Pizza Hut Restaurant, a place to visit if you're hungry. Very good pizza, friendly service, you can have a nice time there. A large pizza, beer or other drink will be enough for two adults in the price of a salad bar ... the price is about 30 pounds

Restaurant was nice and clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. We had the buffet lunch and at £8.99 an adult and £8.99 for a child with icecream and bottomless drinks it was worth every penny (kids £5.99 without icecream and drinks). All you can eat pizza/salad and pasta.

Been to many different Pizza Hut stores over the years, always feels like a treat going to this place. The staff are very hardworking and try their very best to cater for everyone as they can, would highly recommend you go and check this place out. The food was delicious and arrived promptly, only downside was the setup inside as everyone seemed to be facing each other however other than that it was another fabulous meal with no issues.

This was my first time getting anything from Pizza Hut and I probably would have enjoyed it more had we dined in, however we had to get a takeaway as my partner wasn't well. The portion of fries wasn't great, especially when we bought such a large pizza and that is really the only reason I am not giving the full five stars.

Ordering food is bit of a faf during Covid as it has to be done on your phone. Salad bar is closed which is a bummer. Food was good nevertheless. However the cookie dough was a bit undercooked. Good polite staff but the menu had a lot of discrepancies which even the manager couldn’t explain.

The food was good. Only problem is that the restaurant was very cold the twice we have visited. This time was so bad, many of the diners kept their jackets on throughout their meal.

Very impressed with the service. We walked in randomly as we were hungry and had no particular place in mind. It looks deceptively small from the outside. Had a decent crowd going for a Sunday. They were clearly short staffed as there was just the one gentleman who got you to your tables and basically took all the orders and handled almost all of the service. He was clearly overworked but you couldn't tell that from his face. He had a big smile, gave great service and was courteous through out, which was impressive. The order was slightly delayed because it was only the one gentleman but in fairness he worked as fast as he could so no complaints there. Our meal was amazing! May not have looked that way in the pictures cuz we were that hungary There was a self service drink and ice cream station and I presume a free salad bar. VERY very reasonably priced dishes and quite delicious as well. In all it was a good experience. Hopefully management gets more staff so as bit to overwork the good one they have!

Food good. However sitting at table just parallel to the front reception desk and as very busy everyone coming in and queuing keep the doors open causing a draft and people crowding waiting in the area next to our table while eating was annoying and unhygienic due to the upsurge in COVID.

Excellent. I went with a relative for lunch on a Wednesday. It was really quiet, comfortable to converse with some privacy. The layout of the premises is deceiving. From the entrance it's not visible the seating near the buffet. It will accommodate more than your think from looking outside. The waiter was extremely helpful. Due to the lack of customers, we we're served quickly and the food was fresh and the salad buffet bar is free and unlimited! Also it's free refills for soft drinks. It's a budget restaurant, but it's presentation just feels a slight step up from that. Pizza hut is an all time favourite of mine since I was a teenager. It's improved over the years too, extending their menu taking into account dietary requirements. The only thing about this particular Pizza hut, in the ladies toilet, the hand drier is beyond useless.

They're trying their best to deal with the Covid-19 restrictions but unfortunately the website used to place the orders isn't as Slick as a dedicated app would be and things like adding the Meerkat Meals 2 for 1 deal required staff interaction. The food was great as usual and the staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately no way of leaving a tip and they aren't allowed to accept cash for that. Things like unlimited juice, ice cream and the salad buffet aren't available so not quite as good value but enjoyable under the circumstances.

Standards have dropped in recent years, Pizza Hut use to be a great family experience but i don't think it is anymore and i wouldn't suggest this is an eatery worth going to anymore... Plenty of other food restaurants especially in west Yorkshire. There are a few places doing clay oven pizzas which are spot on and way better than pizza hut. That being said, the kids still love going to pizza hut and we will take them once in a while just to keep them happy

Food is great, customer service is good as well. Prices? Well. £15for a 10inch pizza is a bit ridiculous. Considering it cost about £1 to make one. Traditional Italian places can make it third of the price. I highly recommend it for all you can eat £7.50 because that is epic, other than that go somewhere else.

Good Service, awesome vegan options, nostalgic feeling like old school pizza hut. They use violife vegan cheese which is delicious. The endless drink bar and salad bar are good touches which other fast food places dont have. This is a good place for friends, families and everyone. Our server was very nice and professional.

Quite accommodating, the hostess was concerned for my wife's lactose intolerance and tried suggesting everything she could eat. The pizza I had with my boys was good. The restoration is nice and clean, while the bathroom is a bit strange being in the basement. Free salad was just okay, seemed a bit limited but then again it was free!

It's the Hut, great place for dinner with kids. They were incredibly busy on a Sunday evening but did everything to keep us happy... Even giving us a dessert we didn't offer which did make up for the brownie they forgot later but I was stuffed anyway so I didn't mention it, they had a tough night.

There were 3 of us out for a meal. Someone came over to take our order. I had only given my order then we were asked if there was anything else. No thank you I replied, I am actually going to sit here eating my food while the other two watch 😏. OF COURSE THERE'S SOMETHING ELSE!! Then it was ages before someone came back to take our dessert order..........I was almost clicking my fingers. I will say the food was ok but a bit overpriced. I thought Pizza Hut was one of the 'cheaper' places to eat out at. Think we will be looking for somewhere different to dine next time we are in Edinburgh.

Really wasnt best pleased with the service here, We were seated at a table by one of the male staff, he said one of the two other girls will come over and take our order. We waited 20 minutes(baring in mind they weren't busy) constantly making eye contact with the girls that were working on the day but they still didn't take our order but had the time to gossip. Luckily the man that sat us down saw that we hadn't been served and ran over and fiercely apologised for the unnessicary wait. Food was great and the cookie dough was the highlight 😊

This pizza hut restaurant has had a make over and is shiney shiney new. I like the booths and free salad bar as well as the self service drinks. They now have syrups that you can add to your drinks like cherry syrup to add to your lemonade, it is nice. These guys know their stuff and do a mean pizza. I even got a little doggy bag to take my extra slices that I couldn't eat home with me. Is it wrong to admit that I had them as a packed lunch the following day? Really helpful waiting staff.

Usual Pizza Hut experience but with more friendly and helpful service, more comfortable booths than North Bridge and slightly quicker service. They have an ice cream factory to keep the kids happy and its just off Princess Street so handy if you have them with you shopping. The interior is a little drab but not dissimilar to other Pizza Huts.
