We arrived on the cusp of the buffet ending, but Gavin VERY kindly offered us the buffet at a slightly discounted rate, had a margarita cooked for us, and brought it to the table. I ate as a solo mum with my kids, which is usually stressful, but I felt at ease and really well looked after! We come to Pizza Hut buffet regularly as it’s an easy and enjoyable experience with our kids and they really like to get stuck in with getting their own starters, main and of course, the ice cream factory.

Was brought to the table and we asked for the buffet and was told they would prefer if we ordered from the app instead but no where on the app did it have an option for tap water! The server was very bland and didn't smile or look like they wanted to be there! The food was ok It would be nice if the names of the pizzas were beside each pizza as I grabbed a few slices of one with BBQ sauce for the base which I don't like so that was a waste! It's ok for a quick visit if you're going for the buffet, staff could do with being more engaging and smiling once or twice!

Had a pizza half cooked and served due to the oven breaking (apparently a regular occurrence) I was refunded hence why this isn’t a 1 star review. The staff were ever so helpful but did muck up the re-made pizza and made the wrong one. I then get an email talking about Pizza Hut encouraging free speech & free speech reviews ? I’m unsure if they know what free speech ACTUALLY is ? and why a family restaurant wouldn’t want free speech content in their store. Because I Surely don’t want some person in the restaurant shouting about political nonsense or how homophobia is supported at Pizza Hut. That’s what free speech is, I think you’ll agree its an oversight from your web design team.

Had a lovely family lunch - I had the chicken flat bread with chicken with free salad,, which they kindly made for me without cheese, and it was delicious and very filling. The rest of my family chose the buffet option and again the pastas, pizzas and sides were tasty. The desserts we had were also lovely. The staff wee friendly and helpful and made sure it was an enjoyable experience whilst still adhering to Covid regulations.

I love pizza hut. But we were greeted by being told there were no onions available! Really go and buy them from a supermarket and chop them yourself. It's not rocket science

Great place to eat out. Brilliant menu, suitable for both adults and children. The restaurant is participating in the government help to eat out scheme which is a great help financially. Great food and helpful staff. Gave them a 4 because there was too much ice in the drinks and after 5 minutes you couldn't taste any sugar

Pizza Hut are taking covid-19 precautions really seriously. They've changed their food offerings in the place if their usual weekday buffet, and you place your order and pay online, so interactions with staff are reduced (but we're still perfectly pleasant). The restaurant is running at much reduced capacity, so you can certainly have a peaceful relaxed meal, but it does mean booking is vital. The individual pizza meal deal is great value, even more so if you can catch it on the government "eat out to help out" scheme which ends soon. You get a choice of pizzas, which you can customise on the online order page, a good selection of sides, a green/potato salad or coleslaw, and a drink. That was more than enough for us, so no desserts were necessary. It's good to be able to get Irn-Bru in a chain restaurant too.

Food was fine. Good even. Waitress who served us initially was awful. Blunt to the point of rude. She finished her shift, I know this because she helped herself to the buffet on her way out, and the next waitress was much more pleasant. Would probably try to go somewhere else next time.

Service was almost non existent. We were greeted silently and there was a nod to follow them. After looking around it really looked like they were understaffed though for the size of the place. Food was nice but it took a while to get it, which isn't great when you're with a toddler. Also they normally give crayons for toddlers but we didn't receive any even after asking how much longer the food would be as he was getting impatient. Maybe caught them on a bad day but it was so-so. I would try somewhere else beforehand on our next visit.

I went with my wife, son and grandson. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn't have to queue, had a nice table and were served quickly.

Meal worked out around £35 per head for three courses, which isn't dissimilar to the more up market pizza chains. Food was pretty good from the menu but those who had the buffet weren't impressed.

It's Pizza Hut, so you know what you're getting. Currently not offering a buffet service or salad bar due to COVID restriction, but they're managing well in spite of restrictions. Piza was hot and filling, ideal for a quick lunch.

I had thin crust peperoni and it was nice i liked the crispness of the peperoni but my other attendees werent too happy with it. It was a nice pizza but i dont think we would go back.
