Wow! Who'd have thought you'd find this kind of place in this location. It has a cafe "feel" to the venue, but the food is exceptional. The service is delightful too - super friendly and very attentive. Would strongly recommend visiting if you live anywhere near (and even if you don't). 👌 🍝 🍺 🇮🇹

We were really looking forward to our 2nd visit as the 1st one was promising (even though we were on a vegan diet that day they accommodated). However, we found the 2 mains (wild boar and sausage pasta) really underwhelming in flavor & quite basic in presentation. We were quite disappointed as we had high expectations! The starter and dessert were ok. Also, we were surprised that the waitress never asked us whether we liked our mains and generally seemed disinterested. We are sure this was a one off as we had a different experience the first time but it might be helpful feedback to share.

Our favourite Italian restaurant in London! Unpretentious, high quality home cooking and authentically Sardinian. Always warm and friendly service and a great atmosphere in this cosy local restaurant. We come at least once a month for a treat (I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now) and are never disappointed. Highly recommend. Try the Fregola if you’ve never had it before!

We went for Sunday lunch and it was fantastic. We had a table for 6 and a baby in a buggy and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating and efficient. The food was superb - they have a special menu from Lombardy at the moment and we enjoyed ordering from that and the a la carte. We all had cocktails, three courses, dessert wine, coffee and pently of wine and the bill came to £60/head including service which we thought was good. A real gem in Leytonstone and we will certainly return.

Excellent restaurant, that’s out of the ordinary. Lots of Sardinian dishes that would be hard to find elsewhere. We went at lunchtime so it wasn’t busy. The service was great and, as well as the regular menu, there were some specials. I had pigs cheek, which I’ve rarely seen on the menu anywhere else. It was exceptional. Great wine list as well and excellent coffee. It’s marvellous that a restaurant as exceptional as this is in Leytonstone.

Really its 2.5 but I'll be generous as the wine was ok, but £8 for 175ml glass it needs to be good. The service is good, but the food was bland, looked good but really didn't hit the taste buds as it should have. Rather disappointing after reading the other reviews.

Look it's not cheap. The food is Sardinian. Very well made. Great service. Good coffee and the coffee cheese cake is superb. If you are looking for treat and have the money, it's a lovely place to dine.

This is a little gem of a place. Best of all, it's within a 10/15 minute walk of my house. This is my favourite Italian in the area by a country mile. The burrato with tomatoes and basil starter was pretty nice but the baked aubergine starter was delicious. I'd go back there again just to have some more of it. Naturally, they make their own pasta. I had one of the pasta specials which was simply a tasty bacon, tomatoes and onion. My other half has a wheat intolerance so was delighted to hear that they had some gluten free options (spaghetti, some other type which is similar to macaroni and a spiral type) so had the wild boar ragu. I'm going to say that it didn't look that appetising but it had a rich and comforting flavour. I'm afraid that I didn't have desert on this occasion but they do offer the awesome gelato from the gelateria in the East Village so maybe next time. There is a separate white truffle menu that I might check out next time that I'm feeling a little bit flush. The prices are high (£22-40) for the area but then again white truffle is more expensive than gold these days so I may wait for a special occasion! Service was quick and the waitress was friendly and courteous. If Google let me score in halves then I'd say this is more have a 4.5 than a 5 star but giving it 4 out of 5 didn't quite do it justice.

Lovely family run Italian restaurant that serves wonderful food and wine with specialties from Sardinia. I would not know where to start on the recommendations. We always choose something different to eat every time we go and always leave extremely satisfied. The service is lovely, the staff is very friendly. I wish them a lot of luck with the new lockdown (Nov 2020): we will definitely try and have a few take away if they set up to do that this time around as well.

Tonight we treated ourselves to a take away from Mora, the 🇮🇹 restaurant In Harrow Green and it was outrageously good. We had delicious home made pasta followed by veal with pistachio and 🍋 and red mullet and prawn Stew with homemade 🍞 . Not forgetting the tirimusu for dessert 🍫 . If you fancy a treat night, a date night ♥ and a little indulgence in tough times I could not recommend supporting this talented and ambitious local family more 🍴🤗

Have read many great reviews on our local FB food group and for my birthday decided to go with a small group of friends. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food was really really good. I had the crab ravioli from the specials menu and it was delicious and all my friends loved their food too. They were also very accommodating for my vegan friend who had risotto with black truffles and roast veg as a starter. Will definitely come back and can’t recommend highly enough.

Went for dinner as a table of four, we had starters, mains and desserts. The food is some of the best I’ve had in a while - homemade pasta in all the forms, smoked tuna carpaccio and the fish in general was outstanding. The menu is traditional Sardinian yet creative, with daily specials and a self contained all-truffle menu. The wine list is consistent with the menu, all natural and organic, we tried the house white and it was perfectly tasty. Such a gem!

I've been three times now and Mora has never been anything less than stellar. It's small, relaxed, has an excellent menu and specials, not to mention cocktails and wine menu. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the area. Prices are very reasonable.

We have been to Mora a few times as we live close by and each time are blown away by the experience. The service and food are both perfect. The pasta is super tasty and the wine selection is varied and helpfully detailed. We never have any complaints when we go to Mora! Also, note that the bill doesn't include service so please take that into account when paying because the staff definitely deserve a tip. I'll be back before long!

I had lunch in an awful place today so I felt the need to leave a review to this wonderful restaurant, which is probably my favourite in London. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. I find they use very good quality ingredients and the menu is always very interesting. I look forward to going back to Mora very soon. It is an hidden gem and although the high street is not beautiful, a trip to Mora is always worth it. Both staff and owners should be proud of their work

The place is nice the staff is very polite and attentive. The food is very good and authentic with regional dishes from Sardinia and regional wines. As Italian I didn't like you have to pay for bread which in Italian culture is offered free included in what is usually called coperto (£2 per person). Maybe the prices are a bit above average in the area but the experience and the food are excellent.
