Fabulous! Had coffee with a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The interior decor is lush. Love the seating arrangement. The drinks and cake were yummy. If you're looking for a place to have cake and coffee outside the regular, try Caffè Concerto!

We came here for breakfast and sat in the outside area. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered a couple of lattes and a cranberry juice. The latte was great. And for food we had a garden breakfast and blueberry pancakes. Both were lovely and at a fair price.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner in their outside seating. Service was very good, and it felt safe as it was fairly spacious in their outdoor seating area. I'd had their cakes before but I didn't realise they had a full food menu also with good variety, so was able to enjoy dinner followed by cake and tea. :)

We sat outside in the covered heated area which was nice. Service was average. The coffee was great. The Salmon Nicoise Salad was pretty good but had too much olive oil. Would probably go back if I was at the mall again, as a solid option to escape the crowds, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit for just this place.

Was very surprised by the numerous poor reviews here. We went for breakfast quite early and so the shopping complex was basically empty. We were quickly seated after scanning the code on the NHS covid app. Ordered a club sandwich, whose portion size was generous, and a cinnamon bun. Overall I had a positive experience and would revisit.

I always come here to get my delicious mixed fruit tart or Mille Feuille these 2 desserts are the top picked for me ! Some other sweets are also good but not the best. For beverag masala chai tea latte and Organic matcha tea latte are the best ! The staff are pretty cold and straight forward, but they are not rude. So its ok

A place to have breakfast or brunch with indoor and outdoor seating available. Area is not crowded and the seating maintains distance between customers. Menu is not extensive and offers the basic breakfast options with a selection of pastries. Some vegan options available too. The menu is a bit pricey. It is a calm environment and the staff are very charming. Restroom/baby changing facility available. Tables are disinfected after each customer. Payment is made at your table. Gave a 4-star because the quantity of food is small for the price but will definitely go there for a relaxing cup of coffee with a good book/movie.

I ended my holiday in London by having the authentic afternoon tea and scones at Cafe Concerto in Westfield Stratford. The ambience of of the cafe was so cosy and very warmed, make me want to stay longer. The food and cakes was really nice and tasty. The most important thing is the price which is really affordable for that type of service. I also want to highlight the service by Desi and Andrea. Both of the showing a very high standards of how waitresses should be behave. Both of them especially Desy really know how to treat costumers and make them feeling comfortable with the cafe. I will be back here for sure if I return to London. And visiting your cafe. I will be back to this cafe because of how friendly your staffs are, how nice the food and the affordable price.

This restaurant is a wonderful place for couples and groups alike to enjoy a wide selection of meals and snacks to stuff your face with. The food is great if you're someone who knows what they like and simply gravitates towards your preferred dishes. If you like to experiment with your meals and be prepared. We had to send one of our dishes back but this was our fault and not the restaurant. They have great chefs making these incredible meals. The waiters and staffs are kind and understanding but the looks of disturbed as they discuss the meal that was sent back was not very appreciated. There's 3 sections of seating, which are indoors, interim and outdoors. The outdoors allows for smoking whereas the other two doesn't. The interim is separated from outdoors with a thick plastic sheeting but a cold breeze can still be felt during winter. This is regulated by red warm heaters placed above all interim tables. (reasons why all attached pictures have a red glow) This is busy restaurant so be prepared to flag down passing waiters and waitress as waiting to be approached after finishing your meals could simply cause delays for you. Simply walk to the till and make you payment to expidite your exit.

Amazing! This is by far the best one out of the franchise. The food is delicious although they could do with introducing some halal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We was seen straight away and the pancakes were beautiful.

The waiter came after 15 mins to get your order after entering the cafe. Even after calling a waitress/waiter to get our order, it was very time consuming. Anyways straight to the point, the Selva cake was just perfect. It’s even better with Cafe Viennese with cream. The interior deco felt like you’re in some flashy, ostentatious and opulent luxurious cafe in Paris. But the mood was very relaxed and chilled vibes. I’ve ordered my dads and sisters birthday cake here before, it’s worth every penny!

This place is a lovely place for lunch but can be very very busy during popular times to eat which means the service drops a lot and you can be expected to wait a long time for your food and drinks. Ambience is lovely with a touch of luxury in the middle of Stratford, decor is beautiful and there is usually gentle instrumental music playing which is nicer than some loud restaurants. However it can be quite expensive for drinks which are £5+ for a mocktail style drink which was less than 1/4 of a wine glass full! However I have been during quieter times where service has been better and the food was tasty Italian with various HALAL chicken and lamb options. The desserts are divine as well as the tea and I would like to come for an afternoon tea on a quiet day sometime soon.

This place has my heart for casual coffee dates and afternoon teas. Pretty cute place with English vibes and some amazing coffee and confectionery. Pleasure to be served by the server Maria Bianca last time who even offered to change our order even after it was prepared. It's a different issue that we didn't chose to waste food and had what we ordered at the 1st place. Highly recommended 👍

We went here for breakfast on the last Monday of the eat out to help out scheme and really enjoyed it. Sadly you can't seem to book a table online or get through on the phone so as expected there was a queue to get in but it moved quickly and the staff were good at keeping us informed. There was a slight wait to have our order taken but our waitress Adina apologised for this and said she would get to us soon. We order the garden breakfast and the eggs benedict with salmon and both were delicious. Would visit again.

It’s not my first time here. I tend to go into this cafe mostly for the ambience and less of the food. The service is alright. Nothing special. The food is good. I would recommend for a quick light lunch or breakfast and nothing more. A bit too pricey for the standard of service and quality of food. But overall if you are shopping at Westfield and you need a coffee and cake or some afternoon tea, probably one to try. The hot chocolate and mushroom arancini are some of my faves here.

VERY PROFESSIONAL We arrived yesterday directly from China, and the train from the airport left us at stratford International Station while we were about to go to our hotel we saw this magnificent Italian restaurant, and decided to make here breakfast, I have to say that we were greeted warmly, by a very elegantly dressed gentleman, I took a garden breakfast, my wife the strawberry and banana pancakes. Nice atmosphere and food, will visit again. We visited yesterday for lunch and got recieved by a welcoming waiter that guided us to a nice table with a view and had some mouth-melting Sicilian King prawns as a starter, followed by a perfecly made beef with sweet potatoes and mushrooms sauce. We got a very good wine recommendation from the waitress that fitted our dinner smoothly. After eating, we enjoyed a nice latte with a very tasty tiramisu cake. I met a friend and we went there on Saturday. I had been there once before and the food was average for the price. I am shocked, the service was very slow and we were charged £67.79 for a plate of pasta, a burger & chips, a bottle of water, 2 cakes and a tea & latte. I didn't take too much notice of the invoice but there was a £7 service charge. I calculated it all when I got home and somewhere along the line we were ripped off as the cakes were £6 each and the meals £16 each - a bit pricy for a plate of pasta & a burger. I wouldn't bother going there again!

A perfect venue for afternoon tea. The waitresses were friendly, attentive and helpful to our group of seven - refilling teapots, and bringing extra clotted cream and jam. The tea itself was well-presented and very tasty. Warm scones were light and the cakes, pastries and macaroons were delicious. The cafe itself is light and sophisticated, combining modernity with huge elegant chandeliers and comfortable seating, with a nice of the piazza outside. It was a birthday celebration and the staff brought a lit candle on one of the cake stands and sang 'happy birthday' - unexpected and delightful! Thank you.

Fabulous food, great service, lovely staff. We went for Saturday lunch at Caffe concerto and it was busy. A very buzzy friendly atmosphere. We had lobster alla pescatora, recommended by the nice guy from Romania who greeted us..delicious. I had pasta and it was fantastic plus a perfect portion for me. We would recommend it...be prepared to spend time reading the menu as so many interesting dishes.

We stayed last night with the whole family, at caffe concert, a restaurant with Italian cuisine, I have to say that we chose the perfect place, I spent a wonderful evening celebrating my twentieth birthday. The atmosphere was divine, those gigantic chandeliers seemed to be from a castle. To drink we took a MOET roses. The food was delicious, we took 4 starters and 4 courses I took the soup of the day, my mother the bruschetta, my father the fried squid and my sister the king prowns. For the main I chose the lobster and king prowns, my mother the salmon, my sister the spaghetti ala pescatora and my father the beef filet. In the end we took the strowbery gateaux, my favorite cake. I must also specify the professionalism of the sfaff, attentive to every detail and always ready to help you, Adriana welcomed us warmly, very professional explained the menu advising us what to take, I would also mention Andrei, a really nice and very professional waiter, described each dish in part and created a beautiful atmosphere. The price quality ratio and more than fair, we spent 160£ in 4 people with starter, main and dessert plus MOET champagne. Definitely come back

Went to Cafe Concerto with my best friend. Had Margarita for my first time in Cafe Concerto, surprisingly it was so nice. Ashamed they dont have ice cream so my friend cant have her favourite Pina Colada. She had Mojito, surprisingly it was so smooth and light. GREAT FOOD, ROMANTIC PLACE, GREAT SERVICE My wife and I, love Italian cuisine, and to celebrate her birthday we came to dine at this very elegant restaurant, Caffe Concerto, we had a really good time, the staff was more than professional, very attentive to every detail, something that I was pleased is that for every dish we were served the waiter made a careful description of the dish, of its ingredients , the same for the wine that was proposed to us, a Brunelo di Montalcino, an extraordinary Tuscan wine. At the end of the evening we tasted the magnificent desserts, I had the tirmisu, my wife the black forest. I visited Stratford and often go to Caffe concerto. Everything was very nice, me and my cousin were celebrating her promotion. We had couple of drinks and small bites.
