a nice area for the older children. I would say though that older kids (8+) may not be as entertained as the younger ones.
We had a great time and will definitely return soon.
J. O.Our children always have a nice time here. We also had our son's birthday here recently. The staff were happy and helpful as usual. The food for the kids was spot on. And us grown-ups enjoyed the pizza!
H. L.What a gem. Found them on Google the morning of the visit - messaged them on FB at 7.30am to enquire about spaces for 9.30am and had a response straight away to be booked in. Greeted with a smile and explanation of how it all works. My kids are 3&4 and it was big enough to keep them occupied but small enough they could go on on their own so I was able to enjoy a hot cuppa! Lovely staff, really clean, reasonably priced food. Thank you for giving a mum a break! 😁
V. H.You have to book to go here. There are 2 session one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Nice and spacious. Lovely and clean, friendly staff. However, there was not much there to keep my 16 month old nephew occupied... I think it's better for older children who don't have to be supervised as much. Also, think there needs to be more choice on the kid's menu... not every kid eats the same.
S. N.I really love this place, it's very clean, I love the minimum numbers and booking system it's so much better and not over crowded and kids can enjoy their time there better. Cheap and cheerful too, the whole tab and pay at the end is a great idea also. Staff are lovely. Great place for the kids
L. C.It was ok. Only 3 people working on the day we went and it was still table service 😒 1 boy was running around on his own taking and delivering orders, while 2 people were behind the counter. So if we just wanted a drink we had to wait till someone came to the table. We waited over and hour for a pizza, baguette , nuggets and chips. But our daughter enjoyed playing here as its a perfect size for her because she's autistic so it isnt so open for her, so would definitely return

C. E.Very clean place, 2 sections one for baby and one for older children. Entry fee is cheap but they ask you don't take your own food and drink and get food from there cafe which isn't too bad. Disabled and baby changing facilities are good and plenty of high chairs. Would be perfect for toddlers birthday party which they accommodate for. Only down side is the gaps where no one can get to between the soft play sections that are netted off are a little dusty but I guess that can't be helped as no one can get there to clean.
A. P.What a wonderful place this is for babies to adults! It has it all, lovely coffee, snacks and meals too, all very affordable. Always clean and lots of fun with happy, smiling, friendly staff. I cannot recommend highly enough.
