Reviews of Franco Manca
L. E.
Nice simple pizza made with sourdough bread. I had vegan cheese which was nice. The cheapest red wine on the menu was also delicious. Atmosphere is intimate, our table was a little jammed in but was fun. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
A. M.
Tried the pizzas here. The fireplace italian pizzas are quite good in terms of the taste of the pizza. I dont like the crust supposed to be crunchy somehow so it was not that great. Recommended to try the pizza but not worth it to go back. Wasnt that pleased. Cheers!
A. K.
You've got to try the sourdough pizza bread with the olive and chilli oil. Enhances the freshness and taste of the Franco Manca pizza.
D. L.
Good pizza and great value for money in London.
Pizza base needs to be cooked a little more and a little less oil on top. This review would then be a 5.
N. V. C.
Amazing atmosphere and employees! Very attentive and friendly. You can feel that this is an authentic Italian place where they make traditional pizza. The prize was very affordable for London
The pizza itself left me speechless, especially the dough was from another galaxy. It was so crispy, the second I took a bite it bit back.
Highly recommended !
R.
Great value for money & very welcoming staff. Waited about only 10 minutes for 3 pizzas too! The anchovy pizza was great for me, but others may find it a tad too salty.
S. B.
Great place for a cheap eat in Central , you can get a pizza for less then £10. Portion sizes are generous. We took a large group here on a week night and the staff were really accommodating, especially Mario who bought the banter to the service!
F. W.
So busy and understaffed, but once seated the service was quick and the food delicious. A little heavy handed with the oregano on one pizza but that's personal taste. A good find and a great place for pizza before the train home.
A.
The food was decent but the service was really questionable. No hint of friendliness from wait staff and although food came quick it took forever to get the bill. No ‘how are you’ just are you ready to order. Pizza nothing to write home about. Good wine but I wouldn’t return to this restaurant. Good vegan options which I appreciate.
C. H.
Sadly nothing like as busy as one would expect for a sunny Saturday in August. In normal times it’s difficult to get a table at the weekend. Good to see that the staff are operating the branch safely with lots of space and screens. Also sanitizer everywhere. As always, a superb pizza keenly priced and with lovely and attentive staff.
C. O.
A bit overpriced compared to the other sourdough places. Decent, but needs more toppings. Menu is a bit boring and doesn't seem to change. They have high cleaning standards as with any chain restaurant, but variety and quantity is lacking.
S. G.
The pizza was delicious, and the service was very good. Went there with my friends and we had a great time!
J. P.
Lovely fresh stone baked pizza!
I went for the daily meat special and was in for a delight!
I also read about the 'green cola' on the back of the menu and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, it tastes similar to diet coke without any artificial nasties, a nice drink.
I also decided to add in the pesto dipping sauce, which seemed very fresh and lovely to dip your pizza crusts in.
Price is also very reasonable for the portion sizes.
I would recommend this place!
A. D. M. P.
Definitely my favourite pizzeria,hands down.
Also pizza's are not expensive and made in open kitchen for all to see. Staff very friendly and helpful. 😊
M. C.
I've never had a bad pizza at Franco's. Delicious, freshly baked with lovely service staff. Would highly recommend it!!!!!
T. B.
Staff is friendly, Pizza is very good I recommend
Worth download the app Franco Manca.
G. H.
Have been to a few Franco Manca restaurants. Their pizzas never fail and I would also recommend their lemonade! The reason why they don’t get a 5 star is because the service could have been a lot better. Waiters could have been a bit more pleasant and friendly. Bill took a bit of time to come after we asked. It was busy time and floor staff seemed overwhelmed!
G.
Great place for Pizza. They're Italian so Pineapple is taboo, mind you. Pineapple is great on a pizza :)
Anyhow, my only complaint is a tiny one - please put a bit more cheese.. around 30% of my pizza was..bread with sauce.
Overall, tasty and good pricing makes this one a winner in my opinion.
Y. C.
Reasonable price, fresh . however,
1. they made customers queuing on purpose. there were lots empty seats inside ,no booked sign (we were introduce to the empty seats which keep empty for 15min. since we arrived ! ) they just can't handle all customers at once. only 2 staff were making pizza, that's why (!)
2. Lot's burned parts. this is my personal taste and health concern.
overall, it's not a restaurant that makes you angry about tasteless food, however, don't expect too much. then you won't be disappointed like me^^
S. J.
Good fresh pizzas. But the menu lacks variety. We had the classic pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella and the seasonal pesto dip. It was really delicious but I'm a guy that dosent mind having a generous amount of mozzarella in my pizza and that's exactly what I missed. 4/5 bang for your buck.
S. x.
The chief made me and my friends the cutest heart shaped pizza we loved it! Thank you!
A. N.
Lovely Franco Manca restaurant! Went alone after a very stressed day and all I wanted was a tasty pizza. Got a table as soon as I walked in, waiter was polite and friendly. But they really put a smile on my face when my pizza arrived - in a shape of a heart. And so tasty, just as expected. Thank you!
I was too hungry and forgot to take a photo before pizza got eaten..
N. W.
Really good prices for London standards. We got a table without reservation straight away and only waited for 5min. The pizza (especially the dough!!) was one of the best ones I've had in the whole UK!
A. S.
Really good pizza and salads
K. P.
Truly authentic Italian pizza! If you want to eat something close to napolitanian one, only try this! On pictures pizzas number 2 and 6. Wish I could have more basil ahhah
Tiramisu was fine, but not so good, cookies were a little bit stale, not wet in rum enough.
E. P.
Best value pizza in London! Fresh sourdough pizza for like £7. Tap water as standard too. Only gripe is that the wine served in soda glasses is a bit odd....
A. G.
Ordered 2 Specials, pizzas and was wonderful with a double shots of coffee with vanilla ice cream. It was great. Ended up buying 2 pizzas to take away for our kids. Staff attentive and helpful. Thanks it was a little treat for my wife after getting discharged from Uclh hospital. All went well
E. M.
Outstanding pizza! I went on a Sunday night and there was no wait for a table. The service was fast and very friendly. I had the Bresaola special which was one of the best things I ever are in the UK. And all of that for the very good price of £8.45 in central London! I look forward to coming back!
Š. D.
We know good pizza and at Franco's we certainly had one. Just the right size, sourdough we actualy ate (usually is left on the plate). We also ordered Parmigiana and I enjoyed it to the last bite. Reasonable prices. Quick and polite service.
J. L.
Alright place for a quick pizza. Conveniently located between Goodge Street and Warren Street. Attentive staff and fair swift service. They do serve a deliciously refreshing organic lemonade worth trying!
L. F.
Fantastic value, delicious pizzas and great service. Cant go wrong
L. A.
Tried the number 2. Soft/chewy sourdough, tomato sauce, and mozzarella, with a couple basil leaves. It was delicious, and I ate the pie in one sitting. The sourdough was the best and standout aspect of the pizza. The crust tastes great with houmous. There were a bunch of burnt parts, which I didn’t mind; I just picked them off. 4 stars because I wasn’t particularly ~amazed~. But very good!
A. X.
One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I got the pizza without cheese; the tomato and garlic sauce with the different herbs and the chili oil was amazing. The chili oil was actually spicy, which I didn't expect.
Huge portion for 5 pounds. I did get takeaway and the dough was a bit chewy for my taste.
l. g.
Excellent pizza, respecting the tradition of Naples and Italy. Amazing ingredients, coming from real farmers. Here it's the kingdom of quality and quantity for reasonable price. It was my last pizza with gluten before i discovered coeliac disease and i'm not regretting anything.
J. N.
Great food as usual, but service was disappointing and stern. Had issues ordering from the set Christmas menu and had to have the bill corrected.
I. O.
I'm sure no one goes into a pizza place and orders a salad but definitely was a tasty one at that. Nice place (:!
R.
Great pizzas well priced. Nice friendly staff too.
M. W.
Excellent pizza, great value and great service. Good choice to suit all tastes. Beware the scotch bonnet dip!
v. s.
Tasty pizzas, good service, cheap and great vibes
J. B.
Speedy service and good quality food. A little busy, but to be fair we didn't book and it was a Thursday evening.
The no logo lager is really nice!
K. S.
This place has the best pizza and garlic bread! Please do yourself a favor and eat here!
O. R.
Nice pizza. Very good prices. Quickly served.
G. N.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and it was delicious!! It's probably one of the few places where I can forget that my pizza doesn't have actual cheese on it - it's that good! All pizzas are under £9 unless you add extra toppings, and drinks (alcoholic) range from £4 - £6. Overall, it was a nice atmosphere, I'll definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!
J. D. l. P.
Nice pizza, reasonable prices and very friendly staff
H. R.
Food was delicious, service very quick. Lovely and clean. If your near by, grab a pizza you won't be disappointed. Great value for money. Thanks for a lovely dinner.
B. M.
Yummy pizza, the real one, good wines and fair prices! Perfect! We love it!!!

Franco Manca
One of the best pizza in London always delivers great tasting .
Value for money and very friendly staff.
Must go if you havent been
k.
Nice pizza, better than majority of the other branches tried. Nice service and good value for the money.
R. E.
Best Pizzeria in London, located at Tottenham Court Road. I’ve been there twice and this was a real experience.
E. 8.
Wonderful place, excellent service, super fast and very affordable! Lovely food and supelative care. YOU GUYS ROCK
O. B.
Lovely place with indoor amd outdoor seating, the pizza was amazing, and the staff were nice and helpful
E. B.
As most of the times, very good pizza, my favourite pizzeria to order the classic Margherita
F. S.
Not bad the service is very good but the pizzas was not my cup of tea.
G. M. (. b.
My favorite place for pizza (i am italian, so really picky with italian food 😂) and they do a really nice spritz as well. I can suggest to try nocellara olives and burrata
M. R.
Came here with friends late one night after looking for a place to eat and Franco Manca definitely didn't disappoint! Although it can get quite busy as it is near UCL, it always serves fresh and tasty pizza at a very affordable price.
F. D.
Very enjoyable and different style pizzas; sourdough was really good!
A. O.
Great place we can eat for approximately 10£! I recommand it, the service is great and pizzas are very tasty !
A. G.
Geeat staff very helpful. Pizza 🍕 delicious 😋.
More and more goats cheese please
D. D.
Nice pizza and price
D. O.
Short staffed but lovely pizzas if a bit light on the toppings.
R. S.
The Genovese pizza (no9 😉) from Luca was amaaaazing! Would 100% have it again! Yummy (aka o’ rvuot)
M. T.
Small boutique pizza chain which serves high quality pizza.
F.
Great pizza
Nice staff
Always ask about special dishes
J. M.
Great value for money as always. Slightly undercooked but as close as Italy you can get in London.
R. A.
Good pizza at decent price. Always busy which is a good sign
P. G.
The pizza was fantastic, the dough is probably one of the best I have ever had! I ordered the vegetarian special for £ 8.9 and the food was ready in no time. The service was great too but the pizza was missing two Ingredients that it was said to have, a bit of a downside to be honest. That's why I don't give 5 stars. Prices are very competitive aswell for eating out in London and considering the area !
B. M.
5* all the way! Friendly and prompt service and the pizza is to die for. Sometimes there's a little wait for a table but it's well worth it. Ommnommnommm is all I want to say.
S. T.
Stellar service and food was amazing. All fresh ingredients on my pizza.
D.
Excellent sourdough pizzas, using the best ingredients. Vegan options available. The place is understandably usually very busy, but they still managed to fit us in and service was very good. I've occasionally had pizza as good as this, but never better than it, and in central London this is the place I'd go for quality pizza.
B. R.
Lovely place for a meal and table for two. Food never disappoints and I have always loved the atmosphere. Phenomenal value on food (though the drinks are at London price).
Social distancing and COVID measures are taken seriously and the staff are awfully helpful and friendly.
M. C. (.
Good environment and friendly staff, mid range price with good pizza (it’s a little bit salty for me though) overall a good place to hang out and have dinner :)
D. S.
Really great authentic Italian pizza - I love the food - shame about the red wine, more like vinegar.... stick to the beer or try the white. Having said that I'm in there every couple of weeks coz its is so great, easy going, satisfying and the service is great. xxxx
R. S.
Popped on for lunch. The decor and atmosphere of the place is quite nice. The service was ok but can be a bit slow when busy. The menu is quite limited, but they always have some regularly changing specials. I wasn't impressed with their spicy lamb sausage starter, but their pizzas are very nice at a good price.
K. R.
Such fun. Busy, cheap and excellent pizza. Staff aren't overly attentive only because they are incredibly busy, so you'll need too grab them. Once you do they're fantastic. The pizza never disappoints. A must visit in London.
I. T.
Really nice pizza and wine. However the waiter wasn't particularly attentive. We asked for a new pepper mill as it was broken he told us we can't use the pepper mill, eventually it was broken lol. He also didn't come back to the table up until it was time for us to pay. However i would still go back and would recommend it as it is good food. 👍
L.
Solid pizza. Tastes very good and you are served very quickly. There are not many options on the menu and some pizzas could have a little more ingredients, my pizza had basil listed as an ingredient and I got a single tiny leaf on the middle. Other than that, the price is fair.
s. m. m.
One of the best pizzas I've ever had! (I'm italian!)
Fresh and high quality ingredients, really nice atmosphere and staff. Great experience!
M. Y.
This is easily one of the best pizzas offered anywhere I have troubled. The sourdough makes the pizza truly special, and makes it the best crust I've ever had.
I never miss coming here when I visit London. The food is spectacular, the staff are cool and the place is fun.
Just be ready to have a bit of a wait as the place is super busy. There's usually a 15-25 minute wait.
T. T. R. L.
Definitely should try this place out if you are a student. UNiDAYS has this offer for one pizza and a soft drink at£7.40 which is excellent.
Pizza is nice but the crusts are a lil burnt. Service is good even at peak hours and the place is clean as well. Definitely recommend people to come and eat at this pizza chain.
D. S.
Excellent pizza and a nice atmosphere. The sourdough crust is delicious and the basic pizza with tomato, garlic and oregano is vegan and is a bargain for £4.50. They offer six set pizzas on the menu and rotate the specials based on seasonality of ingredients. They also carry a small range of good value wines and beers. The service has been quite good. Seating is first come, first served with no reservations at this location and all members of your party must be present in order to be seated. It can get busy, so there is a queue sometimes. Overall, great food at a reasonable price.
T. H.
Pretty average service, the waiting staff members were relatively polite and showed up as quickly as they could to serve us. They tried to meet any special demands regarding takeaway as best as they could, but they forgot to bring the dessert towards the end! Would recommend to any pizza lover out there and the waiting time is probably around 15-20 for pizza! My one was probably a little longer than 25 minutes, but you'd expect that to be normal if the pizza is freshly made in a wood fired oven :D
A. S.
It's always a pleasure to enjoy a proper pizza at Franco Manca.
The fist time I had my pizza there was probably back in 2016 and the pizza was slightly bigger and with an uneven/rustic shape, compare to my last one. The quality is still very good. I really love their full-of-taste tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese.
Highly recommend the homemade lemonade as well.
B. B.
Incredibly fair prices for medium pizzas, with some fixed options and two specials that change every day. I would way that the rapid and really friendly service was one of the added points of this place.
Because of its prices and good pizzas, the place is usually busy, so avoid peak hours!
H. P.
Great food as always, and a pleasure to eat here, very reasonably priced
J. H.
For the price it was really good. A nice very tasty pizza for only a few quid. It's a full place size and arrived very quickly. I would recommend against large groups and children as it gets very crowded when it's busy. The plus side is that it creates a fun relaxed atmosphere great for a lunch with mates.
M. H.
The pizza was very good, although I found the crust to be too thick at the rim. I would have preferred more space for cheese and toppings. Staff was friendly, premises are light and modern with clean bathrooms. Their in-house no-logo IPA was a disappointment.
E. T.
We went to London in February. We were there for 8 days and we loved this pizza so much (especially my husband), we went 3 times while in London. All combinations we had (different each time) were amazing. The toppings are fresh and the service is great. It is a perfect quick meal. The food is prepared and served very quickly. We loved this place and cannot recommend it enough. Definitely worth a visit, or several!
M. Z. (.
I work with lots of Italians, they take me here about once a week. Clearly they approve of the atmosphere and authenticity of the food, and so do I. The main reason to go is for their sour dough pizza. All of them are great, and the prices are decent. But usually you have to wait 10min for a table. Although, service is fast and the staff are great.
A. s.
Best pizza in town.
I know there is a few “Franco Manca” places in London. I only tried the one at TottenhamCourt so far but will definitely go and check out the other ones. Really delicious pizza, the base was just perfect, very good house white wine and very friendly service.
Sorry, no pictures this time, was to good to wait for pictures to be taken 👌
J. S.
Pretty much always get the special- meat or veg and add toppings.
Pizzas taste great, lovely flavour in the dough and what feel like decent ingredients.
Service is very good. Queues are likely in the evening and lunch and you cannot book.
C. H.
An excellent Pizzeria restaurant with an authentic Italian atmosphere!
This place can get busy but that's because it's so good! The pizza's are stone baked which gives the bread base an authentic flavour, with simple toppings make for a magnifico experience! It is intimate and friendly and a good place to go for dates. Very good value for money here.
D. H.
Normally a great chain but service here was rude and slow. We arrived at 11.55 and were told we had to wait outside for 10 minutes. We were then ignored and had to wait while everyone else was seated. Loads of service staff walking around but no organisation about who was serving which table. Pizzas arrived all at different times and drinks never arrived.
S. B.
Really good. Will go again.
F. C.
Delicious pizza but it took over 45 minutes to arrive, after having waited 20 minutes tree queue. There was no apology or forewarning from the waitress about the lengthy wait time, and we ended up late for our next event. Poor service, good food.
P. B.
First selection of really good and fresh ingredients, which you can easily check since the pizza is made right in front of you and cooked in a proper wood oven. There are not many choices on the menu, just 6 pizzas plus a couple of day specials.
The pizza is made with a soft dough, thus if you prefer pizza with a crispy crust this is maybe not the best place for you.
The place is usually crowded, it's not possible to book a table and it usually takes like a 30min of queue at dinner time.
I've found also a little bit too noisy that place because there are so many people in a small space.
T. R.
I love pizza. It is one of those things that I always crave. While I will 'slum' it when the craving is particularly intense, it's the fresh amazing pizza that I always dream of and this is what Franco Manca serve up.
We arrived around 7:30 on what we thought would be a quiet Thursday night. We were wrong. We had to wait outside for about 45 minutes. This is my only bug bear - why can't restaurants all have that app where they can take your number and you can come back? I understand no reservation policies but at least make the waiting bearable!
Once we were inside we were served immediately by a really nice waitress who was efficient without making you feel like you were being rushed out.
The pizza : Sourdough base and delicious toppings. I like that they keep it simple with minimal but flavourful toppings. They pizzas come out at a rapid pace which is good - when you've been waiting outside you want your food as soon as possible!
We also had the baked aubergine (delicious - though the portion was a little small) , the chocolate cake (I'd avoid. It wasn't that great. There are better dessert places in the area) and a bottle of wine which was also really nice!
All in all it was a really cheap night out but was still utterly delicious. I'd wait in line anytime for a slice of their pizza.
A. K.
Some say it's the best pizza in London. For my part having visited the place 3 times i can easily subscribe to this opinion. The dough is nicely thin and little crisp and the cheese is just amazing. Highly recommend if you are around lunch or dinner time.
J. C.
The best pizza in London. No reservations and long waits outside almost every night. Arrive a bit early however, and you will be seated fast. This is not an Italian of the romantic candlelit dinner variety - service is great but mercilessly efficient. Good for a quick early dinner before moving on elsewhere.
M. P.
Delicious food and friendly staff! When I went with friends it was quite busy and loud, but we were told it was 'quiet' for a Saturday. Personally I couldn't hold a conversation with anyone due to everyone practically yelling at each other in a small room. :( But the pizza es generously large and absolutely delicious, so I can't complain.
Vegan: the #1 is a cheese free vegan option and you can add extras such as artichokes and chillis. Very tasty! Not much else of a choice aside from salads.
Gluten free options are listed as available too.
A. W.
It's essentially pizza express 10 yrs ago. Great pizza but gets a tiny bit worse every time. One day it will basically be no different to pizza express, ask etc etc. Pizza is 4 star but service and dining experience is a 2 star at best. 3 star on the balance.
S. B.
The best pizzas in London. There is a menu of eight pizzas and then you have the pizzas of the day. The dough has a good texture and this is baked properly in a wood fire oven, which gives a good taste and crunch. Highly recommanded. It is also quite cheap (6.5-9) and good size pizzas.
•. P. •.
Ideal for: Sourdough pizza that will have you walking out sideways
I love this place, have maybe been to this branch about 30 times. The pizza always delivers, whilst queues can be AGES, every bite is worth it. I recommend going hungry. The beer and wine choices aren't the most extensive, but no one goes here for that!
In my top 3 pizzerias in LDN
L. B.
Pizza is great, I had a pizza with mushrooms and artichokes on it, no cheese, for £8.20. since I only had vegetables on it, you'd expect the price to be accordingly less compared to those topped with meat and cheese.. however, my pizza turned out more expensive than my friends (pizza no. 4) who had ham, ricotta, mushrooms, cheese and more expensive toppings on it for £7.50... sort it out!
L. L.
Can't fault this place. We went with a part of 4 adults and 2 small children Saturday lunchtime and there was no queue. The service was really nice and friendly and all the staff were great with the kids. I like the concept of it being really straight forward and all about the pizza. Loved the pizza. It was really nice. And you real can't fault it at that price.
W. B.
My absolute favourite restaurant - The pizzas always taste fresh and delicious (go for a number 6 😉) Price is also very reasonable, at almost half the cost of a Dominos (and infinitely better tasting). The chilli oil is incredible too.
Service is usually fast too. All in all an excellent restaurant - wish they’d open one nearer my home 😄
T. V. H.
The sourdough pizzas here are done nicely. You can watch the action as they make it in the ovens on the same floor but this also means that the place can become very heated. The staff here are nice.
p. p.
Good pizza (they improved the dough in my opinion) and very friendly staff. I visit this place now and then since it's close to my workplace and it is easy to reach by tube (Good Street, Warren Street and Euston square are the closest stations). Franco Manca ensures a good pizza for a great quality/price rate. Worth going.
P. A.
Love this place - one of my favourite go tos and the staff are super helpful when things go wrong re delivery orders. Best pizzas in London.
A. T.
It's rated one of the best pizza in London and I have to agree with that! Pizza is as good as you can taste it in Napoles and since it's made from a sourdough started it turns out tasty and light! The price is probably the cheapest one compared to the other pizza places! The only downside is that they only have few different flavour to choose from...luckily they change quite often so you'll not get bother if you visit it once in awhile! It's usually packed so be ready to queue outside waiting to get a free table!
A. T.
Nice casual place to get some good pizza. Have lots of options for vegan/vegetarian and can personalize. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is nice, the food is good. I also think the prices are very reasonable.
J. B.
Great food and great service as usual! Always busy, so come early or you might have to wait.. but there is a reason why the other "Italian restaurants" around it are empty, and here you have a queue outside!
Good pizza and very big portions of tiramisu, so order it to share!
P. W.
Absolutely amazing sourdough pizzas with a selection of delicious ingredients, offered at a good price and served with great garlic and chilli olive oil. They also offer nice salads, beer and wine selection. It can be quite busy at times, but service is quick.
A. M.
I live very close to this place and *always* when I pass there are enormous queues. So I had take-out once while passing by. The great thing about it is that with take-out you don't have to wait in the enormous queue. The pizza, is brilliant! Now I understand why it is busy all the times. It is the Italian variant with very thin crust. The price for take-out was reasonable. I have read some negative reviews about the service, but since I never sat there, I can't have an opinion.
l. d.
Nice food service good. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table as we were walk-ins and it was a Friday night but that was to be expected. So we sat out side with a drink while we waited. Very loud music. But otherwise the staff were attentive. Very nice pizza.
C. M.
Franco Manca pizza is consistently good! We arrived early in the evening and were lucky to avoid the queue which quickly built up once we'd sat down. I went for one of the specials and am fully converted to pizza without a tomato base, so bloody good! Food arrived promptly and best eaten with loads of their chilli and garlic oils. One of the best things about Franco Manca is the price, for under £10 each we had a pizza and a side salad, you can't get that value at some of the bigger pizza chains like Pizza Express. Highly recommended!
B. F.
Always excellent tasting pizzas, great atmosphere and fantastic service. Their range of drinks leaves a fair amount to be desired but this is a minor blemish on what almost always a great enjoyable dining experience. Consistent experience accross different branches too (I most often dine in the Belsize Park branch.)
A. M.
I have to say the pizza was good and great value for what we had. Loved the sourdough base, the traditional tomato sauce, the way the place is set up. But whilst the food was great it was not exceptional... leaving a 4* ratings
J. S.
Brilliant place for Pizza. I highly recommend the meat speciali it is amazing. The homemade lemonade is great. As the venue is small in size there is a queue which is sometimes crazy long. Make a reservation or get there early. Better in the summer months as eating outside is enjoyable on a nice cool evening.
S. O.
As I work close by, we regularly get pizzas to go. If you want to dine in, expect crazy long queues (both during the day & night) but good pizza (on my first dine in visit, I ended up having one & a half, splitting the other half with a giant, gregarious Italian in our party). There's not a huge amount of space so it felt a little cramped but overall a good pizza.
S. B.
Good pizza and good price for London! Sometimes I miss more ingredients on the pizza as they don't overload them but still good. It will be great to have the option to make your own pizza selecting the ingredients!
S. D.
The queue to get in was immense (you can't book in advance, first come first served policy). Pizzas are available just in 6 or 7 varities and they're not crispy enough. The service was incredibly fast (too fast, not sure about the freshness of the dough which might explain why it was so chewy and not crisp) and the staff wasn't really nice. The best part was the bill: just less than a tenner each for a pizza and a drink. Definitely can't complain for the price!
F. M.
Great pizza and very cheap. Fresh ingredients and tastes great especially chilli oil. Although very busy (and always have to wait 15-25 mins for a table), service is fast and waiters are friendly. Only bad thing is very small/ cramped and because it’s so busy, it gets very loud and you feel rushed once you finish your meal to leave rather than to stay and chat for a bit
T. S.
Great tasting sourdough pizzas, with beautifully fresh toppings. The menu is limited, but in a way which means they have always good dishes on offer. The only chink in the armour is that the beer selection is a limkted to two bottled options, and nothing on draft.
J. B. a. j.
Had the Ragu pizza. It was disappointing to be honest.
R. G.
If you can stomach the queue this is most definitely the place to enjoy a pizza. Try to avoid the extremely busy times, as I have found the pizza's to be a bit under cooked. Pizza toppings are less than generous, but its of good quality and the price for value ratio is quite high. Get some extra toppings if you can afford it and you will not be disappointed. Try also the "no named" beer they serve by the bottle. Quite a busy hectic interior with, gradually worsening service, nevertheless worth the wait. Lost a star as I shouldn't have to ask for refill of tap water 3 times.
S. P.
Pizza is OK but service could be better. Waited half an hour for the pizza while in the meantime they were preparing take-away ones. Surely the customers dining at the restaurant should be given priority over take-away/phone orders? Perhaps not...
P. R.
Genuinely the best place for pizza in London if not the country. Fresh, tasty ingredients and incredibly tasty sourdough base. Just a perfect pizza. Busy and you will probably have to queue, but it's worth the wait.
N. P.
The pizza is amazing always fresh and super tasty. Last time just to add on the amazing experience due to a little extra time in bringing us the food ( never happened before they are always very quick ) the manager came over and told me the pizzas for me and my boyfriend were on the house !
A little delay can happen to everyone but how the staff handled the situation just made the difference ! Definetly reccomend
J. H.
The pizza is still really good, I think I'd say more or less consistent with the Brixton original. Both times I've been so far I've gone for the veg special (not sure if they're explicitly saying veg for "vegetarian" or just "vegetables") and both times they've been good, and interesting/creative. I like their simple but decent wine list too. Plus it remains very reasonably priced.
Was very surprised to find we still had to queue for a table when arriving just after 6pm on a Saturday, and the tables all felt really squeezed in - so I guess I'd say that's the only downside of this place, it's just a bit overcrowded.
S. J.
I've been here quite a few times now. They are always just a little bit chaotic (have made a few mistakes with order) probably because they're often so busy. With that in mind, be prepared to wait for a while.
However, the reason they are so busy is because they serve truly fantastic pizza. It's possible to not be a fan of their sourdough style, but I think most visitors will love it.
D. O.
After all the hype I finally went to Franco Manca on a lunch break from work - I arrived just after 12 and it was already filling up, and was extremely full about 5 minutes later, so if you want a table have an early lunch! The buffalo mozzarella starter was amazing, and the classic tomato/mozzarella/basil sourdough pizza was light and tasty. You have garlic oil and chili oil at your table as well, to use as you want. They have modest and affordable prices, and the food here is great. Definitely recommend it, it's one of few where the hype hasn't left me disappointed.
A. E.
The staff were attentive during our visit just before the weekday lunch rush, taking our orders and coming to check up on our meal in a well-timed manner. The organic white wine was tangy and moreish, going very well with my Anchovy, Caper & Olive pizza. The wood-fired sourdough pizza base had good depth and chewiness, and the toppings were fairly generous and full of flavour - the taste of anchovies pretty much exploded in my mouth with every bite, and I don't think I'd ever seen such large capers before.
There's no reservation policy, so swing by at odd hours if you don't want to queue.
C.
Nice pizza. Other people think so too because it's always busy. We've been coming regularly since this one opened and we are forever grateful to have this great little pizza joint so close by.
S. B.
Great pizzas at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and quick service. My only (minor) negative is the tight space between tables but can't blame them for maximising revenue!
C. H.
Popped up on Google as kid friendly, so took kids there, but it was really too loud and cramped for kids. Food was ok.
M. S.
Lovely branch, quite busy as most of the others but we had great service and food was delicious as usual.
B. K.
My girlfriend and I had a truly delicious meal here - the menu is versatile for us as Vegans and the new Vegan Cheese is delicious. We were looked after by your staff and will be sure to come again. Thank you for your hospitality.
S. S.
This place really lives up to it's excellent reputation. Firstly, don't be put off by the inevitable queues at dinner time - it's moves fast and service is friendly. Secondly, the pizzas are delicious, generous and really quite cheap!
They specialise in "white pizzas" which lack a tomato-sauce base (due to the high acidity of tomatoes, which do not match well with the sourdough bases), although regular tomato pizza are available too. Personally I would prefer some non-organic options on the drinks side, but I guess that means I'm missing the point of what they are trying to create. It's also surprisingly noisy inside with so many people indulging in the experience.
Bottom line: come here for great pizza and a drink and expect to leave with some loose change from a tenner!
B. F.
Visited this place many times in previous years but I never left a review. Just wanted to say thank you for the great service and great food. I really hope you guys make it through and I cant wait for you to reopen!
A. S.
The dough is really different from other pizzas I've tried. Great pizza! Loved the Italian vibes. But don't go here if you are looking for an experience with more personal attention; its very busy and high turn over of customers
J. D.
Very good quality/price pizza. Perfect for something better than a dominos or pizza hut and cheeper. The downside is that their services is a bit slow... But if you like good pizza this is the place.
T. C.
Franco Manca is always a great choice for pizza! Their sourdough bases are some of the best in London and at £5-£9 per pizza, you couldn't ask for better! Definitely recommend.
A. K.
We're regulars at Franco Manca as we work closeby. I like their pizza and it's always very good, but lately we've been waiting more and more to get our lunch (30-45 min). Also, their staff is at times rather rude and I think we'll be spending our money elsewhere from now on.
J. M.
Just excellent pizza. Thin crust, tasty sourdough base, excellent toppings. Simple decor, very fast service, great prices. Very busy, get there early! They only allow bookings for large groups.
G. S.
I love it, a great product and a great price. Franco Manca popped up out of nowhere just a few years ago and has since expanded all over London and beyond. Simple high-quality ingredients and a speedy turnover, this is what the London food market is looking for nowadays. Menus that aren't too large and non-overcomplicated dishes - If you want a pizza come to Franco Manca, if you don't, go somewhere else...
R. B.
The pizza is incredible. The waits can be long but they don't mind doing orders you can take home!
If you do eat in, the No Label larger is pretty good with a nice spicy pizza!
C. O.
The pizza is baked in an impressive wood-burning oven and the crust is worth every minute of the 20 hours of slow-rising sourdough it is made from. I had the 4th pizza (the one with cured ham) and it was absolutely lovely! The chili oil provided at the table complemented the soft crust very well too (you have to take my word on this because I'm a staunch believer in thin crusts). Try to head over at odd timings though, as waiting times can take up to an hour or more at peak periods.
M. J.
Whilst you can't fail to notice the reasonable prices for such a central London location, it's fair to remind you that Neapolitan pizza is a straightforward fast turnaround pizza that comes quick and simple. Keeping the menu small helps this. Don't expect huge choice.
However, it's also not the best. Having tried the highest rated Naples pizza in Glasgow at Paesano I can say they are seriously lacking here. The base is too elastic and bready. The toppings lack punch and are a little measly. And the "seasonal pesto" really stretches the definition of pesto. It tasted like grass. No sense of basil, pesto or Italian cheese, just an over powering taste of garden mulch.
To be clear, it's ok. And still reasonably priced for the location. It could just be better. That's all.
H. D.
Delicious pizza. Had a quick solo lunchtime pizza during the rush. Very quick service and turn around for such a busy time filled with workers, tourists and students. Quick and efficient. Very decent value for money as well.
M. M.
Nice place, good pizza, fine beer (however only 2 to choose). Very busy on Saturday evening, we had to wait for a table couple of minutes but it was worth it. A bit to loud (not because of music but because of lots of customers).
S. R.
Good social distancing in place. Good service we went without a booking on a Sunday night and managed to get in with no wait. Pizza's here never disappoint.
A. J.
Delicious pizza, great service
J. S.
Nice restaurant not far from Euston square tube station. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Might have to wait a bit for a table as they can get very busy but definately worth the wait. Pizza was nice and so was the Sicilian lemonade. Would go back again when in the area.
S. F.
good consistent pizzas
Y. y.
Service was fast, pizza good and the starter was OK (aubergine parmigiana). Beware of folks coming in to try to "sell" you magazines or "show" you leaflets. They will be stealing your phone while you look at them with a look of confusion. This happened to some unlucky chap while I was there. And the staff didn't seem to know what was happening. Keep your phones off the table!
A. S.
Choice isn't overwhelming and the pizzas are amazing and affordable (..for London). Been a couple times and always a nice treat. Don't bother with the craft beers though, not worth it but apart from that, its worth it!
L. B.
Delicious pizza; never knew just 6 items on a menu can lead to queues almost a mile long!
Best time to beat the queue would be around 3PM for lunch... Been here a few times and always came out happy!
M. V. C.
The vegeterian and vegan pizzas could be improved, a bit tasteless and not fully cooked. I think Franco Manca is a good place to eat pizza in any occasion, and would generally recommend it.
S. M.
Brilliant sourdough pizzas! Yum! just a few topping options and all done expertly. Fast service and buzzing atmosphere. You might need to queue as there is no booking.
F. N.
Noisy and crowded, average food. We asked to split our wine but instead they brought 2 separate wine glasses even though we explained twice. Extra charge for tomato base for 0.95, they don't say it when they ask you but it's written in small letters in the menu. Part of pizza crust was burnt. Disappointed. But they changed it for me after that saw it.
T. B.
The best pizza in london hands down!!! Makes pizza express look like dominos! Traditonal stonebaked pizza worth of being served in Italy's finest!, brilliant quality and very good prices! Very child friendly and a great kids meal deal for £5 which inc a drink, pizza n icecream! This is a must for pizza fans!!!!
M.
It's okay if you like to wait to be seated and you're not looking for too much ingredients in your pizza. On rush times it tends to be a bit undercooked.. Do not get the lemonade, it is awful.
The staff is not welcoming sometimes and it took us 15 minutes to be able to pay, once we had the bill.
D. G.
Franco manca knows pizza. Really simple menu. Everything is made on site, fresh, and there are options for all dietary restrictions.
I've been to quite a number of Franco Manca restaurants and have never been disappointed.
C. S.
Always great pizza and unique beers. Been here many times always enjoyed it, never a bad experience even through lockdown 2020.
J. C.
The queue is insane, beyond what you think queuing for a restaurant is.
The pizza is good, its cheap and cheerful and a great atmosphere but I'm not sure if its worth the ridiculous queue, once you get in the pressure is on to eat up and get out too so it might just be best to get it as a takeaway and eat on the kerb!
Still one of my favourite pizzas but booking would be ideal.
G. K.
I love it, organic ingredients everywhere, biodynamic wines, and sour dough pizza priced at a real pizza price, not the over inflated price of most pizzerias in uk
J. S.
Definitely one of the best pizzas in London. The menu is quite limited but there is no need for more.
Extra positive point, they bring you a bottle of tap water by default
A. S.
Decent pizza at good prices. The burrata we had as an appetizer was well done. We spend a few hours here chatting and they didn't push us out to get access to the table. 👍
D. C.
Best pizza place in London. For the incredible prices here, you won't find anything as good in as good an atmosphere with friendly staff. Lines can be long sometimes - but for good reason.
J. M.
Great traditional flatbread pizzas at a reasonable cost. The service was fast and polite. Good variety of menu selections for food and drinks.
D. M.
That pizza is just delicious. Selfmade mozzarella and sourdough and the other ingredients are great as well. Service was really friendly and uncomplicated. I really enjoyed eating there.
K. G.
Terrible service, delicious pizza. I'm not totally sure I get the hype surrounding Franco Manca - I visited early Sunday evening and despite the place being half empty, the service was slow, the staff seemed harried and our drinks took forever to turn up. That said, the pizza was spot on and cooked to perfection (I had the veggie special with aubergine and wild mushrooms), which probably explains why by the time I left there was a queue going out the door!
(They also called the toilets "Loos", which kinda weirds me out).
M. C.
Excellent pizza. Sometimes they could use a little more salt and tomato sauce though. And they haven't had their usually excellent pale ale on stock now for a couple of times. Also, you have to queue a while.
J. P.
Is good place to eat an amazing pizza, however the pizzas don't have to much condiments. The price is very well but there aren't a big list to choose in the menu. If you never come before you have to taste it
Y. J.
Nice pizza. Really busy during lunch
K. O.
I've been to Franco Manca a number of times in different branches and always enjoyed the pizza. Unfortunately, on this occasion there was way too much (bland) sauce on the pizza causing the middle to be soggy and wet, which is not something I personally enjoy.
J. T.
Reallly nice sourdough pizza! I tried the tomato, garlic and oregano pizza as well as the tomato, cured organic chorizo & mozzarella pizza and they were lovely. We had to queue for around 30mins to get in but the staff were nice about it and told us approximately how long we had to wait. They were also giving out little bites of pizza to the people waiting in the queue.
R. B.
Fabulous pizza place in Fitzrovia (with other locations citywide, we stumbled across others) specializing in organic, authentically Italian sourdough pizza. Try the number 7, but btw myself and the family we enjoyed everything we ate over three visits during our week's stay nearby.
E. W.
There's definitely better pizza in London. Don't quite understand the hype myself. I've been 4 or 5 times now (a friend is a big fan) and they insist on putting rocket on everything (even if you ask for no rocket) and they are always partially burnt (more than just crispy!)
J. A.
Great value authentic feeling pizza, with a menu to suit anyone
S.
Absolutely the pizza place in and around central London. There aren't very many choices here but these sourdough pizzas are amazing. Also you can't complain about the price either. A long wait during busy times, may be more worthwhile to get takeout and eat nearby in the park on a nice day.
D. B.
Very good pizzas with tasty sour dough but there are much better pizza places around so not too sure what all the hype is about. I think people see a queue and assume its good, then join the queue and so the cycle begins.
S. B. (.
I'd been meaning to try Franco Manca for a while simply because I'd seen so many people raving about them, and today I finally got around to visiting the Tottenham Court Road branch. There are only 6 pizzas listed on the menu (with some "specials" available listed on a board) but they're all good value at between £4 and £7. I had the chorizo which was very good, and my daughter had a Margherita with ham which was also really good. The only negative from my point of view was that I prefer thinner, crispier pizza bases so the soft sourdough bases at FM didn't quite do it for me - Pizza Union still makes the best pizza in town in my book.
D. C.
Probably the best pizza in London and the value for money is unbeatable.
The place is always packed, but usually people order, eat and go in 20-30 minutes, so you don't need to wait too long for a table even on Friday nights.
They don't have a wide range of pizzas (only 6) and one of them has chorizo on it, which for someone from Naples (like myself) is almost blasphemy, but the classic margherita is great.
P. G.
Amazing pizza, we were lucky to have trompette de la Morte as mushroom option (subject to availability), I had never had pizza with such nice flavour! Service was decent. Coffee is good too.
R. F.
It's 5 stars, apart from the fact that you'll have to queue outside (45 minutes on a Friday night) and the tables are a bit squeezed.
Fast service, amazing pizza, fairly priced. Will go back!
A. A.
We really enjoyed our meal here. We walked in and got a table straight away. The service was great, the food came quickly, and the pizzas were delicious - especially the crust!
S. A.
Great place for vegan& gluten free pizza. Delicious & cheap. The staff were super friendly and they allow dogs outside and even brought a water bowl!
S. C.
I'm italian and i'm still not convinced by FM's pizzas...too much dough, not enough toppings. But on the night we went to the Tottenham Court Road branch we were seated within seconds and the waiter was very funny and friendly. Still waiting to see a real neapolitan pizza option on the menu
G. M.
Had been meaning to go here for a while and had been hyped up quite a lot - but the rumours were true. It was insanely good. So so cheap, pizza base and toppings delicious, THAT BUFFALO MOZZARELLA STARTER, great wine.
4 stars only because it was a little slow, but don't let that put you off - it's worth it.
M. H.
Just about scraped 4 stars but only because of the great pizza. The service was slow and I was cold due to being situated by the constantly opening and closing door. Service staff were OK, not particularly attentive. Lovely pizza though 🍕
g. j. s.
It is a descent place to have some pizza. Despite their small menu, they keep things simple and tasty. So, I think it is worth it a visit.
S.
Very tasty pizza, Naples style. Nice ambient. Tables are not to close. Open kitchen so you can see how the pizza is prepared.
A.
Franco Manca sounds like a decent place for a lunch stop, but the food was underwhelming. Not only did the food take a while to arrive, the wrong dish brought to our table and the "meat special" didn't have that much meat on it.
The staff also didn't seem to know much about their menu and couldn't offer suggestions or information about their pizzas.
D. D.
One of the best pizzas I've had
Nice lively small restaraunt with the chefs working hard making their fantastic pizzas in the open kitchen
This place is well worth visiting
K. Ż.
Very good pizza! Finally got sourgough with pinch of salt and some taste! good tomato sauce, fine mozarella! Surprisingly low prices.
r. a.
A fantastic pizza in London. The margherita pizza is comparable to a pizza made in Naples. There is only one choice for the beer (no logo) and they don't serve Coke. The queue sometimes is long but it is quite fast as the service.
H. K.
Possibly not the best of the chain, but still great pizza. Nice beer too, two choices, larger or pale ale. Both nice. White wine, not so much.
A. T.
Quite a cheap place and the pizza was quite good. Although if they say there's only a little tomato sauce in the pizza, they mean a very small amount (a small splash in the centre) so it's worth paying extra for more tomato sauce. If you can get there for 6:30pm the queue was only 5-10 mins. It is quite a busy and cramped restaurant but I can't fault it for the price or quality.
E. J.
A delicious pizza and super service 👍
H. H.
Yummy pizza, divine buratta, helpful staff, covid compliant, what's not to love. This place is becoming a savior of sanity and I hope it stays afloat with all that's happening
T. S.
Not only is the pizza amazing but so is the staff. I was running short by about a pound(despite the fact that the pizzas are pretty cheap here) but a lovely guy called Kev helped me out with a pizza. Highly recommended for both the pizza and the service!
A. P.
Pizza is really good, nice stuff! Not sure if they have issues with take away pizzas like other FM, but here size was really good and it wasn't just base (had that experience with few other FMs)
J. W.
Friend had a lovely salad. I had gluten free veg pizza with added aubergine, was lovely. Recommend going early as it's very popular!
Z. S.
Wow, they could've written operas about this pizza. We ate the meat special which had thin slices of a crudo sausage, which resembeled prosciutto, the sweetest yellow tomatoes and grana cheese, and other sorts of amazing fresh Italian produce on it. This could possibly been the best pizza I've ever ate!
E. V.
Really good pizzas and agreeable service although last time we went, they took a bit of time to take our order.
Y. L.
Come here quite a lot of times, long queue every time. Even my Italian friends like the pizza here. A bit slow because it is baked in the restaurant. Very good value.
A. L. P.
Really tasty and affordable sourdough pizzas with great toppings! I have been multiple times for lunch and did not have to wait at all, it might be worth trying it out for lunch rather than dinner.
A. M. M.
The staff is welcoming, it is a busy restaurant during weekdays as it is near UCL (Tottenham court store). It is Italian pizza with italian dough different from that of pizzahut.
U should be sure that u like this type of pizza to enjoy it.
Not expensive when talking about a restaurant in central London.
t. e. K.
Taste good😊 Price very good😀 only one beer😔
J. C.
Still by far, the best Franco Mancas there is (and I've been to most of them now) the pizza wasn't soggy, the ingredients were fresh and the staff were polite. Complete contrast to the Liverpool Street restaurant.
Z. K.
Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Lots of different pizzas. It is not halal but there are vegetarian options available that are nice. Veggie of the day etc.
M. L.
We always visit Franco Manca when in London and it never disappoints. Pizzas are always good, service is excellent and the bill is never painful. Thoroughly recommend.
S. B.
Good pizza, the crust is bit like naan (which is fine). Might be better if the pizza came pre-cut to the table, and organic sodas don't cut it as a replacement for Coke (or even Pepsi).
m. P.
Service was a bit slow that day but usually pretty good. Also pizza wasn't flattened out as usual so was lumpy and smaller than usual. I put that down to how busy they were. Usually A star food and service.
C. L.
Very good quality pizza; reasonable vfm (under £10); busy, but not a terrible wait. Only problem were some drinks added by 'accident'.
A. B.
A very interesting and tasty approach to pizza! the dough is delicious and unusual, and the toppings are good. I would only add that there isn't a good vegetarian choice, which is disappointing.
B. D.
Good pizza, good prices, fast service, always busy. Not much more to know. Not going to blow your mind but you won't be disappointed either.
G. K.
Pizza here is always great. Would be even better with a few more toppings but it's great pizza (even the vegan cheese is good).
M. S.
food was okay. i had the Margherita pizza, tasted like really buttery toast, it wasn't terrible or unpleasant but there are definitely better places to get pizza. for the price it was okay, cant complain.
R. H.
Just the best Pizza! Great atmosphere and good service. Can be hard to get a table at lunchtime but that is only because it is so popular.
D. B.
Good atmosphere, budget prices however cheap for a reason, the dough was chewey, the cheese was rubbery and way too much salt. Though service was quick and staff were nice.
K. S.
Among the best pizzas in London. More traditional pizzas rather than American style, so a limited by very well done selection. Only downside was it was a bit noisy.
E. E. (.
Good prices especially for someone traveling on a budget. Service is mediocre. Three waitresses were working and yet we never saw the same one twice and had to wave across the restaurant to get anything. There were maybe 5 tables to wait on at the time as well. Hard to order when the server has a hard time with English.
B. B. (.
Super yummy pizza's. So nice to have sourdough & fun & different new toppings! Delicious & well priced.
K. K.
Go for the pizzas stay for the real lemonade.
The food was great and close to best price in town. They're always busy but that's just because they're good.
P. C.
Good pizza for a good price
K. N.
Generally love Franco manca but the caramelized onions here the last time I went were really sour - ruined the taste of the whole pizza.
Staff at this branch are also generally less personable than the other branches imo
K. H.
The best (thick dough) pizza in London! I love this place, friendly staff, affordable, and nice fizzy wine! Be careful of the long queue :)
F. I.
Good service, and fresh pizza!
J. V.
Very good value for money for an authentic Napoliatan style pizza. 5 choices + 2 specials, No faf. Great.
M. F.
Visited with friends after university. Was greeted straightaway by the waiter. Nice restaurant , nice outdoor eating area. Only ordered a latte but be sure to order a pizza on the next visit
L. P.
Delicious pizza and tasty salad! Child-friendly too
K. S. A.
Very good sourdough pizza at really reasonable prices. Service is always good and the pizza is always up to standard. Long queues but the pizza is served really quickly as well
S. B.
Absolutely lovely. Great food and great staff. Myself and family enjoyed it. Thank you.
D. A.
Best Pizza I had during my stay there, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and I got a delicious Pizza and a drink for less than 10 pounds. Overwhelming.
g. c.
Very good pizza, the staff is very friendly and the prices are not bad at all, if you like the traditional Neapolitan pizza you need to try this place.
E. R.
Delicious pizza, authentic, soft, full of flavours. Rather quick service, nice place, great for any lunch break!
L. L.
I'm always in here. All the staff are lovely. A couple of very pretty Italian boys work as pizzaiolo and they're fun to watch. Shout out to Luciano and Gianmarco who are absolute darlings
M. W.
For a chain, the pizzas are actually very good.
A. K.
Honestly some of the best pizzas ever.
A. Y.
Top notch sour dough pizza. Difficult to get a seat without significant wait unless you arrive before 6:30. Must try their fresh Burata!
G. R.
Great food and incredible service. We stopped here for quick lunch on our way to the palace. We ate a nice pasta lunch on their patio. The food was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and helpful with a recommendation.
b. j.
Perfekt place to eat. Probably hade one of the best pizza I have ever had for a really good price. They also have there own excellent beer and cider.
M. R.
Just stunning! All other pizza fades into irrelevance.
A.
Good quality pizza from this place.
Even when it's busy with a queue for a table, we tend to be seated reasonably quickly.
N. A.
Honestly, I love pizza, and have tried pizzas all over the country. Without a single doubt this beautifuly cheesy, soft dough pizza is one of THE BEST i've ever tried. Definitely worth trying ppl!
P. Z.
Good pizza with decent price. It's not the best pizza you'll ever have but it's a nice option if you don't want to spend too much.
M. B.
Lively place with a succinct menu of well-chosen pizza, still something for everyone and great service. If you like their flavour of base then this is the place to be
J. V.
Fantastic place. Service, pizza, and tiramisu, everything is extraordinary!! Lovely spot to dine in and also great for a take out. Highly recommended.
C. V.
I love the pizza, however the staff are seemingly quite brash and not as friendly as I would like to expect in a restaurant.
F. O.
Wonderful, delicious, traditional pizza. Cheap and fast. Always very busy, but they don't make you wait too long.
m. s.
Unlike Santa Maria of Fitzrovia, Vegetarians are Welcome. Friendly service.
J. O.
Delicious pizzas at a reasonable price. Service can sometimes be slow but I accept the staff are dealing with a lot of take away orders too.
E. K.
A completely outstanding place for a pizza. Friendly staff, amazing quick service!all food is fresh and organic!different from any others pizzeria and incredible cheap!could you ask for more?
M. T.
Delicious pizza and great surroundings and amazing staff.

Very good place, nice atmosphere and of courset have a tasty pizza. I highly recommend this place.

Great italian pizza. Traditional wood fired oven. Very good value. Friendly staff. Go early to beat the queue.
P. C.
I'd like a better selection of pizzas, but this place has a good atmosphere and pleasant wait staff.
A. R.
Amazing pizza, I always get a bottle of white organic wine, which is really compliments pizzas. Really like that place. Never lets me down
N. V. N.
Both the Burrata Pugliese and their sourdough pizza were delicious, served to perfection! The service is always excellent.
N. L.
Excellent pizza as usual (the newest with potatoes and sundried tomatoes was something special) and great service and also excellent coffee and dessert. One of the best Franco Manca's in London
G. R. (.
Great pizza selection at a price you will love. Not to mention, friendly atmosphere at a very convenient location near Goodge Street and Warren Street tube stations.
E. H. M.
Great Italian pizza. As good as Franco Manca always is. It can be crowded at lunch times. As always, the knife at Franco Manca sucks to cut anything.
C. M.
Best pizza dough in London! From humble beginnings, Franco is becoming a force to be reckoned with - while staying true to their roots. So cheap still too!!
D. G.
One of the best pizzas in London!
J. K.
A bit more sour than the original Brixton branch, but still an amazing place to have a delicious pizza. At the asking price of ~7 pounds, I doubt there's anything better.
R. M.
tried so many times. Generally I really like their pizza but this time it was soggy in the middle. I hope they gonna keep consistency for next time.
F. D. M.
It's very nice restaurant. Pizza is very good and tasty. However the menu is very small with very few choices. Sometimes the queue outside is very long and it takes a while before being allowed inside.
R. T.
Unbelievably good pizza!
I just posted some pictures, but they don't do it justice.
Had a delicious burrata and the meat special of the day (pizza with baked aubergine and pancetta).
K. S.
Very nice pizza, worth the visit. The only cons I found was the lomoted options for pizza (6) and the wait time 2 of the 3 times we visited.
M. B.
Delicious pizzas and great service - I would visit during unusual times as there are always queues out the door! Check out the specials board for something exciting
M.
I really wanted to like Franco Manca. Unfortunately I was just underwhelmed, i just felt it was a regular sour dough pizza, the toppings ok.
Venue was lovely if a little closely packed. Service was attentive.
L. I.
Excellent pizza for an amazing price. Efficient and good service. What more can you ask for?
A. G.
Great pizza's on sourdough bread, however not much of a selection of pizza's nor toppings. Very busy and you often have to wait.
C. P.
Pizza was awesome. If only service was to match. They were lovely but kept forgetting stuff.
B. M.
Delicious chewy thin crust pizza and locally-sourced toppings. Great atmosphere and good value. Enjoy!
L. W.
Restaurant was clean and service was good and the pizza was good but not enough selection on the menu for me.
B. R.
always hits that pizza craving, good quality excellent price. can become very busy during peak hours.
P. G.
Very good Italian restaurant on Tottenham Court Road !

Helpfull and friendly staff. Pizza is delicious, authentic and great value. Desserts are a bit stingy though!
T. S.
The pizza was lush with a super tasty bottle of wine! Really enjoyed the experience. Good atmosphere!
K. S.
Really good pizza! Fast served, and nice staff, can recomend a stop here if you are waiting for a train!

First rate, authentic, Neapolitan pizzas. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere
J. W.
Great service. Great pizza. God atmosphere. Great price. I would recommend Franco Manca.

Today I ate the best pizza ever. Meat special with burata mozzarella and n'duja sausage. Thank you for this amazing experience.
G. L.
Quick service and all staff so polite and with excelent manners. Food was great and not waiting long time for It! And the last thing is a good profe!
J. R.
Nice food (but not mind blowing) at a reasonable price. Amazing, scummy salad but their pesto is like wallpaper paste and their home lemonade is sickly and lacks depth. Service NOT special.
M. W.
Good quality pizza. They pride themselves on speed of service - first time we visited they apologised for taking so long when they really didn't!
A. P.
Amazing food and friendly service. Will definitely visiting again 😀👍
D. S.
Pizza was delicious but the service was poor. Ignored for prolonged periods of time. Would go again if there was better service.
P. A.
Loved this place. Vegetarian options also available.
S. L.
Great pizza and quite cheap.
However one of us had to wait 15min after the others had been served for her salad...
M. V.
Real rustic Italian style pizza! As recommended by my Italian colleagues! Great food and good value for money.
H. C.
Pizza is alright. It can get very busy and you may need to wait 30min to get a pizza. Not a good pizza place when you are hungry.
J. T.
The pizza is ok, over priced. Our waiter could barely speak English. It left me wanting great pizza, very underwelming.
M. P.
Not the best toppings but pretty good pizza and crust. Very good quality-price relation.
S. A.
Great food and friendly stuff
C. S.
It’s amazing pizzas but need to have better on service and manage customers requirements
Specially vegetarian options more..
P. C.
Really good sourdough crust pizza!
D. L.
Never, NEVER a bad pizza whichever branch you visit. Staff are warm and friendly, it's super quick and the best pizza chain in town.
S. G.
Nice pizza and friendly staff. Although it gets very busy the service is very quick. Recommended
R. M.
Excellent pizza! Highly recommend, just avoid busy times if you don't want to queue
M. L.
Quick service and authentic tasting pizza! Can get really busy with people queuing outside. Laid back atmosphere.
P. M.
Average pizza. Used to be much better. Takeaway is not recommended as it gets chewy when it's cold. Not very expensive though
j. b.
The food was bland, they served us single JD instead of doubles, ( we were watching them make the drinks) so as soon as they put them infront of us I said they were singles, the waitress said they were doubles,I told her to get the manager, he tried telling me they were doubles, I asked him what size the optic was, he said 50ml!, I said it's not as I can see it from here, and it's a 25ml!, eventually he apologised, and said it would be sorted, we got the bill the doubles were still on, got him again, he reluctantly took the difference off the bill!, will not be going back!.

This place has great pizza and really good prices :) Try to go before 6-7, as the queue can be quite large
D.
Lovely small & cosy restaurant, with friendly staff
L. B.
Good options for people with dietary restrictions.
A. L.
Great pizza, served swiftly
D. L. M.
One of the best pizza chains in London, conveniently located near Euston square station and the furniture shops along the street.
A.
Wonderfully tasty pizza. Quick and friendly service. Arrived at 1 pm, lots of vacant seats.
j. h.
Service was great. Pizza took some time to arrive. A bit too noisy for me and the actual pizza itself was too dry :/
G. C.
Had a takeaway pizza last night very good and was waiting for us when we returned to pick it up even though the restaurant was busy.
D. S.
The pizza is amazing and extremely well priced- they don't take bookings so try and go at off peak times to avoid a queue like for a late lunch/early dinner
G. S.
Amazing food.Tasty pizza and mozzarella starter is divine and wait for the Tiramisu. Loved that! Nice staff
R. W.
While service is not included in the bill, the waiter added it himself without asking us and we only realised after we had tapped our cards - not cool.
D. L.
Great tasting Pizza and good atmosphere in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a long time for two pizzas though.
L. F.
Service was good. Pizza was yummy. Fresh Orange juice was a sour. But otherwise all good.
J. D.
The best Pizza in the last 20 years I ate. Taste like in italy. Will visit them again :)
J.
At any Franco Manca you can guarantee really great pizza, efficient service at an affordable price. Top recommendation for anyone visiting London.
b. k.
Quite exceptional sourdough for a local chain. The only downside is line wait time for lunch.
Ps, try #7; You won't be disappointed
S.
You get what you pay for here. Overall nice place to go for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. Good prices and decent pizza. I regularly come here.
O. C.
Very good and tasty pizza; nice customer service and good italian wine at an affordable price.
C. F.
Phenomenal food as last time. Service was a little disorganized but worked hard to address issues.
Will definitely continue to return here each time I visit London.
J. A.
Tried this spot in the past with my friend and I am hooked since then. I enjoyed the fantastic mood and delightful food and beverages. Keep up the good work.
G. M. T.
You might have to wait in a queue but that is so worth it. Best sourdough pizza I have tasted.
A. I.
Best pizza in London, great service, usually crowded - always ask for the daily specials - fully worth it!
V. P.
Good pizza joint. No BS. Simple menu. Good ingredients and the Sour Dough!
A. E.
A bit too chaotic. Service was way too rushed. 1 great pizza, one rubbish.
K. W.
Pizza was good. Service was pleasant.
K. M.
Friendly staff and delicious food. We had a classic margarita pizza, the sour dough crust is amazing!
C. H.
Love this place, simple food and very fast. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes amazing! For a London eatery the cost is also amazing.
F. H.
Definitely drop in here if you're in the area and even remotely in the mood for pizza. Everything about the food is perfect.
K. D.
The most brilliant pizza available at around 5 pounds, if you can manage to wait the que, hire in for a great treat!
S. F.
One of the best in London. Good service and plenty of room
P. T.
Quiet outside lunch and dinner times. The pizze are excellent with daily specials and good options for starters, drinks and salads.
M. A. S.
Always friendly staff. They have Vegan cheese and vegan special. Lovely.

A. M.
Lovely pizzas, good service, nice place to eat at
K. N.
Excellent service even this branch is particularly busy. Great pizza as usual.
K. B.
Delicious pizza! Was recommended to come to this by Italians. Very reasonable prices as well.
A. W.
Pizza is fine, but I always find myself wondering why they don't cut theirs into slices...
