However I do agree with the other review and speaking to other people who have gone to her buisness to order their food that Big Mama herself has a serious attitude problem. Sometimes you walk into the shop and the vibe you get from her is 'WHY ARE YOU HERE YOU PEASANT' lol. You call to make a delivery, the attitude is so disrespectful, when she picks up instead of a normal 'hi how can I help?' you can almost feel her anger towards you for no reason at all. Instead of giving you a pleasant experience since you are putting money into her business, she just exsuperates negativity/anger. I don't think she sees it as a business, just more a place where she makes food, you almost feel uncomfortable for making an order. She always looks tired and has gone as far to be sleeping when you're trying to order from her.
it's such a shame!
