After a Friday night race in Felixstowe my partner son and I were hungry and decided to grab something on the way home. We came off the slip road at Ipswich and saw signs to Pizza Hut. I use to love Pizza but but was reluctant as the last few I have been to have been awful but then we hadn’t tried this one so thought “we’re hungry let’s just try it”. The manager welcomed us and sat us to a table and explained everything clearly with regards to using the app and it was lovely to even see him out on the floor cleaning tables and sweeping, getting involved. Our waitress was Clare and she was fantastic. Very friendly and making sure everything was ok for us. The service was brilliant. The food was cooked to perfection and hot. The toilets were clean and it was just the most enjoyable experience we have had in a long time. Best Pizza Hut by far. Thank you x

After a busy day at work it's great to take the family for dinner. You can use Blue Light discount if you work for NHS (25% off dine in and 50% off takeaway). Be aware that there is a 2HR limit on the car park that you have to abide by or get a ticket. You order from your table using the QR code on your table. If you have any issues they will help you. We went for the vegan stuffed crust peperphoni and the free salad bar. They actually mucked our order up and gave us vegan pizza with regular cheese in the stuffed crust. They noticed, told us, redid the pizzas and offered us a free dessert at the end to apologise for the delay. The salad bar has lots of vegan stuff on and a n allergy chart of you're not sure. The only non vegan sauce is the blue cheese one! And the 'bacon' bits are great. Great customer service and I really appreciate the free dessert gesture. :)

Visited late on a Saturday night due to visiting family and couldn't face a long drive home without something to eat... We had the deal with a pizza, two sides, two desserts and salad... The food was really good, especially the salad bar. The lettuce was fresh !! There was beetroot, sweetcorn, grated carrot and I like the sultanas that could be added to the carrot. The salad was so good I ended up having two bowls! The only thing we didn't like was the loud music. I could have been much quieter. Having said this, I'm sure we'll be back again...

Went for a lunch time buffet and the place was clean with decent service. The pizza was consistently coming out the kitchen and was piping hot meaning plenty of choice of fresh pizza each time. Salad wasn't too bad but could have had a little more of the dips and dressings topped up but that's minor!

Wasn't greatly impressed sadly. Thought it would be a nice idea to take the children to eat after a day at the beach. Cost me an arm and a leg! Restaurant did squeeze us in kindly as they were busy but it all felt a little 'sticky'. Children didn't like their meals, appreciate this is usual child behaviour and nothing against the restaurant. Adults ate well. Prices were surprisingly high for what was delivered and substantially higher than the take out option (i realise prices are more expensive to eat in but not X3 times the cost). Pizzas costing £15 were small. Sadly do not plan another visit, will pop to shop and buy instead.

What a lovely experience we have just had as a family at Pizza Hut Copdock! Anna (our server) was absolutley lovely and made sure our two daughters had a great time whilst they were there. Lovely hot food with next to no waiting time. All the staff were very friendly but Anna went just that bit above and beyond. My daughters loved the ice cream factory, and even more so when Anna brought over the sauce and sprinkles. I've not been to Pizza Hut for a very long time as I never enjoyed it much but they have really upped there game. We will definitely be going back!!

Great Pizza Hut chain restaurant located in good reach of the main roads through the area, which makes it ideal if you're travelling and need somewhere to stop and eat. The menu is brilliant, and the food was very tasty. The staff here make it a really pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Can't say much about the restaurant as we only had takeout, but that was exactly as I expected. Good pizza (maybe not in an absolute sense; more like "as ordered and expected", which is also, in my point of view, a valid definition of "good"). Did not have to wait long. I'm only giving 4 stars as the parking area had some threatening signage and I was worried if I would get a fine if I had mistyped my license plate number into the check-in machine (which was also possible to miss), because of the strange thing about the specials (confused me quite a bit; why not make the individual pizza cheaper?) and because of the slow WiFi. Maybe not that much a problem for others. In any case: Pizza was great.

So as a family we have been hear a few times now for a treat , every time we have visited we have always been impressed,they always have the full selection out and rarely have out of stock items. The staff are really good at accomodating your needs.My little one can't eat dairy so I asked if it was possible for some plain garlic bread with no garlic (I know sounds crazy) and with out question they cooked a fresh batch which maid are experience ever better as the baby could just much away.

I can understand at 10pm but at 8pm, it's not acceptable to visit us 3 times asking us to order and then trying to push a recommendation on us within 10 minutes of sitting down. This was quite a nice Pizza Hut restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. We decided to have the buffet and it was good, but unfortunately they didn't keep the pizzas topped up sufficiently. The vegetarian options weren't available when I went up which meant I couldn't have any pizza and had to wait.

Usual Pizza Hut layout, restaurant was clean and modern, food was good. Service was a little slow we waited a long time for our salad bowls to be brought out by our waitress. We were forgotten about once we had finished main course and so knowing the drill I helped my children get their ice cream from the ice cream factory but then that meant we still had plates from our dinner on the table. Waitress was busy cleaning up an empty table despite the fact that there were no waiting customers just us waiting for our plates to be taken away. Service was friendly enough and they were good with our children. They just seemed to be in a bit of a day dream which was a shame. It didn't totally spoil our meal but meant we didn't order desert or coffee.

The food was great although I'm really disappointed that they don't offer the nice pasta they did in the salad bar anymore. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was pretty clean and tidy too. I like the idea of the app you offer to pay for your meals instead of trying to catch a very busy server, but have never got it to work.

It has bright coloured interior but layout is slightly congested of course to create more sitting spaces in small space. We recently visited for takeaway food and staff were brilliant, order was served very quickly and best thing was they offered free fizzy drinks whilst waited which is a nice gesture in the hot weather!

When we arrived we received a courteous welcome by the duty manager and after being seated we were seen by a lovely waitress who pointed out a deal that was good value for money, unfortunately all of the starters on offer were nother suitable for coeliac's (this is a recurring theme, not isolated only to Pizza hut), so we asked if the starter could be swapped for an ice cream and after a quick check this was fine. The meal was enjoyable and we left with a doggy box to enjoy later. This was the best experience we have had after visiting this Pizza Hut many times and I would ask them to please keep it up!

Went in for a takeaway after a day out at the seaside. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. Food was cooked to order, so we had to wait a few minutes, but it was well worth the wait!

I'm a long time customer of pizza hut and have never had a negative experience. I absolutely love the food here, it is by far my favourite pizza chain. They have wonderful pizzas and I especially love the stuffed crust. They have a wide variety of different pizzas and you can easily customise for a personalised experience, I just wish they had a little more spice. The one thing better than the pizza are the starters. The starters are the food of the gods. Whenever I come here I always have the very affordable 3 starters deal. I have two times jalapeño poppers and one times cheesy bites and can barely eat my pizza after, but it's just so good I keep going. They also have excellent desserts, my favourite being of the cookie dough variety, which is usually a cookie oozing out steaming hot dough, with a cold accompaniment of ice cream Aswell as great food pizza hut has brilliant interior decor. The brilliant interior design gives it a distinct pizza hut feel. Overall I could not reccomended pizza hut more, they have amazing food, beautiful interior and always friendly and kind staff. I just wish I would always remember to redeem the vouchers I get on my receipt.

We stopped here for a quick bite en-route to Sheringham, Norfolk. You have to enter your car registration into a digital pad on the way in. We were seated quickly and the waitress was pleasant and friendly. We opted for the buffet, but all but one of the pizzas was deep pan. I asked about thin pizzas and was told that they come out in batches, however, the next batch, again, only had one thin pizza. This means that you fill up on deep pan dough, and presumably eat less. At other pizza huts there has been a better selection of thin crust pizzas. If you're a fan of all that dough, you might be satisfied.
