Very nice atmosphere and service. The food is fresh and tasty, especially the dessert. The price is a little high but worth it .

Had a lovely stop off here yesterday after a visit to the National Gallery and stumbled across it.
We wanted, and got, some cake and drinks after visiting the sights, mid afternoon.
The manager Ahmed and his staff were very welcoming, friendly and the refreshments were all fresh and delicious. We had black forest gateaux, cherry frangipane, mille feuille and choc nut ice cream sundae. All very yummy! The interior had an authentic Italian cafe feel and the whole visit felt like a treat. We'd definitely go back.
We also need to thank Ahmed as we left behind some art work that we'd done at the gallery, and didn't realise until that evening. Going past by chance the next day, we asked if they still had it and indeed, they'd kept it! One very happy daughter!! Many thanks 👍😊

A really nice place to have your breakfast, brunch or dinner! Saturday morning and it was the only place that they didn’t request a reservation to have a seat.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, we had to wait a bit longer than usual to get served but I don’t mind at all after being in 8 places that all of them requested a reservation for us to be able to have breakfast (and they were empty).
Nice and tasty food, fresh salmon, liked the presentation of the plates and they’re fresh ice cream 😌😍
It’s a place that you can go with your family, friends, partner.
They’re all welcome 🙏

the waiter in a white shirt was a tender person, super friendly, the man in a black shirt was super arrogant, he treated us as if we were unworthy to eat there, he gave us a bad time, since we walked in and he ignored us all the time, really a very bad experience with him, We asked him for two coffees and he didn't even take it into account, until 10 minutes later. Compared to the gentleman in the white shirt who was very sweet even if he just went to leave us the drinks and the bill, an abysmal difference he tried.
L. A.
The food and the service are amazing. Fantastic the experience, although they should rethink of prices for a dinner under £. 100,00.
M. G.
Had cakes takeaway here while I was passing by and their cakes tasted delish.
K. L.
Had the afternoon tea for 2 at Caffè Concerto Piccadilly. My favourite snacks were: the blueberry tart, Belgian chocolate mousse, lemon curd cheesecake and all the savoury sandwiches (cucumber & cheese cream and smoked salmon in a brioche bread). I was however disappointed by the scones which were too dry and too dense and did not seem fresh enough, warm or fluffy as expected,l.
Nevertheless, the fruits herbal tea was divine.
I also highly recommend their Acai, mango & strawberry smoothie which as a hint of fresh mint: it was very refreshing.
The overall service was good and the staff very friendly.
Z. A.
Thank you very much for the brilliant attention I received today. I was passing by and I could see a very positive vibes among the team especially I got a very warm welcome from Fathi and the rest of his team. They shaped my coffee with a lovely heart and that did not fade away even when I finished drinking it. Love you guys 🌷
L. G.
Busy place, but always able to get a table. They serve really lovely afternoon tea with delicious savoury and sweet delicacies!!

Annoyed with myself for not visiting before. Perfect place to meet in Piccadilly.. Fantastic coffee and complimentary iced water water served with ice and lemon. Food also looked great but wasn't eating.
A. Y.
Arrived here and it was pretty quiet as most customers chose to sit outside. The food was quite nice but I don’t think the price matches the food as it is quite basic tasting in my opinion. However service was quick with no faults.
Date visited- 09/06/21

Pros:
- responsive service
Cons:
- Dirty toilets
- Apple crumble a bit cold and drown in custard (would have been better to serve it in a separated container)
A bit pricy for what it has to offer. But it has a nice vibe.
s. m.
We arrived around 6pm. We waited few minutes even though at least five tables were available upstairs. The floor and bathroom were extremely dirty. The soup was very good and so were the chocolate mousse and the cheese lemon cake. Service could have been better. We asked three of the staff about the soup of the day until we got the answer. The cellophane cake wrap laid underneath the slice so we actually ate the cake fron the cellophane instead of the plate. Weard.
B. D.
Inattentive staff, with the exception of what seemed to be the manager.
Long wait for barely warm food. Taste was nice enough, but not worth the cost. Better options available nearby. Nice decor, probably fine for a coffee and cake instead of main meal.
S. M.
Pretty expensive, although I must admit the food was very tasty. As expected, portions are bigger when you order pasta than when it's about meat in your place. Lobster+steak was pretty weak in size Taste was 5* though. Still, the service is good and the atmosphere peaceful. Especially if it's a night out with your significant other. Probably worth mentioning that toilets are very clean and smell nice. Will come back for sure.
F. L.
Stopped here for a drink and a snack. beautiful interior, and good quality food. Next time will be stopping for dinner.
H. A.
Very cozy place. The pastries looks nice also they have gelato with decent selection. Good selection of teas. The food looks good as well in my next visit I will be having something to eat as a meal. They have afternoon tea, and they have many branches in London
Thanks
K. H.
Great coffee and cake and service. Only 4stars as I'm from Yorkshire and baulk at £30 for two cakes and coffees.
J. R.
Expect London prices, but a nice experience. The staff were polite, the Black Forest Gateau was moist and tasty and the cutlery was clean (you'd be surprised how many are not).
K. F.
The most delicious cake I’ve ever had is the raspberry gateaux. Divine!! But The cannolis suck - too sweet and not enough flavor. The turmeric latte was delicious.
T. H.
As soon as I walked in I could tell this was a very busy, central London restaurant. I will be honest, I loved the relaxing music in the background. However, it's all very cramped and narrow which many people dislike... including me as I love my conversations to be private and less people staring down at my food?
The waitress who decided to seat us was very unprofessional and was not aware of any good manners, that was very unfortunate for us. She could not follow a simple instruction and in the end I had to take control of the situation as a customer. Can you not clear up the table that a customer wants? There are better places than this if you expect a good service. No eye contact either and experience below average.
R. S.
On the surface, this place looks like a bad Italian chain restaurant. But I must say, I was surprised that the food was actually very good and well presented. The service is ok... nice people but inauthentic and wrote. We had to call our waitress over several times - the first time just to take our order - which is not a deal breaker just a small red flag. We went for lunch which was priced very well.
M. N.
Although I have visited London numerous times this was my first experience having afternoon tea and I was not disappointed. It may be slightly expensive but not unreasonable for a tea for two. Tea was served with an assortment of sweet and savory snack options which were all delicious and the atmosphere of the cafe was darling.
L. G.
I *really* wanted a piece of chocolate cake and I was thrilled when I saw Caffe Concerto was open. The best place for cake in the city. Words can't describe how delicious this chocolate gateaux was. Lovely packaging too. Can't wait to go back and enjoy their hot food too!
M. M.
Booked for my birthday. One of my friends is Vegetarian and was advised this would be no problem on the day but when we turned up the options were limited and they could not have ‘Afternoon Tea’ items as a result! Ok as a one time visit only
A. I.
Good food and atmosphere
S. M.
Lunch was delicious, Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Creamy Pesto sauce! Delightful atmosphere. My only complaint, a few of the staff members, while efficient, were not very friendly. I felt like I was intruding on their personal time instead of being treated as a customer spending money to pay their salary. Highly recommend the food, but avoid the staff if possible!
J. H.
They are lovely places either for lunch or dinner, or just a pot of tea and a cake. They have a delicious selection of cakes and pastries. Unfortunately they don’t have any gluten free options, which I find strange in this day and age. You can reserve a table, or just walk in. You may have to wait whilst they organise you a table, but they are quick and efficient. There are quite a few of them dotted around the Capital, all quite unique in their own way. Well worth a try. They do serve afternoon tea with cakes, sandwiches and savouries which is around £18 per head, which is quite a bit less expensive than some of the hotels and department stores.

Delicious cake and pastries , the afternoon tea/ hi tea is good. Love their mille feulle (2017)
It was lovely being here. We had vegetarian breakfast, waffles, latte, juice, and mille feuille. (2019)
K. C. S.
We had dessert with our coffee and tea. Great cakes. Friendly service. Love the interior.
A. L.
we were here for afternoon tea and a snack before dinner. it was an okay caffe. there is wifi available. Price is good.
N. R.
Lovely food. We ordered the spinach ravioli, the mushroom risotto and the goat cheese ravioli and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is only a minor issue about water requests. Every time I have being there they don’t offer you water and when requested it takes very long for the waiters to bring. Sometimes I had to ask 4 times and the water arrived after we have finished our meal.
R. K.
Great location ; delicious food ; friendly staff ; the price was reasonable
P.
The customer service wasn’t as great in the heart of London
Food was okay
The vibe inside is better than sitting outside
I. C.
Had a lovely afternoon tea with sandwiches and cake, staff very attentive, good food, well worth a visit.
M. W.
The staff were very kind and I enjoyed the atmosphere, although I did think it was quite tacky and over-the-top in some places (like the plastic tree). The prices are much cheaper than most places if you're looking for an afternoon tea, and for the area you're not going to find somewhere any cheaper easily.
A. E.
Went here for a drink and a bite to it. Friendly and fast service. Food is average.
L. V.
Went for afternoon tea with a friend and it was fantastic. Lovely food, staff were friendly and even exchanged some raisin scones for normal even though we forgot to ask beforehand. Thank you again for the great service and I look forward to returning.
R. S.
Arrived late at night as a traveller, starving. Thought the resturant may be shutting soon but they were more than happy to serve us. Very quick service but never felt rushed to leave and very good wait staff and customer service. I had the carbonara and it was amazing!! Piping hot and gorgeous!! Partner had salmon and broccoli spaghetti and said it was amazing. Very good price and portions. Definitly would recommend. Decor is bit outdated but loved it
M. M. N. (. M.
Fast service and friendly. You can feel the selected quality ingredients. The taste is better than normal chain restaurants, but still nothing to mentionable. If there would be a fusion or type of cuisine in a direction. Specialisation or so.. but Me and my business partners did enjoyed it. However, somehow I had a bit of the expression to order quick, order now drink before and after, and if you finish with dessert please pay your bill and next.. we had to go somewhere else to finish our conversation.
T. B.
The food and drinks were lovely… but the workers made multiple mistakes with the drinks and dessert order.. they also didn’t show care in serving us as things were missing and just not smooth..
But taste wise it was lovely ..

Had perfect dinner with my colleague... Especially thanks for Gerald, 'hot' merlot with honey, cinnamon and orange was amazing!
M. P.
Loved it. Drinks and food are absolutely amazing. Had an iced latte. Was pleasantly surprised with the presentation. I’ve never had coffee served in a wine glass. Would definitely return. Staff was also great.
C. G.
Good bordering very good. The service was first class but not quite excellent.
H. B.
Was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and a good selection of food, veggies and vegans well catered for. Food was expensive, but tasty. Good house wine.
A. H.
Loved the food, excellent ambiance, great service and reasonable prices
A. N.
Prime location on Regent Street, desert menu is fantastic. However, the level of cleanness is low and service is slow due to staff shortages.
s. p.
Not sure why this cafe is underrated... So here we went to enjoy and complete our bucket list of visiting places in London... "Afternoon Tea".. The most affordable Tea which is available in London is definitely Caffè concerto..
A. U.
Visited in August 2020. Had chicken mushroom pasta, fish n chips and chocolate mousse which were out of this world. Staff Maria doing an excellent job. However,Hot chocolate drink was a disappointment.
B. R.
Nice Mix of hot and cold dishes, Afternoon tea is very well priced, option of cream tea also. Range of teas for me is slightlh limited.
R.
Really nice cafe and friendly staff. Had afternoon tea there and it was decent
C. H. (.
Pitty staff is arrogant and corrects you on your foreign pronaunciation.
Nice coffee. Nice music Nice interior.
B. T.
Lovely food, pleasant staff, revolting toilet facilities.
R. C.
Nice quiet place to have lunch in the center, good food and delicious desserts, efficient staff
Q. A.
Good location
Tasty foods and drinks
Friendly staff
Prices as expected in Central London
A. S.
Very well located, beautiful decor but food was just okay and overpriced.

Yesterday 23 October was a friend’s birthday and I decided to buy a cake to celebrate the occasion. I was going to buy a cake from well known national chain of patisserie cafes but someone suggested Cafe Concerto instead and I am glad I went to Cafe Concerto in Piccadilly. The cake was a total success and extremely yummy. Thank you Cafe Concerto!
M. K.
We were a little disappointed by the service when we arrived: we were seated in an uncomfortable corner very close to another table when there was a whole room available. I saw our hostess show two parties into that room, and asked if we could be seated there but she said it was not possible as they were closing the area. Not a big deal, except loads of people were seated there as we watched for the next hour so it felt like we were low priority customers.
The wine we wanted was unavailable and it took a long time between ordering wine and actually drinking it.
That said, we were very happy with the food once it arrived- the vegan truffle gnocchi was very nice and the portions were generous. Priced on the high side, but still better value for money in terms of food quality than anywhere else on piccadilly
M. H.
Nice place and amazing food with very high quality and friendly staff
S. A.
The customer service was great! Table of 6, They were efficient and billed us separately saving us time and effort to work out who owes how much at the end! Ambience was good too and food was good.
L. T.
These staff serving today were amazing - they were attentive, polite and there was a quick service. I am an advocate for great customer service as this weekend! The cake was also very moist - well done on all of this as I rarely state this. The staff may have accents as they are not English born but they speak very well and I understood what they were saying completely & vice versa as there was a comment below that stated otherwise.
M. G.
We stopped for an afternoon tea and went for the the smaller sweet version with jasmine green tea. The pastries were good and fresh but the service was bad. They forgot about us multiple times, had to wait 15 minutes for a menu and and to chase after them for the bill. Big room for improvement.
D. H.
Great staff, great food. Very nice ambience with the restaurant front open on a sunny London afternoon.
p. m.
It is amazing!
I loved the food, it was one of the best cakes I have ever had!
And our waitors were really kind and friendly, their names are Viví and Arben
s. L.
After a little bit of retail therapy I popped into Cafe Concerto second visit to the luxury brand this evening for a glass of wine and some food. Maher and the team welcoming and always makes it special. Shame tier 3 happens from today. They made sure everyone was safe and happy during these tough and wording times. It’s really brands like this that I’m going to miss... covid please get yourself sorted and disappear!
Z. S.
OMG amazing afternoon tea 🤩 friendly staff ♥️recommended 4 everyone 🥰
R. L.
I don't know why I always full for this, what can you expect from a chain that will only serve a customer once...
The cakes we order were OK, nothing more, not worth the £45!!!!!!!!! , The Macrons ordered... Was was wet, 1 was broken but turned up side down so we won't see - really?
My son cake (first to order) arrived only when we reminded someone, we weren't served water or asked, any establishment in this price zone should offer.
The toilets were Disgusting with a capital D and my father whom were teaching hotelling told me once to always check the toilet as it will be as clean as the kitchen and boy was he right, it's really not worth going into.
Guys ! Do better, only then charge so much
S. M.
After a dodgy start where we were only given the Al a carte menu, where we were led in by the board outside which we then after querying the prices, we told that is the specials menu.
The first waiter was not friendly, maybe he'd just heard he'd got some bad news. The second waitress was lovely and could not have been nice to us.
We have been before and we will go again. The food is really good and good portion sizes.
S. M.
Delighted we decided to give this place a try recently when in central London before going to see a show. First impressions were great as the decor and style of the place is really nice/classy and the atmosphere very inviting, and the staff and service lived up to these expectations too. We were warmly greeted by Alex who was very friendly and professional making sure we were seated nice and quickly and he provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, both of us had the Chicken & Asparagus Risotto which was superb, and prices were very reasonable for the central location. Thanks again Alex... we will definitely be back!
V. W.
Lovely staff and attentive service. I'd say the place was very clean and elegant too. My one criticism would be that the chicken Milanese was a little on the dry side but other than that I was in good hands and the cakes were also delightful.
M. O.
I always stop for a coffee here but when my friends visited from overseas I had my first Afternoon Tea with them at the Piccadilly cafe. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious and very good value for money. The Alina-Daniela was absolutely brilliant and helpful. I will definitely bring my visitors here for afternoon tea again. Thank you!
E. D. H.
Lovely lunch spot with great salads! Quick and efficient, great menu with lots of options. We were in London for about a week and had lunch at various spots around sightseeing attractions. This was the best hands down. Would definitely visit again.
L. m. v.
What a beautiful location! Staff were friendly, welcoming and the coffee was so good I bought a pack for home! I didn't have any food, but the menu looked great!
I definitely recommend this spot :)
M. G.
I always buy cakes from them. While some of them are average, especially the chocolate cakes, their white chocolate cigarettes cake was absolutely delicious. The vanilla layers were perfectly baked, fluffy and with the perfect amount of syrup, the cream was delicious, 2 different types, and the fruits on top were perfectly assorted with the rest of the cake. Strongly recommend this cake!
S. M. F.
Another wonderful evening. I met some of my friends in this branch for afternoon tea. At the moment of our arrival one of the managers I think his name was Alex welcome us with a big smile and asked the reason we were visiting the branch, in the moment we said we wanted to do afternoon tea with some friends and we needed a quiet and reserved place he prepared for us a comfortable table for all of us (we were 6). We had a few suggestions about our choices of beverages as we could go as well for coffee with our afternoon tea. We had a great evening and also before we left we decided to take some cakes home with the offer our waitress recommend us before we left. 4 for 10£. We couldn’t resist.
G.
Conveniently located in centre of town, the menu is wide ranging and caters well for veggies & vegans. However the veggie portion sizes are quite small, especially when compared with the chicken dish my partner had. I also think the food is quite salty, I had a raging thirst afterwards. There are some great cakes and you get a decent sized slice. Service is a little slow, especially when getting the bill.
M. C.
This Gorgeous Caffe , and the Staff, made my birthday trip so special. Refreshed with beautiful tea and exceptional Cake.
They let me have my cup and saucer as a gift, all wrapped up
What a wonderful experience, never to be forgotten, thank you.

I think the food is fantastic... Must Try: Pasta : spinach Tagliatelle smoke salmon.... And scone is perfect. Service is quiet good actually and the waitress are really nice to us. May be it depend on the customer, perhaps the waitress doesnt like it when customer is rude. The price is reasonable.
J. K.
Had once my breakfast for takeaway there. Received excellent customer service, quick breakfast, absolutely delicious food. not sure about the rest, but breakfast are super good.
£6 for tasty scrambled eggs with salmon, I think it s fair price for good portion breakfast received in less than 10 min.
G. S. (.
Had a great coffee although it was a little too low on substance. Saw them charging £4.50 for other cakes which were pre-packaged and placed onto a plate whilst still in a packagedwhich is a bit out of order considering the image of the cafe. Staff are excellent, very friendly and good service. Had had lovely tea in the past and would stick to that. My cake was excellent. Recommended.
R. P.
Awesome dining experience . Eight of us rocked up to this place starving and all eight of us were served knockout meals
From the fried calamari , to grilled salmon to the chicken schnitzel , ravioli and pasta we were thoroughly impressed as a simple cafe carved out chef quality meals
Service was prompt and cheerful
No hesitation only pleasure in recommending this joint
If you like seafood their fried calamity is awesome and a HUGE serving
Not the cheapest eat in London but worth every cent
I. M.
Last afternoon I've been here with a friend of mine and I've received an amazing service from a young woman, Mary. She served us like queens, kind, smiling, professional and with a beautiful presence.
Food and coffees were very good, staff is nice (actually not everyone). I'm giving five stars specially for Mary. She deserves a promotion for sure.
S. S.
This place is really nice. Waitstaff seems to have stepped up their game from previous reviews. Not a "quick in and out" kind of place, but if you're in no hurry, it's a great place to eat at.
The braised Lamn Shank was amazing and so were the mashed potatoes with it. The bruschetta was delicious also.
J. L.
The food is great and the cakes are amazing😋! Had a fantastic time, can't wait to get the chance to visit again!
W. L. T.
I had the afternoon tea late in the afternoon. The food was alright, the sandwiches were a little dry, scones alright, cakes were a hit and miss. I did like the decor, will recommend because of the ambience and the great service!
Y. M.
I came here as a birthday gift from my friend. Afternoon Tea for Two. Delicious and rather filling.! A beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. A very good service. My son and I came here prior to the theatre. Lovely!
M. M.
Went there to get a mixed berries tart for my lovely boyfriend.
As it was take-away they wrapped it up in a fancy box + bag with no extra costs!
At home we shared the tart! It was megalicious! Loved it!
I was served by Bianca Andreea
J. D.
It's a tourist place so you know what you're getting. The food isn't very good but the service was really good. Part of the sharing platter want heated up sufficiently so the manager said we didn't have to pay for it. It wasn't on the bill when it arrived, so fair play to the manager! A great way to deal with a complaint. You can take kids here which is an advantage. If you've got kids with you.
C. C.
It's a gamble with this place, have visited several times and the service varies also the quality of food varies.
The staff I guess are on a rotational schedule with all the different branches as each time I've been there there is a different waiter or waitress and that has caused the service level variation. Once I was there before noon and after ordering the waiter comes back saying that few items were not available. This is something the staff should know and inform quests before ordering.
They quality of food varies greatly you can have a great dish one time just have the same another time but with poor quality.
Salads can be a waste of time. The pasta dishes are a gamble they can be great or absolutely drenched in oil.
T. R.
One if nicest places to eat while in London, service is fantastic , you are treated like royalty, the food is superb whether it is a cheeseburger or risotto. The food is cooked as ordered you wait a while but His the wait is worth the while. The desserts are scrumptious and and beautiful. Every bite of food you eat you taste every flavor that is put into it
J. K.
We had afternoon tea at this caffe concerto and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious aswell as the tea! Our server was a very lovely lady who's name I can't remember and Alexandru the manager. They were both very nice and making an effort. They even gave us a lovely treat before we left! We highly recommend this place!
K. H.
I visited on a night that wasn't busy. Had the salmon tagliatele. It was tasty and the portion size was good. Good service as well. Spent about £30 on a main, a small glass of wine, and a cup of tea.
H. F.
Lovely experience! Hot chocolate and pastries were divine (especially on a wintry day!) staff were lovely, Mariana our server gave great suggestions, would highly recommend! We will be back ☺️
R. A.
The hot chocolate is out of this world. Everything is delicious.
I. T.
Really good food but the staff was not so nice and friendly. The need to work a bit more on the service.
P. A.
Reasonable prices for central London. Good service. Claasic decor.
S. L.
Had a great late lunch here. Staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait for a table. The whipped cream hot chocolate is great.
C. E.
Superb!
What a lovely place and exquisite food. All the dishes we enjoyed were beyond delicious. What else can I say? Ah the service was excellent.
M. N.
The best Honey Cake I had in awhile!
C. L.
Overall very quite place and large portions of food, that's great. That day we have also met a famous actor Bill Nighy, which was a great surprise for all of us!
Overall a great place to catch up if you want to chat and actually hear each other.
Nice atmosphere, apart from a weird behaviour of the waitress who had food in the main restaurant area and had loud music on their phone as well as another waiter met some loud friends in the same restaurant area. I think it's not the best of the practices, hence 4 out of 5 for this place.
K. D.
My reviews are mixed in this case since I have been to Caffe Concerto a number of times and usually the service is decent and the Pastries are delicious, but since the past two times I have been experiencing delayed service by the staff and the worst being the fact that the pastries were not fresh. The saving grace was of course their Latte which was served just as per my taste.
L. M.
The pastry is great as not too sweet. Fresh mint tea is cool.
T. B.
The place is amazing, good food.
T. M.
Great atmosphere, coffee and sweets 👍

Delicious deserts, great staff.

A lovely surprise on 20 July 2017: I bought two scones for take away and told the service I would have them with my daughter next day for the afternoon tea - in Germany. I had to wait for the scones to get ready and got them carefully packed in a nice gift bag, with an extra cup of cream and two little jars of marmalade. Next day after arriving in Dresden my daughter and me really enjoyed the scones - and the story of buying them - for the cup of tea. Thank you!
A. S.
Not big fan of this overpriced touristic place but Cream Tea here was quite nice, decent £24 for two people. Lovely warm scones, clotted cream and a few tasty cakes with nice choice of tea.
C. G.
Carmen was really helpful with my lovely cake :) thanks!
K. D.
Yummy chicken sandwich. Great people watching too.
A. L.
Nice and cosy. Delicious cakes and biscuits. Reasonable priced. Could occasionally be a bit too tight during busy hours. However, the staff is always friendly.

The atmosphere is nice and the maitre too. Unfortunately we went on Saturday afternoon and they were a bit overwhelmed, took a while to sit and be served, and they didn't tell us that we couldn't have just a drink until after we ordered.

Loved the old world splendor of this caffe. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and we weren't disappointed when we left. It was only slightly more expensive than any one of the national chains.

Amazing place with very nice service and sweets. I also felt like I stepped back in time and I was enjoying my coffee with the elit and aristocracy. It could also have been an old cafe in Vienna or Paris. Simply lovelly!!! I'd love to visit it again!

Cafe concerto chain has became our go-to daytime place for a refreshments from a cup of tea or light snack to a filling, well cooked, well presented reasonably priced meal. I have never eaten past 6:00 so I cannot comment upon the evening experience, except to say that on this occasion the staff were very efficient in getting it meal together (various pasta dishes) knowing we were in a hurry.. whichever location we have visited, the staff have been consistently courteous and efficient and this is true if my recent visit to the Piccadilly cafe. There is a very good range of beverages, pasteries and cakes on offer. The hot meals have, as the name suggests, an Italian influence. The only improvement I could how for it that with all central London pubs, restaurants, the loos could do with improvement. Other than that, I would say that you cannot go wrong.

I ordered a red velvet piece of cake and they unfortunately gave me a raspberry instead. I had it because I wanted, I was aware of that as I know the difference, but they should have told me they didn’t have the red velvet and then offered me a different one, not to seem bad faith 👀🧐

Had a very good birthday cake thanks. When visiting come back.

Had a quick stop here for lunch. Food was tasty. It wasn't cheap but you're not going to get cheap round here I guess. Decor is nice and the waiting staff were smart and friendly. Can't fault it.

The food was fine, but oddly enough the same pasta dishes was decorated different, one with greens and one with shaves of parmesan. The waitress was friendly. However when ordering one dish with the mushroom sauce on the side, we got the dish, lastly for the child in the company, with sauce on top of the chicken breast. We asked to get it right and the waitress apologized, all well until the dish arrives again with the sauce all over the sauteed potatoes instead. Poor preformance by either the chef or the waitress I don't know, but not a full tip.
Pasta is obviously their better dishes and they're good, but stay off the bolognese.

Great food but sometimes the staff is slow, me and my family waited a lot just to be noticed, and when they finally were bringing our order, the waitress got distracted and kept us waiting more.
But the food is absolutely great and even though they are a little slow they are nice
M. S.
Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Food was amazing - fresh, delicious and decent size portions. The best macarons in the city. Very friendly staff.

Our waitor Adrien was very friendly and professional, enjoyed a very calm and peaceful atmosphere after a long night. Sparkling cocktails are very nice here
M. A.
Very nice service in such a busy place. Huge selection of cakes, coffee, drinks. Close to the Piccadilly underground station. The place is very busy over the weekends but you have to accept this fact. Our experience was very pleasing.
A. S.
Had some afternoon tea, cappuccino came with soy milk when we haven't ask for it. One of the sandwiches had a hair on it.
The pastry was delicious though.
M. G.
The service could be more put together and run around (without actually looking at each table) less. The afternoon tea and jasmine green tea are good though if not a little too sweet.
F. A.
I like this place the coffee is really good and the desert very delicious
S.
Nice decor but the table we sat was too close to another table. In fact lots of tables were too close. The space are limited , coz this is London. However we didnot feel relax and comfortable at all. The food is good and the service is ok.
T. N.
A nice place to have a coffee, but still too expensive for what it provides, the service is fine but not enough for the specific shop, the coffee could be better in my opinion too, it's though a luxurious place and you can enjoy your drink
G. S.
Cafe Concertos here and in Whitehall are the best places in London for Afternoon Tea.
Forget the long queue and waiting list at The Ritz: here you get all boxes ticked in gorgeous surroundings.
Divine.

One of my all time favourites, to satisfy my sweet-tooth cravings or grab a quick bit with friends!
A. S.
This place is a posh version of Caffe Nero.
Interior is a sort of "Belle Epoque" modern.
Food is quite fine.
Prices high.
They will not accept customers asking for a coffe or a tea only.
J. K.
The best cakes in London from my experience and suitable for vegetarians. The manager also told me they do tiramisu without alcohol in summer
G. r. L.
Grandson enjoyed burger, but not much good if you are gluten free. Nicely presented and served, friendly helpful staff and clean environment .
M. B.
Really nice afternoon tea. Staff we very friendly. However, they didn't have any soya milk when asked. Would definitely go again.
A. z.
Food was nice, service is good! Went there twice in the afternoon during weekdays, I like that there are not much people so me and my friends could talk.
M. A.
Staff was not very interested in serving us, no attention and the order took a while.
The cake was delicious. 8/10

Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. Not at all what we expected. Have a happier and more helpful staff.

T. V. L.
Had a super delicious lunch!
W. W.
Good afternoon tea spoiled their inability to discern between scones and stones. These were crisp and un-cuttable. The rest was good and tasty and the teapot was only good for one cup.
A. A.
I discovered this place while going to the National Gallery. Cannot discribe how gorgeous this place was and also the cakes were amazing. Go for a 'Millefeuille', it is delicious! ❤
O. S.

The food was ok. Nothing special really. Ordered a hot apple dessert but it was cold.
G. B.
Good food at reasonable prices. Better quality than the tourist restaurants in the other direction near Piccadilly Circus.
m. w.
Nice place- cakes could have been fresher..but it was 30 degrees plus outside so that my have affected them?
D. J.
Get the afternoon tea deal - £19 for afternoon tea for 2 with Prosecco. Good waiters

Food was average and tasty.
Took us hours to get the bill so taking off a star for that.

Refined place. Helpful staff. But, the downstair restrooms does not match, and pulls down the overall impression.
