Reviews of Fratelli la Bufala - London Piccadilly
G. C.
One of the best Neapolitan Pizza in London. Finally, today they reopen again. We will see soon again.
S. B.
Excellent Service 5 star for Anna Maria alone! She was very attentitive and helpful as my family and I needed to have a quick bite so we could make it in time for our show at The Apollo. The Pizza was made to perfection, with fresh toppings and well cooked base and starters were brilliant: compliments to the chef. SO glad to have found this place, will definitely be visiting again in the new year !!
F. P. M.
We went there on Saturday 12/2/22. Was a little busy.
The service was a normal service in a confusing day.
We ordered a Pizza Margherita di buffala, a fried pizza and a crochet ta di patata these three dishes were really good. Good prices as well.
The only thing was the spritz that wasn't Apperol it was other brand, but not a big deal.
S. P.
Came back to Fratelli La Bufala after a while, to me that's the best pizza in London.
The dough it's light and soft but also crispy on the crust.
The ingredients are top quality, especially the cheese.
There is definitely an Italian vibe in this place, most of the customers are Italian and all the staff is also Italian; they will definitely know how to make you feel welcome.
If you're looking for an authentic Italian pizza then you know where to go!
G. B.
I visit this lovely place often! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this spot routinely. The meals are very good, the workers are helpful and the charge is reasonable.
F. B.
Great typical Italian restaurant. One of the best pizza places in London. Steaks are excellent, pasta is delicious and lasagna is rich and creamy. Quick and corteous service, very friendly staff.
a. t.
Tiramisu is one to be tried here and is also Italian dessert. It has open kitchen with good ambience. Mains weren’t that good and staff were hurry behind your food choice. It’s walkable from Piccadilly Circus station and located in Soho area.
A. A. O.
I have visited fratelli la buffala in many countries and I have always enjoyed. Unfortunately they closed down their branch in Istanbul. Now I can only enjoy when I'm abroad:(
C. C.
Every plate looks more than amazing but the taste was disappointing. The pizza was poorly cooked and the tomato sauce was nor sticking on the pizza. I aspected more from an Italian restaurant runs by Italians. Too much expensive.
A. A.
Not my favorite pizza in London but good Italian quality of food, great choice of beers (they have the wonderful Poretti on draft) and nice staff.
s. s.
Nice place, reasonable price, if you don't like to wait just book a table and you will seat as soon as you get in. Pizza is one of the best in London in my opinion, just the waiting time to get your food is too long.
j. h.
Went there for a diner with 5 friends. We hadn't booked before but we got a table after only a few minutes wait. All the pizzas are cooked with mozzarella di bufala and not the classical mozzarella, and the cooks also use plenty of fresh ricotta which make the pizza creamy and delicious. Between the 6 of us we tried a lot of different pizzas that were all very tasty. The daugh was particularely good. Service was ok.
D. M.
Best pizza ever. Better than in Italy. Authentic Italian staff, very friendly, but that place is always busy.
J. T.
I have been here three times. I ordered different dishes each time. These two dishes were great! Would recommend.
K.
Tried the margarita pizza it was delicious the place was nice but the waiter was not friendly at all
G. T.
Great location in the heart of the theatre district. Hostess not very welcoming. Did not have a table blocked for the reservation, the only offer was to wait at the next door bar, not to be seated to wait, even though the restaurant was not full at 8 pm. Large dining space upstairs. Pizzas are good, but very rustic. They aren’t very generous with the toppings nor distribute them evenly over the surface. Salads are fresh, but either underdressed or not dressed at all, not quite sure which, but oil and vinegar not offered. Most places bring chilli oil or flakes automatically or offer them. Staff do not exude the warm Italian welcome my other favourite pizza place in Covent Garden does, and the unpolished service was mostly the reason for the lack of 5 stars. Our pizzas got cool as we waited for plates to share, until I got up to find a staff member to bring us some. On the plus side, the combinations on the pizzas sounded different than the usual, and the quality of the ingredients was top notch. No outdoor patio. Bathroom sink was unique and interesting. Prices reasonable. Large beer good value. A little staff training, supervision and coaching will go a long way in a better score.
S. K.
Amazing experience... We had pizza margarita , processo and fries .. everything was amazing and the vibe of the place was awesome .. huge place with sitting on two floors .. overall it was a wonderful experience.
m. p.
Service could be better. Pizzas were good and handy for the theatre's
A.
This Italian restaurant serves some incredible authentic food similar to places I'm only used to from Italy. The staff is quite friendly and the desserts and coffees are brilliant.
M. H.
Good authentic Italian food especially the pizza 🍕.
R. E.
Decent pizza but Buffalo mozzarella wasn't great and not the best service
C. G.
Great restaurant to hang out with friends. We celebrated an alumni reunion from our business school and both, food and drinks were delicious. The atmosphere was lively and chilled
A. A.
Excellent food. Beautiful restaurant. Very clean. Polite stuff
j. k.
I love the food o er here, it's a long waiting time for the table but you won't be disappointed, Italian staff really friendly.
F. S.
Probably the finest Neapolitan Pizza in London. Price is reasonable. I used to come here all the time with my friend from Naples before the lockdown and this restaurant never once disappointed.
N. C.
I have been a regular to Fratelli La Bufala and this was simply for the quality of food. Service is shocking (few exceptions though).
If you reserve a table, be re-assured it won't be ready on time. I have reserved a table at least 5 times and in none of these occasions it was ready. The average wait is 30 minutes in a crowded little bar section they created. So crowded that it is impossible to get a drink and even to breathe.
Once at the table, you need to chase waiters and managers to be considered for food order and service. The best thing ever was when I waited 40 minutes for a pizza with no one coming and asking if we were fine. Why? Because they can't handle complaints. Managers are on the floor but just to say to waiters "go there, go there".
It's totally up to you. If you are keen to experience poor customer service, you can go. Food is impeccable.
V.
Just wow!! Simple Pizza with amazing taste.. la Diavola was fresh out of the oven and hands down the best pizza I've had in London. Highly recommend you stop by if you're in Central London/Piccadilly.
S. R.
This restaurant in right in the middle of tourist London. The staff two young lady’s were absolutely brilliant, and top marks for the service. The pizzas we had were 10 out of 10 really good handmade food. And lastly the price was £36 for two pizzas, two beers and some olives- well worth the price.
Would definitely recommend and I will be going back.
S. T.
I was yesterday with my family. It's a must eveytime we're going in London. I never been disappointed. Pizza is awesome, le pappardelle as well, Poretti draft is amazing and at the end my Kimbo espresso. My husband had a second pizza as a desert. The service was very friendly. I felt like I was back in Italy.
I would recommend it.
Thanks guys!
S. S.
Emanuela was really lovely and nice with us; discreet, polite and she respected all rules about social distancing. Pizza were lovely and delicious.
I work in hospitality, this periods are hard for everyone and she's a good example for the rest of the staff.
E. C.
It was a quite good place with tasty pizzas and lovely staff. Atmosphere is quite nice too. I would've liked to see a wider choice of pizzas with less weird combinations of toppings. I know what kind of pizzas I can get in Italy, so if I'm coming to a place like this, I'd expect better, because I'm sure they most certainly seem to be able to do that
A. K.
I walked into this place on the way to theatre. My expectations weren’t high but boy, was I pleasantly surprised!
They make Neapolitan style pizza in a wood burning oven, using real mozzarella and not too much toppings just as Neapolitan pizza should be. The food was great and the price is good for the quality.
I’ll come back.
m. F.
Fantastic pizza and pasta centrally located in London. Lots of options on menu food tastes fresh and homemade. Staff were friendly and attentive. No booking needed. Busy but can seat lots of people large 2 story diniing area.
R. P.
Friendly staff food was good, nice place but was freezing cold inside and uncomfortable.
M. F.
I went here with two friends after watching a show at a theatre nearby. We only had to wait 10 minutes at the bar for our table to be ready although we didn't have a booking. We ordered quite quickly but the food took a while to arrive. We all had pizza, which was ok but nothing exceptional. Waiters were really nice. Only bad note was the service when paying: it took us about 20 minutes before we managed to ask for the bill and get the card machine. Additionally, although one of my friends asked to split the bill, my card was charged for the whole bill. This place is very convenient for its location and opening times but I doubt I'll go back.
P. T.
the new staff is great. I used to go to this place and then stopped because the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. I am pleased to see that they have renewed it. I went to this restaurant with a group of 8 people. some of us took a pizza, some others pasta with seafood. pizza was really good. one of the pasta had some sand in it (it can happen, believe me, I came from a family who ran a restaurant on the coast for 40 years. clams are unpredictable). when we pointed that out to the waiters they took back the plates and did asked the cook to do it again, and the second one was just great. great service then.
O. O.
The pizza is not bad, indeed, it is the strong point.. I've been there many times and, I went out, the most of them, satisfied by the pizza they make.
I suggest to only go for it if you are looking for a lovely meal.
Disappointed by the waiters service.. It can be improved.
A. J.
The food was fantastic. If you want typical Italian food it's hard to beat. Our service was very poor. We spent a long time waiting for the waiter - from the start of the meal to the end.
C. F.
Perfect place, great ambient, good italian food, quick service, well reccommended place
V. P.
Food was good and tasty, but not delicious. Waitresses were kind but tired
F.
normal experience, good pizza. It should improve the effectiveness of the service.
L. C.
Very good pizza, fair pricing. Both surprisingly so given that it's in one of the most touristy places in London
Not giving 5 stars as service isn't great, lots of friendly staff just hovering around but no-one really wondering if you need anything, but then again, that reminds me of lots of places back home so it may in the end deserve 5 stars.
C. S.
Fresh ingredients except the mozzarella that wasn't but anyway keep it in good condition. I also ordered some meat and was really nice. Food very lovely and was the traditional Italian.
A bit high prices but anyway to be in Central London and an Italian restaurant was ok. Very friendly staff, I was served to Ciro and he did a nice customer service.
E. G.
I've had eaten many pizzas in my life, but this place offers the 2nd most amazing pizza in the world. Only the pizza from Naples was better. The smoothie I ordered was delicious as well with fresh and not frozen fruits. Service was friendly and food quality amazing. Definitely worth the money!
A. S.
Such a good compromise if you want to taste a real Italian Pizza. Not the best pizza in London tho but the quality is still high. They have really good and tasty ingredients, a good pizza dough and they bake their pizzas in the Italian traditional way
P. S.
First of all, the pizzas here are excellent. Amongst the best in London. Don't be fooled by the location, this is not a tourist trap restaurant. It's a stylish place with fine fresh ingredients and authentic Italian heritage. Why the 3 star rating then? Half a point lost due to slightly naff service. Another half owing to the horrendous music. The other point lost as a result of them giving themselves 5 stars! Silly.
A. N.
One of the best pizzas in London! Great location, delicious food. Service requires improvement. The restaurant seems to be well staffed but they don't always manage the service in a fast and efficient way.
C. S.
Apart from feeling like a tourist for eating at such a location, I really liked this place. The pizzas are freshly baked in the restaurant (you can see the chefs preparing everything) and were delicious, and also served super fast (maybe we were in at an odd time of the day). All in all I was pleasantly surprised by this place and would go back for a great pizza any day, or perhaps should try some of their other dishes too.
R. J.
The food is incredible. Top quality ingredients. The salads, pizza and fresh mozzarella are devine. It is worth the visit. Do note that the comments re service are true. On my last visit, the server actually only said 4 words to me, two when I arrived and thank you when I paid. Lol! So if you go, don't go in a rush, go with good friends and you won't get sidetracked from enjoying their great food. Enjoy.
M. D.
Food is nice here and cooked with fresh ingredients and served very good and enjoyable! Great atmosphere! Better to book a table but you can just turn up but the last time I went on a Saturday night with a group of 8, which is not unusual for central London! Which we waited over a hour for Table and then 45 minutes for drinks! But Food lovely but if weekend or holidays book.
s. s.
Table for 2 people. Ordered 1 pizza salsiccia e friarielli, 1 montanara and 500gr of fresh bufalo mozzarella(everything to share).
Excellent service. I can't really complain on it! Very testy Neapolitan pizza, amazing montanara and, unfortunately, an horrible mozzarella of the worth of £24.00. We were almost leaving without telling nothing to the waiter but we couldn't keep our self. He suggested us to talk with the manager about the mozzarella who is been so nice to cancel the mozzarella from the bill inviting us for the next delivery time to try the mozzarella again. Friendly waiters with an amazing service!! Well done guys!!
A. R.
I sat in the bar while waiting for my friend to join me for our table booking and the service was fantastic and cocktails delicious and inexpensive. Sadly the restaurant experience did not match up to this - servers were grumpy and snatching plates/glasses away from us before we were done. I refused to pay the service charge (which I hate doing) and thankfully the manager was polite and professional about the situation. The restaurant menu is also very bizarre, the starters are ridiculously expensive and they serve some awkward combinations (tuna mayonnaise with cured beef???) and the random abundance of buffalo dishes doesn't fit in accordance with other things. The food was adequate, but I have had better Italian for less money in London. If I go back, it will be to the bar only. The aperitivo is very good value for money and the small bites look incredible. I recommend others do the same!
I returned to try the aperitivo and I can confirm that it is as delicious as it looks. Visit the bar!
B. S.
I had seen some bad reviews of this restaurant but I cannot understand where they were coming from. We had an excellent meal with good service. Good pizza , better than other places we have been and I would recommend it to anybody . The next table had an Italian couple who clearly weren't there for the first time.
Don't take any notice of those bad reviews and try it for yourself.
D. B.
Despite the location (which would make you fear a tourist trap) and the somewhat chaotic atmosphere this is a very good pizzeria. Prices are a little on the high side, but it stays open for way longer than most restaurants, which makes it a great resource for the occasional bout of late night hunger.
J.
On the advice of my partner we go to a pizzeria, I take a devil and take one with mozzarella and raw ham. For us, the dough was not the best, chewy and full of liquid left by the mozzarella. We ate everything but I don't think we will be back
S. d. L.
If you're spending time in London and you're undecided about which place to choose to eat in... Don't hesitate to make a reservation here to taste a neapolitan home made pizza. Enjoy your meal!
S. T.
This place is usually great. First time i had been at lunchtime. Pizza wasnt well made or loaded with topping and the staff were cursory. Disappointing as i had taken and recommended it to friends based on previous great evening visits i have had.
B. P.
Well I used to go there since they opened, food is good, if the waiter actually gets the order right. Unfortunately lately I can't say that I had the best time of my life there. Mainly the issue is the gap between service and the prices. Again ingredients can be great but if you get something you didn't order that is just not right. Last time we were 8 of us and 4 of us had their food and drinks orders wrong.
V. M.
Amazing service amazing food amazing staff verry efficient smiley and friendly I will be a loyal customer!!!!! And the food is delicious.. thank you
T.
Pizza was good but the customer service was underaverage. The person at the front door did not have a clear idea of how much we should wait for taking the table. When we sat we had to ask to our waitress twice to bring us water and then the same happened for the bill. He was speaking to other customers and He did not care at all of us. So I asked to an other waitress about my requests and he just said to talk with his colleague because he was not in charge of that table.
Please about Customer Service learn from Franco Manca!
F. A.
Authentic Italian pizzeria. The food is nice, but probably it's time for this place to be refurbished better. For example I don't know how can Italians like me have allowed to make those horrible toilettes.
V. M.
Incredibly tasty and amazing pizzas, in fact all the food we ordered was amazing. Staff were great although could've been a little more attentive but overall a great place and I will definitely be visiting more often
l. m.
Amazing pizza!!! one of the best !
B. V.
I didn't find the variety of pizzas overwhelming. And the pizza was just okay. Lasagna is really good, however. There are two levels and there is a small deli selling Italian products.
J. F.
As Italian I always look for a comfy Italian place where I can enjoy a proper Napolitan meal... in this restaurant finally I found what I was looking for thanks especially to Giulio that with his experience and knowledge help me out on the wine selection!! Great atmosphere !!! A must come back!!!

Very popular, good choice and large serves. However, buffalo steak is fair at best and pizza average. Watch the 12.5% service charge included in the bill and watch the staff response if you don't want to pay it!
O.
Pizza are nice, not that awesome but nice. Service was quite fast and efficient.
But the serving of a white wine in a chilled or cooled glass could have been expected but that was not the case.
R. M.
We had to wait 10 minutes for a Campari Spritz and a glass of white wine. This was Saturday at 17.05, restaurant almost empty. Bar men unprofessional. Bruschetta classica was served just 5 small tomatoes and wilted Ruccola. not what we expected.
P.
Pizza was great! We had Margherita with buffallo mozzarella. For my gf who does not like pizzas to say it is the best one she's had is a big thing! I also don't understand the comments about bad service, this was one of the better service we experienced so far in London.
F. Q.
An average Pizzeria. Pizzas were very poor in the content and the basement of the pizzas were delivered raw. Service is charged you on the bill (12,50% of the total !!), so don't tip !! The three stars are for food. Italian Gastronomy is a very quality demanding.
C. L.
Was taken to this amazing place by an Italian friend who is passionate about it. Reminds him of Naples! Many Italians were shining there and recommended dishes to us. Try the Pizza Burrata (pictured with the whole buffala mozzarella). Buonissima!
C. P.
I am Italian, lived in London enough to know that the only place where I can feel like home because of the delicious food is this place.
They are also very professional and always gentle.
It is a bit high the prices, but it is totally worth every penny.
Highly recommended.
s. a.
When I have mama food craving, this is the place where I go! Not only the pizza is made as the real pizza napoletana but all the other kind of food, pasta, starter, cheese plate, taste delicious, taste as mama food in my hometown! I recommend the zuccotto di melenzane and any traditional pizza.
Please if you already tried in Italy, don't order the baba' :I tried it a couple of times but it is not so good.
S. P.
A friend and I decided to try Fratelli's pizza. The pizza couldn't have been any better given its price. However, the lack of ambience and poor customer service i.e. I had to run after the waitress to place both orders (pizza and dessert) are what made me give this place 3 stars only. Restaurant for me is not just about the food quality, but rather a combination of food quality, customer service and ambience.
P. S.
Brilliant location and very tasty food. The place can be quite loud as the tables almost touch each other. It would be worth to go there in less busy times.
Still one of my favourite Italian restaurants in the centre.
L.
One of the best Italian chains in London. Baccheri pasta was excellent although the portions are not very generous. Service can be hit and miss.
F. C.
It was Saturday at 10pm and we were looking around for a place to eat and looking at the menus at various eating establishments, we finally thought "Let's go in". We immediately noticed the other diners were all of Italian/Mediterranean appearance and so we guessed this must be the place to be! We weren't wrong as the food was good and at reasonable prices too for central London. Won't hesitate to come here again if we're in the area in the future.
N. A.
Amazing fresh pizza, one of the best I had in London. Weird setup at the ground level where the bar is separated from the rest of the restaurant and has a separate entrance whilst you can see the rest of the restaurant..
P. C.
Genuine Italian establishment (in fact, in my experience, most of the customers are Italian), specialising in buffalo mozzarella, buffalo meat and pizzas. The pizzas are possibly the best in London and I love the buffalo "burger". It's open late, so great if you're looking for a post-theatre or cinema meal after 11.
S. B.
Awesome, perfect place for a pizza
A. G.
One of the best pizza in London! Amazing Buffalo mozzarella usually very fresh (go for Mozzata!). Staff friendly but sometimes very slow! Definitively recommended
A. S.
Had a great meal for my dad's birthday. Was seeing a show and this was quick, friendly service. The place was very busy but our food took no more than 10 minutes to arrive. Great atmosphere and great food.
S. A.
Went last Week with friends, lovely restaurant in piccadilly circus, not far from Piccadilly circus station and near by Chinatown.
2 floors restaurant and bar at the front door, we went a bit early for aperitivo, then we sat for pizza.
Great costumer service, everyone smiling and helpful,
Pizza is wonderful and real italian pizza with nice topping, we also tried Italian antipasto, nice beer.
Reasonable price
High reccomand 5 stars
D. R.
Small portion of pasta, it coming fast but the food was not so hot. The friarielli the best food together with the pizza Napoletan style. Nice Customer and service
R. O.
Well... simply put: a real pizza Napoletana in central London. Loved by Italians on holiday, some waiting time during peak hours, but definitely worth a visit if you miss real pizza.
a. p.
Lovely reataurant where one can taste Italian food made of Italian ingredients and good coffee. One of the few places in London where the barista actually provides the customer with ristretto when asked for one (unlike many other shops where you are given a regular instead). I would have rated my experience there with 5 if our waiter didn't miss a couple of things.
E. S.
Best pizza i've had in London
D. B.
Nice pizzas and fast service. Don't order lasagna as small and poor quality. Odd paintings and chipboard ceilings.
E. O.
Authentic Italians wood oven pizza. Probably one of the best pizza places I’ve been to in London. Anytime I have friends visiting, I always bring them here.
A. M.
First time here, and hopefully not the last.
A real wood over pizza, with some Pizza maker that cook a very good napoletana-style pizza.
I loved the quality and the freshness of the ingredients. So count me in for the next time.
m.
Propably Best pizza i even eat
G. B.
I always go there for the aperitivo, because with 7 pounds you can drink and eat for free!! Really good customer service. And a special thanks to Salvatore, a great bartender who helped me with my dairy intolerance.
M. H.
I May 2016 had an appointment and told we would meet at “Fratelli La Bufala”, but after reading the public’s reviews on Google, I did not feel going to La Bufala would be a good idea, because most said this:
a) “expensive”
b) “small portions”
c) “they will charge you £2.00 -two pounds- more for the service without asking if you agree” May 2016),
However, I could not change the place of the appointment, so we went there anyway and to be fair, this is what I found:
A) its prices are more expensive compared to other equally nice-looking places in the area. :(
B) Portions were small when I looked at other tables, but my Canelone was rather large, so no complaints there! :)
C) My Canelone seemed to be the only not”-too-expensive” plate but it was rather good I will admit :)
D) When the bill came, the warnings came true. I was supposed to pay £15.25, yet they hit me with £17 even when the bill clearly said “OPTIONAL 2.5% service charge”
I understand waiters gotta make a living, but I suspect not 100% goes to them... go figure.
E) I hated the ongoing music because it was SO LOUD. Had they played it 50% lower volume it would have made the lunch a lot better, especially because their jazz selection was good.
I did not want to make a fuss on my date (any seasoned waiter would spot that) but I vowed to write my fair and unbiased review. Personally it seemed too expensive and I would NOT return, however what I ate was good, staff were friendly and place was clean. I would give it a 3 star out of 5. Its mostly a tourist trap considering the area. We spent 30.75 between 2 people + 2 + 2 for the service tax.
R. F.
Great place, efficient staff, good vibes!
One of the best pizzas in town and a fast service.
A big thumbs-up for Angela, our waitress!
J. K.
Had a good pizza with a lovely glass of wine here. It's definitely a lovely spot for Italian food, but the service can be a little slow at times.
C.
Amazing pizza and nice staff.
O. B.
The stuff is a Disaster (change the stuff ASAP!). Waitresses don't understand English! But the food is good. Pizza is a bit thick for me and buffalo mozzarella starter is not advisable either..
F.
Great pizza, but be prepared for a very lengthy wait both for the table and the food. We asked after half an hour whether there was any update, and were rudely told that as it was a Saturday we should expect a wait. It's not like we were being impatient!
E. O.
At last we can eat Italian, I have been in London For 3 days and a lot of restaurants with Italian names, but without Italians or Italian Food.
So when we saw the name Fratelli la Bufala we jumped of happiness, we said now we can eat.
We went inside and we could smell and feel the Italian culture.
We ordered starters, main and of course Pizza with an incredible glass of red wine.
We finished with a rum baba an a limoncello.
I felt like a king
T. C.
very good pizza and other dishes as well. service is not very good though, they asked us to sit in a very small table where pizza plates can't really fit and it happened twice, that's a shame.
F. M.
Pizza dough is not the crispy stile but more of the soft bread variety. Wine was good an ingredient are good too.
E. J. M.
Lovely food. We had the deep fried rice balls and veg for starters. Then pizza and lasagna. All were very tasty.
S. S.
Excellent authentic Italian pizza and I also enjoyed their Tiramisu and that is not so simple to find as it sounds! Very reasonable prices and lovely staff.
E.
We were here 2 weeks ago, staff was nice and polite, pizza good!
I love Italy and great italian food!
Will comeback again!
T. d. M. C.
Very tasty food, made with extremely fresh ingredients. Kind and helpful service. It is like being in the best places of Italy! And closes late. I hope to return.
W. D.
Pizza it's okay. Their style of making pizza could be that of "napoletana" (aka as seen in Naples), where the pizza is thin and soft (that includes the crust).
G. B.
Decent pizza, although the dough loses hands down to Da Michele's, Franco Manca, etc. One of a few places open late in Piccadilly Circus area, and fairly efficiently run.
L. M.
The pizza is nothing exceptional, and since they're in a very central location it's absurdly overpriced. If you are going to Piccadilly Circus especially for Fratelli la Bufala my suggestion is to avoid it altogether.
There's another one next to Charing Cross station, much smaller and usually less crowded if you want to experience Fratelli la Bufala, otherwise I would suggest to head somewhere else for pizza (Rosso Pomodoro is a good choice and is located nearby, otherwise Franco Manca)
L.
One of my favourite pizza in London.
If you want to try a proper Italian pizza book a table here, you won't regret it.

Food is very tasty, you can see it is very much Italian style. You finish full up 100%. The only little thing is they took little too long between the plates.

I always loved this place... the food was really good from the pizza to my burger... the waiter massimiliano was outstanding ... great service ... the only thing l was disappointed was to find out that there was no rum anymore in "baba' dessert...( which l fancied) and l think even the homemade tiramisu' was delicious but alcohol free... now, l dont know why they made those changes but of course it takes away the beauty to have the real experience ( infanct l order something else) .... its a shame after many years of enjoying this place...please bring back the proper italian recipes.. otherwise its like any other " italian " franchise around london...
