Had high expectations of the restaurant based on the good reviews but was a bit disappointed. The deep fried whitebait wasn’t bad though, but the lasagna was definitely not for me. Overall it was at most average (if not slightly below) Italian food for me.

I visited here after three hours long walk and I was so tired, but this restaurant took my tiredness away because there was so relaxing and cozy atmosphere! Thanks for friendly staffs and delicious Italian food, my trip to Brighton became memorable one. Thank you!

Very nice Italian food and very reasonable. Three course meal for around £35 (without wine). Classic Italian, packed in, waitress rushing around serving the whole floor while arguing with the slow men. Totally Italian. Wonderful.

Randomly came across lovely place during our trip to Brighton. It was so cosy in there, and at 3pm ish it was not busy at all and we were welcomed and served straight away. Not an exaggeration, the best garlic bread was probably the best I've ever had!! The pasta dishes we had were also delicious. We really wanted to try the tiramisu but were way too full!

My wife and myself went there last night for our 10th Anniversary meal, the service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very good, when we walked in it felt very authentic and the food came out prompt and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect date night restaurant, and the chocolate challenge cake was out of this world 😂

Went there yesterday with my sister and my niece and nephew. Small Sicilian Italian family restaurant, open all afternoon; food excellent and despite the rush of customers at 5-ish (!) the staff were unflappable and lovely. I might well come here for dinner before my next visit to the Komedia or the theatre.

Wow! Had a fab breakfast so came back for dinner. Amazing spaghetti arrabiatta, really fresh herby flavour. Service was very friendly and considerate of dietary requirements, gluten free pasta available. Fabulous chocolate cake and espresso to finish. Honestly, the best traditional Italian meal I have ever had (I'm 52 and have had many Italian meals)

Saturday night 6:30pm and we didn’t have a reservation but sneaked in to the last unbooked table! We brought our own beer (BYOB) and the waitress uncorked and poured it for us! (Fancy beer has corks- 3Fonteinen) The food came out efficiently, and was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is homey, Italian, but not overbearing and stuffy. We finished the night off with tiramisu! The bill total was £32 with the corkage charge and service- incredibly reasonable- would recommend 100% of the time every time! Very nice servers and owners!!

Very lovely : Popped in last night for a coffee, but it's so good we came back for breakfast this morning. Very good veggie breakfast - filling and delicious, the surprise is grilled courgette. Very nice coffee (yes they do have decaf), and a tart with pine nuts just rounded out breakfast (!)

Owner was friendly and inviting, ordered ravioli (good) but sauce tasted like plain passata, spaghetti Siciliana was good for the price, garlic bread ok, calamari was fresh a little extra seasoning wood finish it off. Add one beer moretti, one limonata and £48. Overcharged by at least £4. Waitress was friendly. Check your bill. Accidentally left a bottle of water not consumed or bought at cafe. Went back and the other waitress was rude, said we left and threw it out, this was 3 mins after leaving. Ok but not a go back for me.

I can't believe some of these reviews.....if I had not eaten here several times myself, then I would probably have been put off trying this lovely friendly little restaurant. It's reasonably priced, has a great atmosphere, and you can take your own wine...what more could you want. We have never been disappointed!

We frequently go to Si Signore as it is near, welcoming and excellent, and on Saturday we had 23 friends for a school reunion from all over the world and Si Signore did us proud - great food as ever, speedily served, happy and obliging waiter, Ash, and a very good time was had by all. Can't wait to do it again!
