Was looking for an Italian restaurant around the area, and I've decided to try Cacciari's. The welcoming feeling and the restaurant decoration let you feel you're in Italy, food is superb and portions are very satisfying. Also, the waiting staff is very friendly and polite. me and my girlfriend went to this lovely restaurant for the first time, and although my girlfriend didn't really enjoy, I really think I found a hidden gem! She didn't really enjoy just because she's quite peaky, her calzone was slightly undercooked inside, but the staff promptly suggested to make a new one in a few minutes, my girlfriend refused, but then they offered me the coffee. the starters, carpaccio and vitello tonnato, really tasted as in Italy, it was really good, the pizza was perfect, in my opinion, for London standards, I believe they could have add a few more choice with burrata on the pizza and maybe some pistachio's pesto but still was very good. The coffee was the part I less enjoyed but I do understand that is definitely harder to get a proper creamy espresso in London, because of the water, the temperature and other factors. The service was excellent, as coming from my previous experience in 5 stars restaurant I definitely enjoyed the ambience and the service they offered, although we were the only customers seating at a certain point and there were 3 servers, so it's hard to make any kind of mistakes, but I want to believe they would do they're job very well also in more stressful situations. I am not really a type of person who drops feedbacks, but this time I feel like I really have to, I have plenty of experience in hospitality and I currently work in IT for a chain of restaurants and hotels, so I kinda know how generally chains tends to keep their standards and tend to be less flexible to individual customer needs and taste, but I have to say that this particular Cacciari's restaurant really surprised me. Therefore the 4 stars!! well done guys!! I did not want to give you 5 stars only because it is slightly pricy, the ambience was really nice but you tent to be a little bit to loud when talking to each other which quite ruins the relaxing atmosphere you tried to achieve with the lightning and music, and in final because of the calzone, that although I know mistakes happens, and you reacted very well to the complain, this shouldn't really happen on your signature calzone, neither should happen during quite times, also the coffee, yes was complimentary, but wasn't really good, but that's not really your fault, that's more on the company. I hope you keep going on this way, and wish you all a good career in hospitality if that's what you want to do!! I'll definitely come visit you again soon. All the best Marco

One of the best Italian I've ever tasted! Great and super friendly service with a cosy atmosphere. I've tried a risotto with shrimp and it was top notch. They even offered a started on the house! The food was prepared quick as well, which was a plus as we were starving. Good location and reasonable prices. The dosage could have been slightly bigger but that's the standard. Would definitely recommend!

The best dining experience EVER!! Our server, Anka (apologises if I have spelt the name wrong) was absolutely wonderful. Even though we ate out late in the evening she was super friendly, and provided us with awesome information about allergies (I have a gluten intolerance). The wine was bellissimo, and the gluten free pasta was sooo fresh, I had the rest for breakfast! I would recommend Cacciari's to anyone and everyone, especially to those with a gluten intolerance/allergy. My partner and I will definitely be coming again, and cannot wait to share the restaurant with our friends. Grazie!

Mixed feelings about this place, it's overpriced and a 12.5% service charge added to the bill made me feel ripped off, the food is unimaginative bog standard Italian, medium sized portions, nothing exciting or special to justify the prices, the wine was ridiculously overpriced. it is all nicely presented by smiling staff, in a classic Italian Restaurant decor, with a pizza oven at the end and judging by the huge fortress style stack of pizza boxes I had the uneasy feeling that there would be Uber drivers up and down the Isle to pick up deliveries, this did not happen on a cold Wednesday in November, it just spoilt the ambiance for us, our bog standard coffee and brandies were served without biscuits and in cold water tumblers, I had to ask for a pot of hot water to warm the brandy up, and the brandies roughness again left me feeling ripped off. We had two courses, a bottle of wine coffee and single brandies and paid over 125.00! Won't be going back.

Impressive! I been for a dinner and I can tell, it been one of the satisfying pizza I have eaten in London so far. The lady who was serving us was amazing, professional and smiling. I highly recommend!

this is a tricky one , the food is lovely bit expensive but it worth it , the atmosphere and the waitress that dealt with us was technically someone don’t understand how hospitality work from moment one , a gloomy face not interested at all in the job she’s doing and the way she dealt with our request is extremely rude , even the manager was giving her a remark about a cups , she was texting with consideration to him at all , I forgot her name was wearing glasses, plus the pizza man was talking on the phone while working so loudly I had to literally scream so my wife hear me . the only explanation that the manager there allowing that is the lack of stuff in the industry because he seemed like a nice and professional person . shame it seemed a good place to go in the future , hope I convince my wife to give it a go one more time .

Tuna tartare was so delicious!! Pasta was good but a bit salty. Great service!!

I'm no Italian from Rome, but I have been enough times to know that this isn't Roman style pizza. Was largely disappointed with the ingredients. Pizza base was floppy. My friend had the tortelloni and it came Luke warm. Pasta felt like it was not cooked enough even for aldente. For the money, I can't value it to say it is worth it.

Delicious and authentic Italien Restaurant. We went there on our last day in London. We ate Bruschetta as starter and I had a Pizza for Main dish. The Food is super good. Also you can see directly in the kitchen where the giant stone oven is. Also the service is very good. Will definetly come back next time!

Lovely and small Italian, tucked away on one of the side streets between Kensington and Earl’s Court. Very good menu with fresh pasta and stone baked pizza. Very charming setting and very reasonable prices. Take away also available but definitely worth a visit!

Lovely Italian restaurant, the place has been nicely designed and the food is top quality. The three stars is for the price, you can find just as good quality food for much cheaper.

We ate here in September of 2019 (a bit late, I know). The food was sumptuous and plentiful. Being American we got there early, around 6:30 pm. People started coming in droves so it must be a popular spot. Staff was great too. On the high side of typical prices but well worth it.

Very delicious, the food was nicely prepared and nice recyclable bowls . ( take away) Pappardelle with Tuscany Beef , was absolutely delicious. Avocado salad was very good too

The pizza was excellent! The day I was in the kitchen was not working, but I cool about it so instead of pasta I chose pizza. The waiter explained everything very nice to me, he was polite and helpful. The atmosphere is nice, with a bit a rustic feel which I love. The oven that they gave to make the pizza is with wood so for me this a big plus. The 4 stars is for the price. For overall service, design and food the place is too expensive.

Fantastic Italian food and atmosphere. The service is as good as the food. The prices are on the higher end but not too high. They have a wood fired oven that turns out fabulous pizzas and calzones. The house dressing is authentic so beware it's fish based. Maybe consider just the olive oil which is great. I've been there twice because the boy loves the pizza and we can get fine Italian dishes.

I went here after a visit to Olympia with a work colleague. This is a small restaurant and a little bit out of the way, so we were both surprised at how delicious it was. My pasta was beautifully fresh and flavoursome and the house wine was also delicious. There are a few tables outside and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there, as it was a beautiful, sunny day.

Lovely Italian restaurant nearby the Marriott residence inn. I ordered the Chicken Milanese. The waitress asked me if I wanted a side, I should have said yes as it was only the chicken breast. So my husband shared his pasta with me, and I shared my chicken with him. The portions were large and we both were very full. It was incredibly delicious! The salad was extremely fresh. All the ingredients tasted fresh. The olive oil (for bread dipping and salads) was one of my favorite parts of the meal. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but every bite was worth it. Nice ambiance, too. We could see the pizza oven from where we were sitting. From the number of pizzas that were coming out of the oven, we deduced this place must be a local area favorite for pizzas. We are thinking about going back later in the week for pizza!

Nice authentic Italian restaurant. Service was a bit slow even though the restaurant wasn't too busy. The toilets being on the lower ground floor are a bit awkward if you have kids. The pasta was delicious and home made pesto was a winner for our daughter. Would recommend.

Food was really good. We (two of us) stopped in somewhat early 18:00 and got a table without a reservation. But this was on a Tuesday and I'm guessing closer to the weekend it isn't advisable. Not the cheapest place but the food is worth it (and guessing that keeps the price up).

This is a great restaurant to attend mid-afternoon on a weekday. It tends to be super quiet so it feels like you have the place to yourself. Don't let that deter you though as the food is really good. Starter portions are healthy as is the mains course. The orange and chocolate panna cotta dessert is fantastic and highly recommended. The slight downside is that the menu is quite pricey but that's not unexpected for this part of town.

The menu is authentically Italian, at least for the lunch and dinner services. The waiting staff are charming and attentive, albeit somewhat slow. However, their breakfast menu lefts a lot to be desired. The full English breakfast is cheap and the French pastry on offer is unpalatable. The cute little restaurant is nestled in a not particularly attractive corner of London. The service was prompt and friendly. The pasta was fresh and of excellent quality, cooked perfectly al dente. The flavors of the sauces were very good indeed. The one criticism would be of the meat in the bolognese. It was a bit dry and flaky. Kind of strange. The sauteed spinach were also very good. Maybe needed a touch more garlic and salt. Overall, I would give the pasta a 4.5 or more and the sauce more like a 3.5.

Also last dinner before going back to the US but was not impressed at least not by their carbonara, maybe my fault with ordering a carbonara at a balogna place. Service was fine. Price was good. Dessert we tried was the Nutella pizza but it was literally Nutella on pizza (no topping or anything impressive) and it was pretty hard to Nutella on hard bread wasn’t too good and charge 6 pounds for it.

Great spot. Visited on a Friday around 5pm without reservation. Seated comfortably, cosy atmosphere, food came quickly, and the pizzas and wine were great.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, occasionally chaotic staff but, to be fair, all problems were sorted quickly and with a friendly smile. We went twice in 2 days and we'll almost certainly go again next time we are in the area.

As an Italian, I can give this place 5 stars and I can say that it's probably the best Italian restaurant I've tried in London. I had WONDERFUL tagliatelle al ragù, I actually did not expect this high quality!! Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere tucked away off the main road near Earl’s Court. Music and a friendly hostess. Frosty waitress but that didn’t take away from the experience. Garlic bread is excellent, like a mini white pizza, and the Parmesan cheese is spooned on the mains and tasty. Perfect candlelit date night.
