Fantastic experience and gorgeous food! A little more expensive but you don't mind paying for freshly cooked quality food. Frogs Legs & Gnocchi are amazing! The best Tiramasu dessert ever , accompanied with some outstanding cocktails.Without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in Hereford!!!

Had a really hard time deciding on which dishes to get as so many lovely things to choose from. Was not disappointed on my final selection at all! Lovely prompt service.

First I must say the food was out of this world, so delicious and flavoursm. Below os the bottle of wine we had with our mains. Went perfectly well with the stuffed chicken milanese and sausage ragu. Also what was fantastic was the aubergine dish. The calzone was also spot on and nice and big. The garlic bread was amazing as well. So reasons for been 4* and not 5* was we was offered water for the table and naturally assumed it was free but was charged £4 on the tab. 2nd reason the staff seemed to be rushed off there feet and very hectic and not a calm manner. We was given someone else's main courses before ours actually came. There was a good 10-15 minute wait as well waiting for our bill to be given to us, you probably could've just walked out the door. I would also say from the time of ordering drinks and food, the food came almost instantly it was so quick.

Great place. We went for an evening meal on a busy Saturday night. The best seats in the house are the bar seats right next to the kitchen as you get to watch the chefs cook. Food was lovely. Service was slightly slow as they were rushed off their feet but all good and we will be back!

Lovely food and generally good drinks in warm and cosy restaurant that was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately service was unacceptably slow, partly rectified by complimentary drinks but after waiting over an hour it was too little too late. If there had been more table checks throughout the meal the disappointment would have been kept at bay and the delay could have been less frustrating. After the food arrived an hour and a half late ( thank goodness we skipped the starter ) with a second round of drinks we were in good spirits to order dessert but after a further 20 minutes of being left with empty plates we decided the bill was the better choice as our three hour parking was almost up. The staff were nice when we were lucky enough to see them but the positives couldn’t make up for the painful slowness and given the expensive price tag I’d struggle to justify a repeat visit to see if it was a bad night for them and i’d go elsewhere unfortunately. Edit: forgot to add the food menu was awful for a restaurant of this standard. A cramped, poorly formatted A4 piece of paper folded in half. Few spelling mistakes had made it through as well. “Lager” spelt “Larger” for example.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Group of four of us were split in terms of rating of food - two of us had mediocre pizzas, and other two very much enjoyed the food. So, one star deducted for the pizzas, and one star deducted for being placed in the back room which had little ambience.

We were a large pre booked table of seventeen with ten adults and seven children. The food and ambiance was amazing but unfortunately the service was slow and poor. Took two hours to eat two courses while there were only a couple of other tables in the restaurant. Also adding a service charge to the bill at the end was pretty cheeky considering the poor service.

Visited with my wife on trip away. Food was great. The calamari was maybe the best I've had. Was very impressed with service as a table of very loud ladies came in and were very disruptive. Management asked them to keep noise down and after a few minutes left as they wouldn't respect everyone else there. We were momements away from getting up and leaving, so perfectly handled. Service was bubbly and friendly too. Would go back but unlikely to be in area again.
