Always love their food. One of the best Italian food in London. However, the service is awfully bad and some of the staff members are so arrogant and look at you with such disgusting that it's sad. Not sure if I'll go again after my last treatment :(
0 star for service
5 star for food.

If you want a relaxed evening where you don’t feel rushed out the door and to enjoy amazing pizzas and delicious pastas then look no further. From the moment you walk in the staff make you feel like family. They are so attentive and helpful and make the whole evening an experience. The Linguine Vongole is a family favourite and the garlic bread with cheese does not disappoint! Pizzas are huge and never ever disappoint

This restaurant was just a five minute walk from our hotel and compared to some of the other local eateries we visited their prices were much more reasonable and what I would expect to pay at home.
We tried to book a table via the website but that said to phone the restaurant which we did but we were told there was no need to book and we could just walk up. When we got there it was quite busy but there were still plenty of empty tables but it wasn’t very long before the place started filling up with mostly young families.
The staff were very friendly, the service was great and so was the food. I love spaghetti bolognaise and Mine was the best I’d ever had, absolutely delicious. My partner had the Penne Arabist’s which was excellent. The starter garlic bread with cheese was so big it could have been a meal on it’s own but was very light. The home made Profiterole’s were great.
Even though the restaurant was busy I didn’t notice the staff trying to move people along to free up tables. The people at the next table were already there when we arrived and were still there.when we left.
One word of warning though, check your bill before you pay. They added a 12.5% service charge which normally we would begrudge paying but I thought the food and service deserved a tip.
Highly recommended

Visited on a Wednesday evening and it was really busy - so I would recommend booking for this place as it’s not huge. The food was reasonably priced and considering how busy it was it was quick service too! The staff were friendly, no complaints at all - just a shame I live really far away!

Great pizza. Delicious dough and tomato paste. Very generous portions
Couldn't finish a mine and was able to take the rest home.
Lovely local and will go back/take away again

Great restaurant. Good selection of food and popular with families for the early crowd. Reasonable priced. Friendly staff and very fast turnaround of food. They’ve got an upstairs too along with outside covered seating which is very popular even in the winter. Some on street parking. Toilets clean.

Al Forno had been recommended to me by my housemate. My boyfriend and myself stumbled into Al Forno on Saturday night not expecting to get in as it seemed very busy! The lady assured us we would get a table and we did!! Not only were the prices very reasonable but they had a birthday party of 90 people upstairs and the downstairs was packed too. This meant that one of our dishes didn’t arrive but the waiter was so lovely and gave us two desserts and coffee on the house! And we felt looked after even though it was extremely busy! Not to mention how friendly the staff were even though they were rushed off their feet! The quality of the food was amazing and tasted very fresh. I would definitely recommend the pizza we had in the picture and everything else. We will be going back ! Also make sure to try the banoffee pie 😋
