Ordered food tonight over the phone. I got a confirmation text that said the order was £2.80 more than it should have been. I immediately called and spoke to the same guy. He was extremely rude, and said "delivery charge" (Nowhere on the menu or during the order was a delivery charge mentioned). He was saying something about being "dangerous", and "I'm just doing my job", and "I'll send you a receipt"...that was all I could make out as it was quite aggressive. I thought that it was being sorted so I would pay the correct price upon delivery, but the delivery guy requested the extra fee. Rather than turn him away, i paid the overcharge (my children were hungry at this point). After the meal (which didn't include the complimentary drink I was supposed to get), I decided to drive to the shop to get my £2.80 back. Again, the guy behind the counter was very rude and aggressive saying "you should ask about charge!" ...I disagree. Eventually, after a polite delivery driver came in, I spoke to the owner (a very nice guy), and got my £2.80 back...which just about covered my fuel to get there!! Positives: Nice owner, nice drivers, quick service, okay food. Negatives: The agressive guy who takes the orders. I'll go back there, and edit this review if they hire a different person to deal with customers. 🍕

The food was great really tasty and arrived quickly but the delivery driver was irate and was told I lived to far and next time have to spend £20 minimum. I ordered from their website .. after they put a leaflet thru my door at said address ( that was in the drivers words "to far") and then did minimum order price suggested by the website and paid the delivery charge requested. Very confusing. I really don't mind spending the right minimum order amount and just went with their website guidance.

Great service and problem solving! They did not get my pre ordered food started until I called them half an hour after it was meant to arrive (computer malfunction) after speaking with them was told that my pizza will be with me after 20mins and that they will throw a drink in for free. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AS ALWAYS

Absolutely fabulous customer service. The minimum purchase was £5 with card so he pointed me towards a cash machine in the co-op. The machine withdrew the money from my account but didn't give me the cash. Ontop of HMRC screwing me over for £380 i was a bit miffed. The fabulous gentleman behind the counter let me just pay by card despite my order only coming to £1.80.

Decent takeaway place over all: + Good variety, good quality food + Decent prices when ordered through website - Most staff dismissive or rude (with the exception of one older delivery driver, who's a star!) - On 2 out of 7 orders, food was over an hour late in arriving, and 1 out of 7 food order was wrong

Gutted about our meal ordered a kebab and a mixed kebad saturday after finnishing work late.ordered using the website..food was delivered very quickly and driver was polite but we couldnt eat our meal.we asked for a tiny bit of chilli sauce but it was covered in it way too much for us to enjoy it.so our whole mesl was put in the bin.it was very late else would have rang for a replacement meal.otherwise the food would have been spot on .

Most excellent pizzas from boultham pizza grill full of flavor cooked to perfection and piping hot 🔥there's so much to choose from and there meal deals are fantastic we love the two 14inch pizzas of any choice for £19 but with the 20% off with online orders makes it great value for money so if you want a delicious meal delivered by a person with a friendly smile and a pleasant manor then I recommend boultham pizza and grill
