Great Italian food, wood fire delicious pizzas, very friendly family-run restaurant and very good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, like holiday in Italy. I recommend any one who likes good food.

The day before london went into tier 4, I tried to book a local Italian place for the last supper pre-lockdown and luckily La Nostra had space. I googled the best Italian near me and La Nostra popped up. Despite this, we had no expectations as I hadn’t seen many photos of the food. However, this has definitely become a firm favourite now! The food was so good and the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much, since we were being quite picky and asked to make a few changes to items on the menu (e.g my boyfriend asked for a white sauce on a tomato based special of the day and I asked for a linguine pasta on a penne amatriciana). The highlight of the whole meal was the pizza. It’s made fresh in their pizza oven located in the dining area, so you can see your pizza being made right next to you. We got the margherita as a sharer alongside our pastas (carbs 4 life) and it is definitely a steal at £8.95!

“That’s enough Parmesan,” said no one ever. 🍴 We recently tried La Nostra in Winchmore Hill and WOW 🍝 We had the: 👉🏼 Penne Pollo - with chicken, peppers, and fresh chilli in a homemade tomato sauce with a touch of cream. 👉🏼 Handmade Ravioli Salsiccia Everything was authentic, delicious and homemade 🙌🏼

Bledah throws a mean pizza, his wife Jenna is a wonderful hostess. We’ve been coming since they opened la Nostra for about 2 years. Must say the food and drinks are great and if we ask for something in particular we get it, the team are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this cosy restaurant any day of the week.

Service at first glance was a little bit timid. However I urge people to get in touch and book a table. Probably the best Calsone I've had in years. Outside of Italy (Stone baked in Jesolo). It was that good. Proper wow factor... The pesto was so fresh it stained my tongue green for over an hour. That's the mark of quality produce. Go see and taste for yourself. Rating ~ SUPREME. I left very full and very happy. Prego, gracie mille.

Delicious food! Love the freshness of the food- you can see the pizzas being made from scratch at the back of the restaurant- a nice touch if you have kids. Friendly staff. Bit pinched for space esp if you have a pram like us. Kids portion is generous. Overall great selection of pizza and pasta dishes and classic desserts. Good wine list too. Book in advance as the tables fill up esp at weekend but will accommodate if they can if you just turn up.

Wonderful and friendly service. They usually close at 3pm but we called a bit earlier to book a table and they waited for us. We arrived sharp 3pm and served us as normal. We enjoyed a delicious Italian food, then gorgeous dessert that was home made. I would recommend it and I am definitely going again. The prices are not too bad and there are parking pay and display just opposite it.

Delicious pizzas! Being charged an extra £1.50 per pizza for a few Basil leaves wasn’t ok in my opinion. I guess it’s the discretion of the individual to charge as an extra topping for a salad leaf!

Good, could not fault it, a little stuck in the 90's maybe. Pizza's are great, decor is dated but suits the traditional italian theme... would come here again. Could do a little more to accommodate kids... we were not really sure whether we were that welcome or not which is why they don't have 5 stars.

Stumbled on this place as we live nearby, and very glad we did. Good decor, subtle music and lighting, and most importantly, the pizzas were excellent! Had the vegetarian pizza, perfect crispy base. The four seasons pizza also excellent. Definitely will return, and so pleased to have a good pizzeria near home.

Awesome pizza!!!! Only way to find out go and try it. My son ( 10 years) never eat anything at all. So glad he love this place and the margarita with olives. Blade ( owner of la nostra) was really helpful about menu. And kids love his flying pizza dough skills. Amazing taste. Nice environment. More than 5 reasons for 5🌟

Cosy local Italian restaurant. Very good pizzas - thin, crispy base and not overloaded with toppings. You can see the dough being made whilst you eat. Large portions. Menu contains all the usual options - pasta, risotto etc. I had the sea bass which was nicely done. Limited street parking available - bring change for the meters which operate up to 18:30. I would definitely return!

Fabulous place! The best seafood starter I've ever tasted! We've eaten here 3 times now and every time the seafood starter has had the lightest and freshest batter. Their calzone is wonderful and the spaghetti with meatballs on the specials is lovely! The Pigot grigio is a good quality wine for the price... so a meal for two with a bottle of wine was £45.00! Service is great, subtle but present and the ambience is very chilled! Would highly recommend!

La Nostra is a welcome from the previous place. Its a shame that the other restuarant was so poor, as you have a huge bridge to build with local trust. I realise its another business - but mud sticks. I found the staff were very friendly, although just a tip - You need to sell more, don't be afraid to offer more drinks to customers. I would easily have had another beer but no one asked me!!! The food is freshly prepared and plesant, I did feel the prices reflected the food on the menu and value for money. Keep up the good work.
