Popped in for a Sunday lunch with my family. Lovely new interior and very clean. Seated promptly and politely by the waitress. A good choice of food and drink on the menu. I'd reccomend the BBQ Chicken wings and Full rack of ribs with plenty of meat on them. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. Excellent food, Brilliant staff and pleasant surroundings. Would reccomend and visit again.

Had an amazing dinner party with my colleagues last night. We booked for 16 but ended up being 20 and that was easily accomodated with no drama. Food was plenty and very tasty + such an amaxing surprise a chocolate pudding was brought in front of me with "Good Luck" written on it for my leaving do. So positively impressed!!!! Loved it

Came here 2 nights in a row while staying at opposite Travelodge for a veterinary conference. Served by different staff each night. All staff very friendly. Meals came out quick, hot and tasty. Can't fault. Will come back if ever in area again

I haven't been for many years but took my 9yr old today for her birthday dinner (her choice) after being told drinks were included in a offer I'd paid for upfront. Told free to attempt to charge me 8£ for 2 cokes. Sickening when a 2litre bottle costs 2quid n try charging 4quid for 200ml pml. I'm glad I got the 2 for 1 meal n desserts but definitely wasn't worth the prices they charge. Food was nice enough, just not as good as I remember it and the fact the restaurant was almost empty says it all. But the staff couldn't be faulted, polite friendly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Meal was out very fast too

Great place for food and drinks especially on match days. Visited here today for a children's birthday party. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Service is quick in a clean, tidy and well run establishment. Parking is free up to 2 hours but remember to register your car inside for an extra 2 hours

Went with the family on a Groupon deal. The food was good, nothing special but nice enough for a chain diner. Personally, I'd like to see a bit more authentic American/Italian food but that's my preference. I had the Classic Burger with fries (pictured below) and the New York cheese cake with salted caramel sauce, the wife had a salad and daughter a 10" pizza. We had a good time and the staff were friendly as always.

Enjoyed a family meal last night at Frankie and Benny's (Pride Park, Derby). We booked a table for 8pm and upon arrival was taken to our table promptly. Throughout our visit staff we're very friendly and polite making sure we we're satisfied with our meal. I noticed the menu had changed since our last visit to a Frankie and Benny's. The staff we're very helpful in explaining the food available and similar options to what we previously enjoyed. I was quite surprised at the amount of food on the plate on arrival at the table, which was great value considering we had a 50% off voucher as well. It was also piping hot making the meal very enjoyable. I would recommend a visit to this branch of Frankie and Benny's and will certainly return in the future. A big thank you to the servers who made our visit enjoyable.

Had a very nice lunch here with friends. What really made the meal for us was our server, Olivia - she was smiley and friendly the whole time, patient when we took ages making up our minds ordering (group of 9 with 4 kids), interacted really nicely with the children when they spoke to her, and kept an eye on whether we needed anything without ever interrupting or being intrusive. She just had a really nice manner, and we had a lovely experience thanks to her being really good at her job. Thank you Olivia!

Enjoyed my birthday meal here last night. Very quick service and friendly staff. The burger I had was really nice. The Cajun one I can't remember the exact name but it's one of the new ones, massive burger the burger was really thick and meaty and so much flavour. The sweet potato fries were a bit soft and limp but the burger made up for it. I wanted the mint sundae but was told no mint choc balls so I opted for the choc brownie sundae instead, was really nice although not much ice cream to it but was okay. Waitress was lovely and staff in general were great. Thank you

Enjoyed it as always, but i will say chicken wings have changed? Not the same as before dropping them in the frier and then spraying sauce all over is not exactly what they served before... Not as 'sticky' as they are usually. I get that everywhere is looking for chefs currently due to the shortage, however a little care and attention should be acheived with only 4 tables inside.

We booked late yesterday afternoon for 7 people and arrived to a nice table reserved for us that was actually a good size for 7. Our waiter was George and he was brilliant as were the whole team from what I could see. It was a very busy Saturday night but the service was kept up at all times. To have someone that seems to genuinely want to ensure you have a good experience is rare and so thanks to George for being so spot on and the team. The food was good drinks quite pricey but thats the price you pay if you want to eat here. The Vegan and Veggie menus were also excellent loads of choice. A really enjoyable meal

Great service, great food. Like all Frankie & Benny's, you know what to expect with the decor and atmosphere. Always nice and relaxed, sometimes it's a little loud, but this one hit it just right. It was a busy night anyway, but we weren't left waiting at all. Again, the staff timed the delay between giving us menus to asking for our order just right. The food (bbq chicken burgers, a child's pizza and children's trio of burgers) was all good. Hot/ warm and tasty. The waiter chose his targets well as we have a 7 year old and 5 year old and when it came to clearing away our plates, he brought them tubs of slime. Then ice cream arrived and as these empty dishes were removed he added "and please help yourself to a balloon". My kids response? BEST DAY EVER. Would go back. 🤗

We eat out quite a lot but I was the only one out of our party of 5, that had never been here! I went to a different f & b about 12 years ago but can't remember much about it and that's the only time I've ever been previously! I will definitely be returning!!! For what I thought would be just a run of the mill meal, I was very impressed! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were very well looked after by a friendly chap called George. Nothing was too much trouble! We all enjoyed our meal and the pizza that I had, was delicious and up there with ones I had in Italy! Outstanding service and food!!

Just great! Yes, it’s a franchise/chain, yes it’s very typical, yes it’s overtly Italian/American but we love it. The food is always fantastic, the staff are very professional and attentive, we go to F&B almost every other weekend now, I think we’ve earned the title of regulars Breakfast is the meal of choice for us, the pancakes, syrup and fried chicken is both a surprise and a delight, you really should try it. The stacker is another great choice but the eggs typically are where it’s at, creamy hollandaise, tasty salmon, fluffy pancakes, just great. Really recommend if you are in the area (like church on Sunday morning), you can be seated quickly and served promptly and we always have a lovely time. Great staff, great food, great location, what more do you need?

This was OK. I've been here before and it's not as good as it was. I ordered the dough balls.... They were horrible. Like musket balls with flavourless butter. I asked the waiter to be sat in a booth.... He sat us in at a table... Obviously not listening. Didn't even explain the drinks offer. The rest of the food was OK.

On a weekend visit to Derby I was pleased to see Frankie & Benny's still open. All Covid-19 requirements were in place. Staff were welcoming and friendly but overall the restaurant was really quiet. Food was OK - hot and reasonably tasty but fairly typical of a High Street brand.

Fantastic lunch for the whole family. My boys ate off the childrens menu which was very good value for money, they had a main 2 sides a drink and a pudding all for £7.99. Having pizza, chicken chunks, chips, corn on the cob, garlic bread. And they really enjoyed it. My oldest said it's his new favourite restaurant. The pizzas were so good, really well made and very tasty. My sister has milk allergies so she ordered the Veggie vegan pizza which she really enjoyed and was very impressed by the dairy free icecream for pudding. Great plate sizes, very tasty, fantastic service, very clean. All in all a great meal and we will definitely be dining here again

Its Frankie and Benny's. Its a chain and its what you'd expect from a chain. Food is acceptable, so OK in that arena. In my experience the service is hit and miss, but on this occasion, our server was fantastic. Lovely lady. Had the patience with the 2 kids in our party and was most accommodating. Parking is easy as its next to the football ground and DW sport place. Remember to put your reg number in the machine in the restaurant, as otherwise you'll get a ticket. Download the app whilst you're there and its got money off voucher codes, so worth 2 mins to check it out.

When I last went they got my order wrong, ordered a doubled up burger and got handed a single. They said they'll get it fixed and was left waiting for 10mins whilst others at my table were halfway through their meal already. 10 mins later their fix was handing me the other patty on a plate, and having me sort out their mistake by fixing the burger myself. So at this point i had a burger which had gone a bit cold and a fresh hot patty which didn't mix very well. Wasn't too busy when i went, and my friends who also ordered doubled up burgers got theirs correctly which confused me. However, the other food apart from the burger tasted quite good and the staff were quite friendly other then this mix-up. Free parking is always a nice bonus, and the decor and seating was also nice.

Had a nice breakfast here this morning. Was lured in by the two breakfasts for £10 served until midday, which turned out to be quite misleading. The only advertised exclusion from the offer is steak and eggs, however the New England breakfast is also not included. The poster also mentions "unlimited tea and coffee" which I assumed was included in the price however we were each charged for the first cup.2x Traditional Breakfasts, 2x coffee and 2x tea cost £14.20. The waitress could also have been more friendly.

Their cocktails also don't look very nice and definitely not good value for money.
