A. M.We ordered via the app, which worked well. The salad bar was fresh, and the buffet well stocked. My sons went with that and were happy with the selections. My husband and I went with create your own, individual pizzas. Just the right size for our appetites. When the food was brought, the waiter said he would bring plates, but then ended up seating new customers, and taking other orders. I got plates from the buffet for us and we also had quite a wait for the drinks glasses. I felt the staffing was very low and they were struggling to cope, despite customers doing much if their own ordering and serving.
L.Lovely experience and a suprise birthday treat for the little one. So unexpected food served quickly and tasted great.

Only accepts card payment via the official app (QR code to scan), and baby changing facilities were great although shared with disabled toilet (tight squeeze with pushchair inside as well).

I could see the manager looked frustrated with them also. R.A good choice for a teatime treat with the family, 10 of us plus a baby walked in without booking and nothing was a problem, great staff,looked after us.Salad was nice and fresh, a great choice of superb Pizzas, a lovely Lasagne and other dishes also available.There is some alcoholic drinks available, but a great choice of soft drinks for the children, with some on all you can drink.Disabled parking with access available and a rest room. Worked out about £12 per head, good value and everyone was happy.

Opted for the bottomless drinks option, which was good value.

S. M.The pizza was good. No full fat coke :( First time had Pepsi max cherry, actually acceptable alternative. It cost £68 for 5 people, all eating pizza and refillable drinks and no desserts. The salad bar was disappointing, just basic salad, nothing stands out as a wow product. The service was very good as haven't been for at least ten years so didn't know the routine of service, they explained this very well. No challenges on wearing/not wearing face coverings?

R. W.We visited on a Friday quite late and Pheobe was the most amazing waitress. We did take away but she was attentive to the allergies we have and checked the order. She also came outside to double check anything that was slightly different. Her knowledge of allergies was impecable and the customer service was outstanding.

C. W.Friendly staff, bang average pizza and salad bar. Not very clean either. The worst part is how expensive they have become! Not the Pizza Hut I grew up with. Make your own at home.... much cheaper and better quality.... failing that, go to your local takeaway.

S. R.Great food very tasty.. only gripe is it's still doing table orders off your phone. An some things like fries wouldnt add to order so we had to get up walk to the bar bit to ask why kinda defying the reason of sitting at ya table.. otherwise staff was friendly helpful etc.. could do to lower prices in my eyes as it is expensiver...£13 for a pizza, pizza shops are £6.. so with fries etc your talking nearly £20 each.. so if not for the meal deal of £15. But even so a family of four adds up to other £50 for tea.. oh an if theyd start taking Cash again would be a bonus..

B. P.If you go to the salad bar and get :
- Nachos
- Jalapeños
- Salsa
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Chilli and Garlic Oil
You can then return to your table, eat the above, and go back and get more. You can continue to do this until your pizza arrives, and then you can tell the staff that you're too full and that you want to box up your pizza and take it home.
Boom
You have just have just paid for unlimited nachos, and got a free pizza for your troubles. This is the only correct way to eat Pizza Hut.
Also if you mix all the syrups on the 7up machine minus vanilla it tastes like Refereshers

M.Booked table the old fashioned way picked up a phone and spoke to a person however when we arrived make sure you have your phone with you and it has a QR scanner on it because if you don't it becomes a pain to order. The meal was great and the staff where great enjoyed the night out would recommend it to anyone thanks 😊
P. T.This was the first time I've had food from pizza hut, we ordered one pepperoni deep pan and one thin to try the different based, the deep pan had a lot more flavour to the base than the thin, but I would definitely recommend either of them
C. J.It's not the same as pre covid. You have to take your own order by scanning a QR code on the table. Staff were very good but, pizza hut please bring back the service you had precovid.
J. H.Attractive exterior-looks smart and clean, suitable for any crowd. Staff are lovely, welcoming and ready to help. Good seating arrangements, a variety of options and well spaced to have your own eating area. Service is fast but not pushy.. You don't have to quickly make a decision and you're not pressed either. Food is excellent, high quality at affordable prices. Plenty of variety and something for everyone. Plenty to do during your wait, including little ones with colouring pads and crayons. Drink and salad stations well labelled and prepped- the idea of unlimited is very beneficial too. Only complaint is the toilets-not well labelled, was a struggle to find them. Overall, however, wonderful experience and a definite return visit will happen from me.

Our order got mixed up so we were given a free pizza, and staff were apologetic, even though we didn't mind! You definitely get your money's worth here.
They also do vegan cheese, but afterwards we saw a sign saying that they'd ran out.

g. t.Pretty good. Lovely buffet salad which you can eat as much as you like and really nice selection. Pizza ok but topping was minimal. Only bottles of beer and no real ale, lots of noisy kids but can't blame them for that. Used my Tastecard where you get two for one in the week so overall good value.
R. T.My kids especially love the buffet here more so than the ice cream. Always a nice treat as a family of four. The variety is good. And can get the food with added spice just as we like it.
I did have an incident of hair in my food once but the situation was dealt with very well. I came out a happy customer and was not put off about going again.
Their service is great the servers are always nearby and come to ask several times if the food is ok and if we need anything.
Toilets are normally nice and clean here too which is a plus as i have two under 5s and normally have to visit the toilet a few times on each visit.

R. H.I am writing this review because I feel the staff deserve one to be written. Firstly it's a pizza hut - you get what you expect in a pizza hut, but the staff make this place what it is. They are friendly and polite, and willing to help. They don't ask for tips, which encourages me to give one. The manager, no idea who he/she is, obviously has a knack for customer care/experience, and that shows with the staff they have taken on. I attend this place maybe 3-4 times a year, and have never been let down.

D. H.Arrived on a Friday at 9pm, the place was pretty quiet. I was acquainted with a female friend, both notably wearing all black. We was greeted with great customer service and the guy couldn't do enough for us. Even to the point where halfway through our pizza, he magically makes the iPod play Funeral For a Friend (one of my favourite bands!) This was the cherry on the cake, the sugar in my tea. All in all, a really nice evening.
N. Q.Adhering to Covid guidelines. All food and drink ordering and payment is done by you on your phone, food was great, coleslaw was very watery and bland. Staff were very helpful and smartly dressed. They will help you if you are not savvy with your phone.
M. S.4 of us went for a pizza, food is as good as usual from pizza hut.
Layout was cramped, so cramped infact that they had a metal stands on the tables to put the pizza on, which over hung and inpeeded your plate, pizza was perched so could off balance when trying to serve and fall off. I was very unimpressed.
Staff were ok at taking order, once served didn't see them again until we were nearly finished when they then started pushing for us to finish up and leave. Not a good experience I personally will not be eating at this pizza hut again.

W. G.kingwood pizza hut. first time in and disappointed with the pizza nothing like the photos showing how good they look, no cheese oozing from the toppings then again not many things on the menu as they had run out of several things. I was glad it was half price and only half disappointed.
