There is nothing wrong with the food save for the fact that it's a tad hit or miss. It's either unbelievably good or a bit average. This normally isn't an issue, but when it's that expensive, you'd hope the price reflected some consistent quality. The staff, however, are wonderful and attentive. Drinks and desserts are wonderful too.

Cipriani is an absolute classic when talking about Italian food! The staff is very friendly and efficient, the atmosphere is relaxed but classy. Food is traditional Italian and absolutely delicious! Spectacular desserts, the Vanilla Merengue Cake is definitely their signature and most delicious dessert!

Excellent food and prime service. The premises and architecture are according the expectations of any traditional Italian restaurant. People attending are so fancy as well. The only point of frustration was the wine glasses used by them - normal tumbler glasses - which is not even common to have in Italy.

Formerly Cipriani, this is still one of the finest Italian restaurants in London. The food here is amazing and the service, by the immaculately dressed waiters, is top notch. Although when it is busy it can get rather loud, it all adds to the buzzy ambiance of the place. I have dined here many times and sampled almost the entire menu over the years and am yet to find a dish I didn’t like. The calamari, the risotto and fillet steak are my all time favourites. Highly recommended

As usual Cipriani never fails. Classic Cipriani dishes are a must, high class Italian. Reservations are a must specially on the weekend. Most if not all the staff are Italian. Kitchen closes at 3pm for lunch so if you really want to enjoy your experience I would recommend a 1pm reservation. Don’t miss out on the Bellini as they are the original creators of Bellini. They are different than the one in the states but still amazing.

Nice Italian restaurant in Mayfair; Busy, trendy & friendly attentive waiters. Food- what was good was great; what wasn't was poor. No in-between. Enjoyed Calamari starter, Cheesy house pasta & lamb chops for Mains. Thumbs up! However... house Bolognaise was average. Bland. Pasta with it was undercooked. There is al dente, and then there's that! (Also- what is Black Cod doing on an Italian menu!? Mayfair madness! Upmarket Italian didnt have Mediterranean swordfish but had that! Bizarre!) Meal for 6 of us (incl. bottle of Red for four, plus two cocktails) - £355 incl Service. Honestly- if I had to do something similar in Mayfair again... I would prefer having drinks at the Bar in Novikov & then having Italian food at Novikov Italian!

We booked for a meal on a saturday evening and parking was available after 6pm for free directly opposite. C London restaurant or Cipriani has a 4 star rating from the food standards agency ( given in the 22nd jan 2020) The locations and feel of the place is high end. They have taken out maybe 50% of the tables , so your relatively well distanced from other tables, it also doesnt have much or any background music that I could tell, allowing you to easily have a conversation. The service was attentive and not pushy, our food came quickly and hot. The portions come on serving plates and the waiter then puts some on your plate, whixh is great for sharing. We ended up super full with starter main and dessert, for each of us! we could easily have shared a starter or main instead! Lovely service and decent choice of italian food. Cocktails good too, though the wine is served in small glasses.

C London formerly called Cipriani is a discrete fine dining Italian restaurant tucked away in fashionable Mayfair often frequented by VIPs and perfect for celebrity spotting. As my companion and I entered a bustling room reminiscent of Italian luxury yachts from the 1920s, a hospitable waitress seated us at our table. We were served complimentary freshly baked flaky brioche ‘snails,’ a Cipriani trademark'. For starters, we ordered Ruccola tomato salad. Although the portion was small, it tasted fresh. For mains, I had the Paccheri alla Genovese. The tubular pasta paired well with the creamy beef and onion based sauce. It is the sort of mains you want to delve into a whopping great bowl of. Luckily the quantities are so generous that extras are left out in a dish in front of you. My companion had the Chilean Seabass alla Carlina which arrived with a portion of rice. Unable to ressit, I took a bite. The Carlina sauce which is a combination of tomato sauce, capers and Worcestershire enhanced the succulent fish to perfection. For dessert, I had the Dolci Vanilla Meringue cake all to myself. It was light, fluffy and sinfully delicious and probably one of the main reasons this place has me coming back each time. This restaurant is glamourous. It is definitely the sort of pit –stop for socialites and international playboys where authentic Italian food is served. It’s success lives off international reputation with branches in countries like Monte Carlo, Miami and now Dubai. It is more expensive than your usual restaurant but you recognize that beforehand as it is a ‘to be scene’ place. So when the bill arrives at around £105 per head excluding alcohol don’t be flabbergasted. Just keep smiling like a ‘superstar.’

Good food as always if you want the classic Italian. Nice that you see the same usual staff. Good sense of humour. Very busy inside. They were very nice to accommodate a large group of us at last minute. Would recommend.

First time here in London and I have to say I loved it, real Italian cuisine and flavours, happy with the service that was quick, thoughtful and competent. Friendly environment, loved the looks of the place. We booked on a Sunday and I was surprised how much parking space there was at the location (18:45). We booked via open table but only 3 time slot were offered to choose from, so I advise you to call to see if a more convenient time is available. Bottom end is.. If you want to eat real Italian food with a top service this is the place.

Hilariously interesting restaurant. I hated this place even as I crossed the road. 'Why can't Steve just pick somewhere normal to eat', I thought. The place reminds me of a luxury Italian motorway service station with courteous, bustling staff and average food at stratospheric prices. The clientele are mostly gorgeous and well heeled, but I have no idea why they'd frequent this distinctly average and expensive venue. Insane. However, by the end of the evening I had to acknowledge it's bizarre charm and could not fault the staff, although the service was by no means perfect, it was super quick! Go if you need to spring clean your bank account and like to people watch. Don't go if you want to impress a date or east great food.

Good for a special treat or occasion. The king crab was lovely. Starters ranged from £14 - £250 for caviar. Mains from about £29 - £50. Desserts £14 for a slice of heaven. Only downside was tables in some areas felt a little close with other diners having to squeeze past us on either side now and again.

However the maitre'd cannot control the front of the restaurant which is incredibly chaotic and a borderline war zone at weekends. The prices are way above other Italian restaurants in Mayfair but this restaurant caters to be people that aren't at all price sensitive.

I had a lovely evening in C London yesterday with a company of friends. I was there for the first time and was excited to try a new restaurant especially one that serves Italian food which I love. So, we sat on a table for 6 and were given menus right after. I chose pasta carbonara and a simple salad. It all came quickly and it was so tasty I ate the whole portion which was way too big for what I usually eat. It was great and C London will definitely become one of my regular places to eat.
