Authentic Arabic cuisine, fantastic food and excellent service. We are a regular visitor to the restaurant and always find it exceptionally good. One of the speciality they do is the whole lamb which is not a common dish and need expert cooking skills. Appetisers are also always freshly made, specially kibba and Fatosh salad. Staff is extremely helpful and cooperative specially store manager Hammadda is extremely professional. They always provide complementary mint tea and sweet dish. Highly recommended and value for money. Plenty of parking in near by streets after 6:30pm.

I took my family to Abuzaad in West Ealing yesterday. I wanted to share my experience as I will definitely return. The place was clean and the menu had a good range. Eating out is not just about food, it's about experience. Our dining experience was made very pleasant by our server, Bouchra She guided us and accommodated us. One of my family had slight allergy and she even took the time to attend to her. We thank Bouchra and Abuzaad for treating us like family. 5 stars

The only challenge I had is explaining my order to them as English is not their first language, but that can be ignored as long as it is corrected. Good seating and toilet facilities. The food arrived surprisingly quick considering the restaurant was full to the brim (due to the government eat in scheme). It took around 20-25 minutes in total. The food was nothing special and the portions were not that large so the price on the menu (£47 for a mixed grill for three people) wasn’t justifiable. Also, I found it strange that they refused to bring free tap water (they’d only bring water if you agreed to buy a bottle). I don’t regret going as it was 50% off due to the scheme but wouldn’t go again.

Good food, decent value for money. we went for my sisters birthday. had mixed starters and the dips were pretty good as a starter. ample bread provided but shop bought not made in store which was a shame. the mains we had mixed grill for 2 which was ample for 4 people. we also ordered a falafel wrap which was really nice... and next time would probably just order a shwama wrap each as much better value. the meat was very good except for chicken shish which was dry. the chips and sauces were top too... on to dessert... we ordered the cheese thing. unfortunately this had a hair in it which put me off it.. I raised it with the waiter who didn't do anything about it ... which was a shame and why I docked a star. the other desert wasnt what was described but was nice enough... it was meant to be a pastry based pudding but instead was a bread and butter pudding with a lot of nuts...the final issue I had was we ordered two things that never turned up tap water and a chicken shawarma. that said the food was tasty and we would probably go back

I’m only reviewing their Breakfast today. It was an open buffet and I tried lots. I was very satisfied with most of the things I’ve enjoyed. The buffet included pastries, cheese, humus, olives, mortadella, tee, coffee, juice and desert (muhallabiyah). I think there quite a few things I didn’t mention and for that you might want to go and try their breakfast yourself. To be fair I haven’t been there for a while and I was only invited to breakfast today.

Delighted with Abu Zaad today - I ordered online through Just Eat and left a comment that I'm pregnant and very hungry if they could please hurry. Food was with me in about (probably less than) 30mins when official time provided was 1 hour and we live over a mile away. The delivery man was very polite and when I said I'm surprised at how quickly they managed, he said they read the comment and expedited the order! Faith in humanity - restored! Oh, and food is delicious and portions are generous. I also got some 20% off discount on the website, will definitely order more in the future!

Called in on a quiet Monday night. This is a byo place and they don't charge corkage. The waitress was friendly and brought us complimentary dips and bread. I had a meatball type thing for starter which was huge! I then had a chicken shawarma which came with chips or rice. The portions were massive and I struggled to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service exceptional. Prices reasonable. Would return.
