This is the only Pizza/Kebab/Burger takeaway we have ordered from for several years and has been very good for the majority however there have been times recently when the meal has been sub standard ie not the correct topping on a pizza or missing something from the order and taking over an hour to arrive.

Customer service is brilliant. Execelent telephone Manor, very friendly staff. Food wise I thought pizza peepers was very good until new ownership. I tried house of pizza. The food arrives very hot and they do not scrimp on portions. The kebab, wraps and tomato and chilli bread is to die for I would 110% recommend this superb food to all my family and friends.

Amazing quality food did kebab meat was of extremely high quality, it was not swimming in Grease or fat it was juicy very meaty, the salad was very fresh as well the lettuce was bright green, we also ordered a burger and chips and the burger was really really delicious even the delivery lady that came was very respectful towards the takeaway and she promoted the fact that she ate there for over 9 years, we have found our new favourite takeaway in Hull sometimes in life you stick with what you know and it's only when problems go wrong with your current takeaway that you will look elsewhere and found a gem such as this the house of pizza on springbank West serves amazing quality food, I also rang the takeaway to let them know in person how good the service was and the quality of their food and the man on the phone was extremely respectful back to me thanking me for everything I said, but I truly believe if somebody is doing everything right in business other people should know about it. If you want extremely high quality food that is different to the normal run-of-the-mill garbage then this is the place to go to, I do not ever leave reviews unless the quality is outstanding the house of pizza for me has ticked every box for my high standards, it is great to say that somebody is providing the best in quality and beating everybody else that sells kebabs burgers and pizzas

The last 6 months since being under new management has been the best the shop has ever been! The food is a much better quality and the service from all staff inside the shop and delivery drivers is at its all time best. I would recommend everyone to try and if you have had bad service in the past try it again. I can promise you it is much much better now.

My 1st visit here, only wanted a straight forward 10" garlic bread, unfortunately overcooked/baked , couldn't eat the outsides, so it ended up being an 8" & wasn't that hot, seemed like they'd left it sat there a while...even though I was sat there waiting.

Good food but today it was really slow to make the food and it was only a cheese burger I would recommend if you aren't in a rush for anything other wise don't go it's too slow
