One of my 'go tos' if I'm in an u familiar location!
Good food and service!!
T.Having been Pizza Express customers for years we decided to spend our Saturday evening here and set off from the other side of town noting that this location was advertised as being open until 11pm.
We arrived at 9:52pm and were told that, sorry but we couldn’t come in as they’d stop allowing walk ins 7 minutes earlier and to go elsewhere. There were plenty of empty tables and given this was over an hour before closing time this didn’t sit right. After looking online I could see that bookings were still available for that evening and we pointed this out and were then ‘allowed’ in!
Thankfully once we were in the service was charming and the food was of a good standard.
K. H.We ate here last night as a family of 5 - it was ridiculously busy, felt like the whole of Brighton was in Pizza Express! But the staff were fantastic - every one of them helpful and smiling. Our waitress Lily was new but we wouldn’t have known if she hadn’t mentioned it. She was kind and attentive. There were some delays with our main course purely due to how busy they were but she noticed before we raised it and went to check and came back with an update that turned out to be accurate. When we asked for water it came - often restaurants forget things like this even when not busy. As soon as the people on the table next to us left, they immediately sorted out moving it over for us to have more space as promised. And everything was done by Lily and her colleagues with a smile and as if it was no effort at all despite how unbelievably busy it was. Well done Pizza Express Brighton!
J. R.We had the best service at this restaurant on Saturday 11th June. We arrived early for our large table so the set us up outside for drinks. Nothing was too much bother for them. We then went in and had my nephews 11th birthday dinner and our waiter (Damien) was just great. Fantastic customer service and great fun. Damien made our evening even more fun! Will definitely go back
m. t.Amazing service with staff so friendly and caring. Probably one of the best sevice in Brighton Restaurants. The menu has quite wide spread, quite a few options for vegan and vegetarians too. Location is also really good, 5 mins walk from the pier. You can find tables for even bigger groups. We were a group of 9 including kids. Highly recommended.
A. P.A little bit in love with the Brighton pizza express. The pizza is verrrry good and there's this absolute babe working there who helped me with my delivery order twice now. Just one thing, PE - please put the amaretto dessert on the official delivery menu. It's so good & I'll order it every time. If you're worried it'll be messy in the takeaway box, don't be; you could blend it for all I care :)
