Went int for lunch while doing some shopping, there wasn't a wait and being seated was pretty quick. The service itself was good, the place was clean and looked after. The food was decent, expensive for what it is but no real complaints on them.

Visited Glasgow Fort for a pre Christmas wander, braving the cold smurry rain. Popped into F & B for a bite to eat. Taken to our table very quickly by friendly staff. Perused the menu and I selected the 2 x 6 Oz double bacon cheeseburger with fries and my better half picked the tagliatelle with chicken and nduja. We also ordered a coupe of cokes to wash it down. Our meals came very quickly and were hot, great portions and very tasty. The pasta sauce had a nice kick to it and there was so much eating in my cheeseburger meal. Prices were very good and we left full and happy to continue our shopping expedition.

They never let us down. We need a specific table so our youngest son, who is autistic and very anxious, can join us. It is the only place he will go out to eat at. I am disabled and use a wheelchair. Great wheelchair access. The food is consistently great, and we have never received anything other than great service. I recommend them.

A nice lunch. . For starters . My lunch companion ordered the loaded bacon and cheese potato skins, he attested to them being delicious. . I opted for Chicken goujons, always a winner. Crisp, tender, and a beautiful dipping sauce. . Onto the mains. My companion had a hankering for fish and chips, we joked that it was a small portion. However he was happy with the freshness of the fish and crunchy batter. We hadn’t mentioned the portion size to anyone in the restaurant, it was unexpected however welcome when an additional slice of fish was delivered by the server. . I decided to try the BBQ Cheese Chicken Wrap, fantastically moreish. I was disappointed when it came to an end.

We ate at F&B Glasgow Fort. My aunt is a very fussy eater. Manjit,our server was only too happy to accommodate. The food as always was delicious and plentiful. Manjit was very friendly and extremely helpful. Not phased at all by all the adaptions we asked for (fussy eater) we had a great meal and would highly recommend to anyone. Great place to get some food and drinks after going round the shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful.They have arange of different foods to satisfy all tastes and dietary needs. As seen im photos I went for the mozzarella sticks for starters and then spaghetti carbonara for a main, both delicious. After being shown to your table they have a qr code to scan on table which enables you to place order and to also pay when after your meal. The restaurant has covid measures in place with face coverings being required when entering until you sit down at table also they require you to scan a qr code to check in.

I ordered a New York BBQ Chicken with the half rack as a side order. Wow! It was massive! Everything was amazing. My only criticism was they only gave two onion rings with the chicken. Four would be spot on. The staff were great and very pleasant. Definitely recommend Frankie and Benny's.

Had lovely meal with my daughter and grandaughters ..I went for kids menu as don't have big appetite . I had lovely sweet potato fries salmon n brocoli . Really delicious . Thought they would ve let me have the ice cream.as it was kids meal But said no . Would be good if you did o a p deal as well as kids. At 70 yrs old don't have same appetite . .service was slow my daughter waited ages on refill . . I had can of coke and thought 3pound 30 was dear . . . Most other restaurants 2pounds 80 .

Booked for dinner with my wife, had a great night! I had the calamari and then a margarita, she had potato skins and the bbq chicken pizza, all were superb!! The restaurant wasn’t so busy so we didn’t have to wait long for food at all. My wife was very impressed with the gluten free menu as well, plenty of options, special requests weren’t a bother at all to our server Helen who couldn’t have been more caring and helpful! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, felt very relaxed and safe, highly recommend

Took my partner and my grandson in for lunch last week at Glasgow Fort. Ordered chicken nuggets for the 16mth grandson, however after bringing the plate to our table, my partner tried to cut the nuggets up, but to our utter shock she was unable to do so, as they were frozen in the middle. They did take them away and brought fresh ones back which were fine. I hate to think of the consequences, had the wee one eaten them. The waiter apologised, but that was it in a nutshell

OMG what an amazing place! To think that tourists would find one of the nicest vegan places in all of Glasgow right at the airport. The staff, menu and atmosphere is just great. We are vegans and there was plenty of things to choose from! The jackfruit wings with a sugarcane "bone" was epic, and the pizza was to die for. Unfortunately we had to leave sooner because our flight arrived earlier than the estimated delay, so we didn't get to try the plantball sub. :( I regret not asking the name of the small dark haired Portugese girl that works there, who said she rarely does lunch shifts, but she was amazing!

My last meal was great, amazing customer service service from the Server Leigh, she was so welcoming and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed, we felt relaxed and had a great meal out. we would happily return for a meal and recommend the restaurant to friends and family!

Went midweek (evening) and although busy, we managed to get a booth for 4 and were serviced almost immediately. All 3 courses arrived pipping hot and at a reasonable time frame. Waiting staff were fantastic and very friendly. Quality of food was great and value for money. Music and atmosphere is always good without being too loud that you can still enjoy your company without having to shout across the table to be heard. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again.

Ordered from Uber Eats and the delivery never turned up, went into the restaurant today and spoke with Joe the manager and he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, he was happy to make the order for me again. Obviously very knowledgeable with regards to the food on offer and his working environment. He gave some good advice with regards to the food available and recommendations. Food was okay. Burgers are nowhere near as good as they once were. Really bland. Service was fine. Restaurant was busy so food took a while to come out. Would have been nice to see servers checking on tables to reassure customers and see if everything was okay but instead they gathered around their terminal chatting in between seating and clearing tables. The floor in the gents was covered in urine. Let the bar staff know but they didn't seem bothered. Definitely needs to improve given the number of restaurants opening around them.

Took the grandkids out for dinner last night & was served by lesley anne. Very polite well mannered girl. Asked us about allergies to my surprise as I have a dairy allergy & always have to tell the waitress first, so that was a nice change. She went on to explain that the restaurant provide an iPad explaining about different allergies & how I was able to filter to suit my allergy. Sounds scary at first but i felt lesleyanne went out her way to help me & I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was. The food was great & all our dishes looked amazing. Kids were delighted as they got spoiled with free refills. Look forward to returning

Food was lovely and prices are pretty good for a mid range restaurant. Good choice on the menus with separate kids menu. Staff were welcoming and friendly and provided crayons and paper for youngsters. Tables were clean and no mess on floors. Noticed some tearing to some of the seats in the booths which needs repaired other than this i really enjoyed my visit and lunch.

I have just had a fabulous meal here the first question we were asked was if anyone had any food allergies. I have to say that the staff couldn't do enough for us, my son is a fussy eater and Leigh the girl who looked after us went beyond normal service to make sure that we had everything we needed to go on and have what was ro be a lovely evening so I thank her for that. I am not a big fan of this place but my kids love it. Friendly restaurant and waiting times are not long if it is quiet. However, busy nights are hectic and waiting times can be long. My one criticism is the quality of food can be poor at times. I wish they could provide consistently good food but my last visit was disappointing because my fish looked like a half portion and the chips were dry.

My second ever experience with Frankie & Benny's. Although I can't say it was bad I wouldn't really go there again. The food quite overpriced for the amount and taste. But the staff was really friendly and helpful so I did enjoy the evening.

Great food. Great Covid-19 transmition prevention plans in place including foot holds on the doors so you can open. Them without using your hands. Lovely staff working very hard to help you feel safe. Whole booths wiped down between diners.

Double door access so can be a bit tricky for wheelchair users. Food was beautiful and I have been going to this one for quite some time now. They do a fixed price menu where you can get a meal for cheap. Once inside great wide Isles between tagles/booths which makes great space foe wheelchair users to move about inside with a single access door to a disabled toilet. All in all a lovely intimate environment to enjoy a great night with family or friends..Oh and the cocktails are great too...

Normally I avoid chains but was really impressive vegan options here. Even my non vegan friends enoyed it. Excellent service from Leigh and the head chief (who's name I forgot) Probably one of the best vegan pizzas I have ever tasted and that cheese cake, Wow! So good to see big businesses realising that they can offer plant based options that are better for you, the planet and animals without loosing the taste.

Fantastic place to go for family dinner. It's our tradition to visit frankie when school starts. My son love this place and spaghetti BOLOGNESE is the best from the best. Nothing can bit it !!! Thought we would visit as it's been a while but in all honesty think we could have chosen better. The food was fine asked for fries with cheese and bacon over them but the cheese and bacon basically fell of the fries when I poured them onto my plate - very poor imitation of what TGI server. Honestly wont be running back . I really dont like giving bad reviews because the service was great . Food not so . We ordered 3 mains . Fish was very undercooked and wasn't eaten . Chicken burger again seemed a little undercooked , due to my starvation i did eat it . Pizza according to the pizza monster it was ok , but not the best. Cant see me going back .
