Little Frankie's is in a good location. The menu has good choice with some lighter dishes. Not too badly priced for food. Soft drinks however are extortionate. The tap water tastes like it was scooped from the toilets, which incidentally left a lot to be deserved with regards to hygiene. Our experience wasn't bad but not good enough for a second visit.

The lady who showed us to our table was miserable, simple pleasantries don't cost anything but go a long way! It was New Years Eve and I presume she didn't want to be working!? However, the lady who served us our meals was the total opposite, she was very pleasant and I hope that the tip I left went to her because she deserved it. Went in on a busy Good Friday afternoon. Staff were great. Food came quickly and was delicious hot and plenty of it. We orderd the special one 15 inch pizza and 3 pasta dishes for £23 brilliant deal we had starters drinks and extras with the meal roughly £19 ahead. Great value great staff great food. Great little, if cramped, restaurant right in the middle of Central London, by Trafalgar Square. Food is a little expensive but good nonetheless. Staff are friendly and attentive and food comes out quickly. Their coffee is also surprisingly good! Definitely a decent place to stop if you're tired from walking around Central all day.

Very Italian, not the normal Frankie and Benny's. This place has genuine Italian character, maybe because it 100%run by Italian's. There was 8 people in our group and each person was delighted with their meal and the service. Very attentive staff and reasonable prices means we will be back.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Our server Jumman was particularly nice, he made us very relaxed and was super efficient. The restaurant is a little tired and needs a bit of makeover but the atmosphere was pleasant. Food was quite nice but maybe a little expensive. ( on par with central London though to be fair). Groupon deal makes it much better value. Location is great. Overall perfectly acceptable place to eat.

Great breakfast experience, fast and tasty. Really helpful with my gluten intollerance, couldn't have been more helpful and careful. The waitress remembered me visiting, which is a amazing as must have been over a year ago (or was she pretending?). No matter, she's lovely and really welcoming. Always had a smile. Well worth a visit if you're near Whitehall or Charing Cross tube. Hope this is useful. Thanks to the staff there!!

I've been in this restaurant on Monday 2nd October. Even if the place was full enough, the waiter found for us a beautiful table. The service was very fast and everything delicious with a nice price. You can drink how much you want if you order from the prix fixed menu. Recommended!

I may be being generous in giving 3 stars. My wife's spaghetti was truly bad in her opinion. The pizza I shared with my son was not up to the modest standards of a place like Domino's. For a restaurant that bills itself as Italian I would have expected them to get at least one of these staples right. The washroom is downstairs in the basement. Not that I expect a washroom to have ambience but can't help but think it reflects on the overall quality of a restaurant - in this case not particularly well. I will say that the service was attentive and no complaints about our server - and the milkshakes were ok.

I was in London for just a few days. I found this small restaurant as I was visiting Trafalgar Square. I had great food and especially great service from an Italian waiter called Giovanni. Thank you Giovanni, you made my day. I would definitely recommend it.

We went to Little Frankies Resturant at Trafalgar Square in London on th Sept 2019. Fantastic meal. Our waiter was Jumman. He was brilliant. Very helpful and extremely polite. Situated in the nice area of Trafalgar Square, I had relatively high expectations of Frankie and Benny's. The service was good, however the food tastes a little school-dinner-ish. That may be because I had the spaghetti bolognese - their other dishes may be of a higher standard. Wouldn't particularly recommend, but if you're in Trafalgar Square, maybe give it a go.

The tables are very close together and you end up sitting very close to strangers, which for us was just fine because we met a very intersting South African gentleman with good stories to tell. My chicken Ceaser salad was good and the anchovies are superior to what you get in the U.S. My wife's hamgurger had more of a tight, meat loaf consistency than that of a hamburger.
