If you want to experience the real British tea and some American pancakes style taste then this is the place to visit next time you are around London . Food presentation 9/10 quality of food served was 9/10 , however value for money 5/10 as I found price was a over kill. Well done to team that serve me and provide a outstanding customer service

on entrance its so grand, it appears to be quite "posh" but its just a wonderful environment to enjoy great food and cake! we had an afternoon tea for two. The food was delicious. so well presented and appetising . we had some lovely strong tea. option to have two pots of tea or have a pot of tea and pot with hot water to dilute etc. the cakes are very well presented and look delicious! id love to try them all! Assistant manager could not be more helpful, kind and approachable. We had a nice little chat about the caffe and her role. We spoke about the food options and why we travelled so far for a nice treat with them. We felt really at ease. i was shocked at the small toilet thats quite dated and untidy. there are a couple of new members of staff that obviously have no experience and quite young so can be a little irritating dropping cutlery, shouting across the room, dismissive attitude, not much customer service going on etc but hopefully these people will learn on the job and soon be super staff members just like the assistant managers techniques! we will be visiting again!

Ambled into this restaurant off the street in a party of nine during the busy lunch hour. The service was excellent and the food was lovely. The chandeliers and ornate decor gives the place a air of luxury (especially those who fancy afternoon tea as they offer this here) but we were only looking for a fast bite and they were able to fulfil that need too. A lovely spot for a quick coffee, decadent feast or hearty snack.

Such a wonderful place! Beautiful settings as always. I love the opulence and how relaxing it is to be there. My friend and I went for afternoon tea and was greeted by a lovely waiter who showed us to our seats. Then Carmen- she is a great host and asset to the company! She was so friendly, warm and welcoming! The scones, sandwiches, lovely cakes and tea was amazing, but it was Carmen who made the whole experience pleasurable! Thank you so much Carmen and to the team at Whitehall. We shall be back ;-)

Ordered pretty much half the menu... we were a big group. We had no problems with the food exept for the pizza, wich was kinda plain, and the apetizers (calamari rings, shrimps qnd garlic bread), those tasted pretty much like fronzen food from your local store.

I guess the location suggests that you would spend a lot of money here, but it’s on the verge of being too much for such service.

Food and service good. The only problem found was that our white wine was served uncalled together with a small bowl of ice cubes. If management of Caffè Concerto reads this mat I suggest you keep all white wine refrigerated. It's not the same to have to add ice cubes to a glass of wine.

I am not impressed at all with the food at this chain. This particular one had great service and ambient. I had ice tea and tiramisu. The tea wasn't from a bottle, rather home made and cooled down and then served with ice, which I quite prefer than the one coming from a bottle. The tiramisu was a dissapointment. Cafe Concerto looks quite shiny but the food quality doesn't quite match their prices in my opinion.

I had an absolute fantastic time, this is my third time going to this branch. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The portions are a good size and the food is delicious. It's a very cosy atmosphere and the venue is cute. The prices are also very reasonable, I'll definitely be going a 4th time

One of our must go to places whenever we visit London. The desserts are always fresh, and delicious. The decor is very grandeur, great location and good service. Aside from the usual pastries they offer gelato and various meals for lunch and dinner service. Highly recommend the Black forest cake. Reasonable prices.

Cozy restaurant, great service, We went there to eat a cake and to have a coffee. The service was amazing, the cakes fresh and delicious, very big portions. Staff very friendly, professional and providing very good service. Our experience there was great. Really nice place, recommend.. Before this we was in another Caffe Concerto, the one near Trafalgar Square, where we wait for 25 minutes for somebody to take our order. After we ask if we will be served, a waitress came after she finished to clean a table near us but we decide to leave. Customer service very poor. Was busy but no so busy to wait 25 minutes to order. Other two waiters where chatting in front of the entrance ignoring us completely. This one is to be avoid next time.

A lovely little gem of a place. Beautiful decor. On Whitehall just off Traffalgar Square. Very good value breakfasts here with a great selection. Eggs Benedict or Shakshuka for the more exotic breakfast are really great.

Stunning decor and friendly service, is it worth more than going to a normal caffe concerto - I'd say no, the food and drinks are the same so all you are paying for is the ambience, this has a great location as it's a 5 min walk from the houses of parliament and 30 seconds from Trafalgar square, the sandwich I've pictured cost £13.50 which is more than some 5 star hotels in London and doesn't warrant the price.

Lovely restaurant but bad service which was not the fault of the two ladies serving they were rushed off their feet.On entering we noticed that the bar area was full of dirty glasses.I asked for a cocktail and was told when busy cant serve them .Fair enough then watched as cocktail was made.My husband went to bar andxwas told it was a virgin cocktail complaining was told i could have one but declined as had a white wine.We entered at 550 we finished our starters at 630 and asked if we were ready for our mains.we said yes 705 our mains arrived stone cold .The chef had to come and tell staff that food was sitting waiting..We payed for our drinks and starters and left.As leaving one waitress said for everybodyvto hear uts not my fault making us look embarrassed. It was my husbands 60th birthday so we were eating then going to see a show.Evening ruined as we were hungry.Dont visit this restaurant if in a hurry.

The fitting is the best part. The floor, ceiling lights and shelves are all covered in gold. The tables, chairs and decorations are all clean. The Silverwares are beautiful. Our waitress, Carmen Felicia, was impatient when we asked too many questions regarding the tea. For breakfast we had the egg benedicts, which are great, 8/10. The prices are pretty high considering how common the dishes served are in this area. The green tea goes well with the food. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Update: We came back for supper with my dad. The quality of service and food are consistent with my last visit. The music is good and not too loud. The food came out quickly. The biggest downside is still the price.

Attracted by the delicious looking cakes in the attractive store front. Stepped in and surroundings seemed beautiful, counter staff was friendly, but we're in a hurry so took the cakes to go. Sadly the cakes (cheese cake and strawberry white cake slices) were not that good. The service was flawless, the front of the house manageress Alina(we got the name from the receipt) was welcoming, chatty and enthusiastic and the staff were friendly and professional . Clearly every effort has been made to deliver a slick experience. The food was of a very high quality, especially the four cheese pizza and the chocolate mousse, and at an appropriate price. I look forward to returning !!!

First time I’ve been here and I enjoyed the food and the restaurant itself. Both members of staff (who took the orders and served the food) were efficient and polite and the place had a quiet, calm atmosphere, surprising given its central London location close to busy tourist locations. A very nicely decorated restaurant where you can serve quality British tea and fish and chips I highly recommend this place. Presentation, quality and service are perfect. They do not have car parking but they have toilets available. Good for wheelchairs people too.
