We had lunch at la Pizzica with a party of 12 after the christening ceremony of our son on a Saturday afternoon in October. Gianluca and his team are fabulous hosts, gentle and courteous, very attentive and managing their cosy restaurant with elegance and class. The presentation and quality of the food is simply fantastic: the "tagliere di salumi" with focaccia and bowls of fresh salad, delicious and light "calamari fritti", the wonderful spaghetti San Carlo prepared directly for everybody at a side table, the signature octopus dish and a tender and juicy piece of lamb to crown the main courses. All in all, an unforgettable afternoon hosted by Gianluca and his team that we and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed. It didn't feel like being in Fulham that day, but more like somewhere in Puglia... Complimenti and 5 well deserved stars!

In general was all good. No major complaints. The staff was friendly and the food tasted nice. The only negative note, the meatballs were a bit on the cold side and the pork rolls were supposed to come with potatoes but apparently they were finished ( weird as there were only 3 tables sitting at 8pm) and we were not told. It came with salad instead. Cime di rapa and broad beans was extremely salty. On the other side the focaccia was delicious

Had lunch on their new Via del Mar, outdoor terrace. The food was delicious and the selection of Italian soft drinks was great, if you don't want an alcoholic drink. I had the Pizza Capricciosa and the Ginger Rosso. I would definitely recommend them.

Going out can be tricky at times as my fiance has a dairy allergy however as soon as we mentioned it the chef came to the table to discuss what would be suitable and what could be adapted which was a promising start. Hereafter the experience just got better, the wine was excellent and the food was exquisite, I could well have been in a Michelin star restaurant on the Italian coast. Dishes you must try here if available when you visit are the tuna tartare and the octopus although you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu as it is all so fresh and authentic. We will be returning shortly!

Went there for lunch on a Sunday. It was packed with families and very young kids so super noisy. Service was really long but very friendly. Starter was very good (fried calamari) and pizza was good. Price is rather on the high side (£110 for 4 adults and 2 kids. Thanks.

Fabulous! Estupendo! Magnifique! Bravissimi! Molt bo! I love, truly love this restaurant. Best quality, nicest waitress in the area of Fulham, good price and clean and cool place. We had a really delicious meal there last night and we were all super impressed by the food - we had an absolutely delicious lobster tagliatelle washed down with a recommended red which was smashing!! The. Best. Pizza. I’m writing this review from Sydney, Australia 3 years later after seeing this in my Uber eats history. My partner and I lived in Fulham for a year (2017). My partner had been to London two years before that and had told me about the best pizza he had ever had in his life. I did not believe him that it could be the best and that he felt that way two years on. After some searching we finally found La Pizzica and it definitely is the best Pizza in the world. If you are reading this review and decide to visit Sydney then Via Napoli pizza is a close second! But really nothing compares to La Pizzica. On our last visit before our departure back to Oz the friendly owners drank Limoncello with us. Can’t wait to go back to London in the near future and visit!

Bella scoperta!! we booked a table last minute after a friend's suggestion. the table was booked at 9.30pm but we arrived 20 mins later, however we had an amazing welcome, the owner Gianluca was simply amazing,and the waiter really friendly. I was indecided between few dishes and even condisering was quiete late, Gianluca spent time trying to help me and to make me feel home without any rush or stress. the food and the wine was incredible, we ordered different starters, two plates of pasta, a main of fish and the dessert,everthing was simply faboulous. we felt like being a home in Italy for few hours. we really recommend this place, the stuff was really frindly and the food stunning! really happy to have been here and for sure we will be back soon!

A good meal has three components; service, setting and food. La Pizzica never had a problem with the first two; it is an authentic family run restaurant that gives a warm welcome and you are surrounded by so many Italians voices you could be forgiven for thinking you were in a trattoria in Rome. Unfortunately I never thought the food quite matched. However my hopes were buoyed by the constant sightings of Deliveroo men hovering around outside. That many people can't be wrong I thought, so decided to give it another try. I was pleased we did. The pizza was flavourful and crispy, the pasta perfectly al dente. Would highly recommend the Pachierri.

Unfortunately not that great, I had high expectations from the outside and the reviews but it's just that great. The flavours are lacking and they don't have a traditional oven. If you want real pizza, try Santa Maria in Fulham, Pizzicotto in Kensington or Saporitalia in Notting Hill.

Italian food, as you can find it in Italy. Simple dishes are made great by very high quality ingredients. My recommendation would be the Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa (turnip tops pasta). It is almost impossible to get this dish outside Italy, because turnip tops are very delicate. Sometimes you can find this dish in other restaurants too, but they will use broccoli instead...perfect recipe for a disaster! However Gianluca (the owner) manages to have them always fresh and available and you can taste Puglia at its best!! Wine selection is great too and there is a great atmosphere inside....and to top it all, very good value for money!!

. They make home made bread, the same kind of bread you would eat in Puglia and pizza. We ordered two starters, burrata and carpaccio. Both of them were quite good even if carpaccio was not a proper one in fact it was coppa which is a kind of salami from Italy. As main course I ordered ravioli with monk fish and asparagus and my friend ordered pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. I tried both of them, pappardelle was cooked with tomato sauce and probably butter, it's not easy yo make it right, sometimes it can be too dry but this one was perfect and delicious. I didn't like my dish, ravioli were crispy which doesn't make sense and provably seafood was not fresh as I can taste the fresh one. From my point of view a restaurant shouldn't serve seafood unless it's fresh from a monger fish

i come to work in London for 2 days every fortnight on the fulham road and i was very lucky to find this place a few months ago... local food offerings are expensive and disapointing, but NOT this place! excellent service (they really want you to enjoy visit), the food is good and the abience is busy and happy. its open early till late and remains 'buzzy' thoughtout their opening hours... I'll return again and again. thank you and keep up the good work.
