S.This little place does decent food, especially the pizza, however, the customer service is lacking. They over charged us by quite a bit and the till operator insisted we had a dish which we did not. The communication between the chef and till operator was lacking hence the bad experience. Leaving a restaurant annoyed wasn't great.

T. N.Fantastic pizza to takeaway. Drinks are also available. Service was quick to take orders and pay with a 10-15 min wait for food as they make all orders fresh. Lots of nice places to sit in the local area even though the restaurant seating isn’t open. Will visit again.

August 2021 EDIT: this place has really gone downhill. When I arrived and saw the kitchen staff had been changed I immediately knew it won't be the same 😔
Pizza went from extraordinary to average! Mine barely had tomato sauce on it. On some parts of it the ingredients were sitting on dough. Tomato sauce is crucial to a pizza, come on...
Been coming here since they opened so I'm very sad to see a decline in quality.
Bring back the bald Italian guy, he ran the kitchen with style 👏

B.Amazing pizzas! Friendly staff, great prompt service and extremely good value for money. The view of the Thames and the Emirates cable car are pretty cool as well. Great excuse to take the cable car across the river and enjoy the views. They cater for vegans and veggies, just ask.

A. T.I ordered a delicious mushroom truffle pizza here. I sat in the covered area on the upstairs part of the bus. It was a fairly nice temperature despite being very cold outside and it's a bit like eating in a really quirky cafe. The restaurant area is small and there is another area for relaxing in which I imagine is great in summer. The whole bus is decorated in a very quirky and fun way and the staff are really friendly. I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere here

As I live in front of Heroica Lounge I go there every Friday. I love the pizza - ''Truffle'' is my favourite - and the staff. The service is great and they are super fast in delivering the pizza!
G. S.Ordered it on deliveroo, dough was okay, but there was too much oil, not much friarielli and one side was burnt under. I think it would have been a pizza I would have sent back if I was in a restaurant and you would not get served it with two black slices back in Italy. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not sure I am going to order again.

T. K.What did I do today? Had dinner on a Pizza Bus, that's all. This esoteric dining experience is 100% worth it for I had a fantastic meal (they were even able to make me a cheese free pizza, so bonus points there) at a very reasonable cost. Plus it's a bus. Retro fitted with tables, granted, but it's still a bus. The only downside to this place is I live so far away I can't make this a regular place to eat. 10/10, would bus again.
E. R.I was taken for a surprise dinner so you can imagine how surprised I was when I realised I'd be eating on the upper deck of a bus! Prices are fair and the food is great - perfect combo. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there are no toilets so if you need one you gave to head over to the Good Hotel right next to them.

M. I.Great Pizza in the quirky setting of a London routemaster bus, not so much room on the but plenty of space outside to sit and eat also with a take away. Pizza was cheaper than the major chains and freshly made with the wood fired oven they have. Drinks also available at normal kind of London prices, nice staff and great views back to o2 the dock and cable car.

C.I went to Heroica Lounge on a whim and immediately was hooked!! Every option is great but my favorites are split between Nduja and the Piccante 🙏 staff is very friendly and even sat and talked to us on how we liked the food and if there was anything they can improve (which nobody in my party of 6 had any issues) i would possibly rate this the best pizza in all of England, don’t hesitate go NOW!!

A disused open top, red double decker London bus, turned into a bar & pizzeria, where you buy your drinks & or food downstairs in the lower deck & can watch the pizzas being hand made, they do sweet pizzas too, like banana with Nutella, & they're reputable for their stonebaked crust. Upstairs has funky jazzy jiggy music playing & 2 sections of seating for eating & drinking & a rather shakey plastic roofing to protect against the elements, positioned right on the banks of The Thames at The Royal Docks right by ExCel exhibition, conference & business Centre & opposite a Tesco Express store, so handy !

Si si habéis leído bien, autobús y pizzería, la adaptación de autobús en restaurante es curiosa, y puedes verla en las paredes de la escalera de subida a la planta alta, documentada en fotografías.
La atención y la rapidez del servicio impresionante, y la calidad de los productos muy buena también.
Tuvimos la suerte de conocer al propietario, un colombiano emprendedor, y para nuestra este local.
Lo dicho, a orillas del támesis y en un autobús recomendable 100%

Ich war eigentlich nur auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Snack am Abend vor der Ignite und bin zufällig an dem Doppeldecker Bus vorbeigekommen. Was für ein Glücksgriff. Amazing! Super nette Bedienung und unglaubliche Lage direkt am Wasser. Die Pizzen sind lecker und es wird auch auf Extrawünsche, wie zum Beispiel einer Tunfisch Pizza eingegangen. Bei uns hat zu Anfang das Besteck gefehlt, da es an sich auch nicht nötig war, da die Pizzen liebenswürdig geschnitten wurden. Meine Schwester brauchte dennoch Besteck und man konnte einfach nach Besteck fragen und bekam es sofort. Das beste Restaurant in dieser Umgebung und dazu noch in einem so exklusiven ausrangierten Sightseeingbus. 💪👍❤️
