I don't often give 5 stars but this time it is well deserved. The food, atmosphere, staff, quality and overall experience was excellent. Located in the suburbs with plenty of parking available.

Had an excellent meal here for my partner’s birthday a few months back. We shared the prawns to start, lovely. We then had first course pasta, carbonara for me and lasagne for him. Both delicious, the only comment would be the carbonara was a little greasy at the bottom. Then for second course we both had steak. Loved it. So full we had to waddle home. Nice atmosphere and authentic feel.

Our first visit tonight and we all absolutely loved it. A truly authentic Italian, with amazing service, friendly staff, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Please give this place a try if you haven't already, you will not be disappointed.

Friendly welcome, perfectly timed attention, food was superb, although the alcohol in the Tiramisu could have been stronger. It was extremely noisy, couldn't hear each other speak, so was glad to get out to go home. But would go again for the food and service.

Wow - the time we walked in the restaurant we smelled the food very very nice and the staff welcomed us with a smile. We ordered two 2-course meals, a Latte and water. Firstly an Arancine (deep fried rice balls) and a Homemade veal meat balls were served. Very nice! The main dishes were a Baked Seabass and a Fresh Salmon served with spring onions and that were beautifully done. Well have a look at the photos below and imagine how they taste like yourself!

Wonderful Restaurant. Never fails to deliver fantastic food. Took my cousin and his wife there today and they were so impressed. The staff are very attentive. The Sunday roast is very tasty and the beef just melted in my mouth. Who said that no one makes fish and chips better than Yorkshire folk? Batter was as light as air and none greasy. We will definitely have Sunday lunch at this restaurant again . 👌

Beautiful Italian restaurant, the food was perfect, from seabass over lasagne to fillet steak, every single meal was just perfect. The service was great, warm and attentive. Our last minute (literally) birthday wish request was turned around so lovely, that it actually brought a tear to the birthday lady's eye. Ordered from the early bird menu. I had the veg soup to start and the lasagne for my main. Both very good. Ordered 'kid size' margarita pizzas for each of my children (3 and 7) which were both yummy and generous in size 👍🏽 Good score from me.

Great choice of fish, our party tried most on offer and were impressed by all. Very authentic, slightly old school Italian, with over quick waiters rushing round, looking too busy to serve, and showing undisguised disappointment when we didn't want wine at lunch time. First time I've been so definitely worth another visit when hopefully the service can match the high quality food we all enjoyed.

We had friends visiting over from France and took them to Amici as a treat and saving the best to last. As ever, never disappointed. The food was divine, the flavours were amazing, the portions were perfect from main to desserts. Our friends had the beef straganoff, ravioli ricotta and risotto and every plates were empty. If they had room for a second dessert they would have had another. Definitely our top 3 restaurants in Leeds.

Visited Amici on a Sunday evening - so happy to see the lights on and people inside as we were desperate for a decent meal! Despite having had a very busy day the Sunday evening service was excellent. Delicious house red, and two courses each from the £20 specials menu made it a surprisingly pleasant and satisfying find. The food was fresh and plentiful, bass excellently cooked and of course the staff charming.

Had a lovely family meal here recently for our son's 30th birthday. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere combined with very professional and friendly service, not noticeably present in many restaurants. The food was fabulous. Our food allergies were accommodated without fuss. The kitchen also provided a 'birthday' dessert which was a lovely surprise and quite delicious. I would certainly recommend Amici's on all counts. Thank you for a lovely evening!

A great suburban Italian restaurant. Quite expensive but well worth it. Good menu. Varied and tasty. Great alcohol selection and typically warm and friendly Italian welcome and service. Will definitely return in the future. Parking available locally and booking is advised. Walk in customers should probably expect a little wait but there is a bar available if you do.

Nice little Italia Restaurant Serves all the regular Italian fair, but because of it's location, it isn't cheap. Can get quite busy of a Saturday night. The food is tasty, but nothing special and the pizzas tend to have slightly soggy bottoms. Service is quick and unobtrusive.

Heading out of Leeds on the A56 Harrogate Road, you could easily miss this little gem of a restaurant. It is in a small parade on the right hand side, next to a hair dressers (Head First). The lunch time menu was great and offered enough choice at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was very welcoming and authentically Italian. We hope to go again in the evening.

Absolutely amazing!! After the huge disappointment of another restaurant messing up our reservation and being very upset as it was my 30th birthday, it was Amici who saved the day! Not only did they manage to sort a table of 13 on a Friday evening, they made us feel extremely welxome and me very special. They were very attentive and friendly. I appreciate that a large table can be very difficult to manage but for them it was no difficulty at all. All the meals arrived at the same time and were correct. Not only that but the food waz absolutely incredible!! Thank you again for making my 30th birthday soo special. Especially after the inital disappointment in another restaurant. I shall definitely be back again very soon.

"Try the veal, it's the best in the city" (Godfather 1) Been wanting to quote that line for years; now it can be said. Amici, Moortown, Leeds serves veal with spinach and lemon which was wonderful! This is a popular Italian restaurant which we've only just discovered. Clean, stylish decor, welcoming, really friendly staff, food was sooo good and well presented...and parking right outside!. Nice family atmosphere. It's like being in Italy for lunch. I think this could be the tutti di capo tutti of Italian restaurants in Leeds Loved it.
