They make very nice pasta, and their tiramisu is really creamy and delicious. Their tiramisu has been one of my favourites so far in London. Sometimes when I order several tiramisus one of their takeaway branches delivered wrong desserts. It's also pricy. They don't use enough of black truffle in beef ragù.

Probably the best Italian takeaway I’ve ever had in London. I had to pause before I wrote that! But it’s true. Not only are they reasonably priced, and fairly centrally located, the food itself is absolutely exquisite. Delivered with care, at the perfect temperature, sealed in bespoke recycled and recyclable jars, and wow full of wonderful flavours. This here is the future at takeaway dining! They need an award ! I have already been recommending to everyone! Ben Fatto Ragazzi!

The food tasted good, and the presentation was nice when it was delivered. However, the portions were drastically small for the price paid; the mains were like starter portions. I want to leave this down to it being a Mayfair restaurant, i.e. pricy area? But we just felt a bit ripped off. We also ordered some ravioli, but they were out of stock of the one we ordered. Instead of having the option to be refunded for this, we were given a version that neither of us wanted. Feedback would be, use bigger jars? Again, nice idea with the food storage, but was much too little for the price. NB: I should add, they did send a paper note stating they didn't have our chosen ravioli in stock in our order bag. It would have been nice to have the option to decline and have a refund.

Absolutely delicious pasta al dente. It’s funny as I’ve seen the comments about undercooked pasta - people - that’s the way it’s done 😂 fantastic quality! About portions complaints I’ve read loads - portions are fine, they just look smaller in a jar. If you place it in a bowl it will be regular size pasta. You don’t need to stuff yourself like it’s Christmas every time :) leave some space for dessert. Can’t wait to try other dishes. Recommending !

The lobster pasta’s flavour was amazing and the portion fair, also I really liked the idea to serve in the jars! The panna cotta was awesome, right consistency and the smell of the sauce remembered me home. Really satisfied , good job 👌
