The food was amazing! Really high quality Italian restaurant and very good value for money. My husband and I love Italian food and we have tried all of the Italian restaurants in the area and this one is definitely the best one. Stefano, the chef and owner, was very kind and came to have a chat to our table. Strongly recommend this place!

My fiancée and I ventured into PerBacco for a Friday night dinner, and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted by the host/waitress and once sat, the chef emerged immediately after to introduce himself. He guided us on the wine and shared context behind the dishes, many of which were native to his northern Italian home. Everything was prepared by him, tasted delicious and the homemade pasta was incredibly fresh (we each had the 3 course special which was solid value for money). Wonderful experience and chef, and we will be back.

The best Italian in London! They are so friendly and the food is just another level. The chef came to say hello when we finished our food and offered us limoncello as a treat from the restaurant… everything was fantastic and I cannot recommend enough. Top quality food and amazing service. That’s our new favourite place!

The best Italian place in London!!
Parmigiana as a starter set a very high bar, and everything that followed was really delicious as well.
Very friendly staff as well, definitely deserves a visit.
Slightly expensive for an Italian but definitely value for money considering the quality.
B. D.
I would recommend you stop here for some delicious Italian food. Great quality for a good price. Staff is friendly as well 👍

This is a welcoming and modern Italian restaurant, great and simple menu, high quality. Would have been a 5 star but we had to wait a bit too much to be served, seems it was short of personnel just that night. Very recommended anyway.

Incredible food, can't recommend enough. The staff are wonderful and attentive to your every need. Proper, homemade, Italian food - delicious. Can't wait to return.
E. M.
Outstanding quality and great value!
The food and wine list are excellent (the best pasta I’ve had in a restaurant), the staff (and owner) are lovely, and all in all for the quality the price is great. Strong recommendation!

Amazing food and service. A hidden gem. Will be back asap and dog friendly. Pasta was off the planet brilliant.
A. P.
Amazing delicious italian food! We' ve been to Italy a lot and had the best food ever. This restaurant's incredible dishes felt like we were in Italy instead of London. Loved it! Especially the pumpkin ravioli and the salmon! Yummy!!!!
A. M.
The best Italian food I have eaten outside of Italy, with the true Italian family restaurant feel. You’ll love it.
N. T.
Had this place on my list for quite some time and happy i finally made it! The food and flavour combination is outstanding! Cant wait to go back for more. Thank you!

Lovely restaurant, unfortunately it's always quite, great homemade pasta dishes, it's a little expensive but a bit different from the run of the mill.

Delicious, authentic food. Fantastic, friendly service, lovely atmosphere, will definitely be back!

It's the second time we've been to PerBacco and both times we've been made to feel very welcome, and have left very impressed with the food and the personal touch instilled by the owner and head chef Stefano who made time to come out and chat.
The food is quite simply, delicious. Beautiful complimentary flavours brought about with Asian influenced Italian dishes.
Breakfasts and brunch now available too, which we'll definitely be sampling
M. S.
Although the food was well presented and tasty we felt it was too expensive for a local restaurant; one main each and a bottle wine for two was over £40 per person. It was very quiet when we were there on a Wednesday evening so lacking in atmosphere and the service could have been so much better seeing as we were one of only three groups of diners. Shame as the location is great and lots of places haven't worked in this spot.
S. H.
Lovely food, delightful service, it felt like they really appreciated us, and the North-Italian cuisine was served in good portions that didn't overwhelm but also didn't feel measly. The tiny garden out the back is surprisingly pleasant too, a real suntrap.
M. R.
Delightful evening meal - fabulous food and impeccable service! We will be back for the brunch!
F. M.
We went there on a Saturday night. The food was absolutely amazing. And the price even better. Stefano - the owner and the chef - was very nice and spent same time with us. Everyone was wearing a mask, and the place was super clean. Very nice atmosphere with music and candles. It is a shame seeing such an amazing restaurant empty on a Saturday night due to Covid restrictions. I will definitely go back and recommend it! Thank you! PS. I wanted to take pictures to post here, but the food looked too good and I forgot to take them before finishing the meal lol
K. B.
What a gem! It doesn't look much from the outside, but once you are in everything is 5 stars. My whole party went for the set menu option - all great, and very good value for money.
D. C.
Probably the best Italian restaurant in London.
Usually quiet as it’s a new addition to Fulham Road, but the food and service is exceptional.
All items are fresh - including the pasta, which is all made by hand in the restaurant. The menu is updated regularly to reflect the seasonal availability of ingredients. The food is absolutely incredible and always cooked to perfection. Mouthwatering authentic Italian fare.
The wait staff are accommodating and friendly, and the chef Stefano is a culinary genius. He goes out of his way to accommodate special dietary requirements without fuss or complaint.
The wine selection is also high quality yet moderately priced, and sourced to suit the menu.
This restaurant is (for now) a well-kept secret but deserves attention for providing reasonably priced, authentic and delicious food.

Best Italian food we've ever had in London! The staff are really friendly and the service is excellent. The pasta trio is to die for

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast 04/08/19. Lovely food and very friendly service. Surprised to find we were the only ones in there at 9.30 on a Sunday. I had the Full English (which was very nice, contrary to some of the reviews on here) and my wife had the European breakfast, which she said was great too! Will be coming back.
D. P.
We are going there sometimes for brunch and every time it's amazing. The chef looks like such a nice person and he pays close attention to detail. The rest of the staff is welcoming and friendly as well and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Thank you, we just love it :)

We were keen to try this newly-opened restaurant and were not disappointed. The food was unusual and very good, Italian but with a twist (hints of Asian flavours coming through in some dishes - the chef had spent some time in Singapore). The staff could not have been nicer and we appreciated the chef coming out to talk to us a couple of times. The decor was appreciated too (modern but warm ambiance with an attractive brick wall to one side) and we liked the fact that the tables were not too close together.
M. M.
We like to eat early so having booked for 5.45 for dinner, it was no surprise that we were the first there.
As we hadn't dined there before and I wanted to try wine by the glass, I asked if I might have a droplet of two of the rose wines I liked the sound of to see which one I would have.
At £9 a glass this seemed reasonable but apparently not.
After what seemed like 10 mins I was told this was not allowed!
So I ordered a glass of wine which turned out to be the tiniest size ever! I was then 'allowed' to order the other wine, again at £9 a pop which again was tiny! I decided that for this reason that 2 glasses were plenty.
Whilst we waited for food we were given three small squares of bread and some olive oil.
Without a doubt the food is tasty, however portions are not on the large size and as mentioned the size of the wine by the glass is ridiculously small.
For the food alone, might have been tempted to go back, however when the bill for 2 people came in at £164 including £18 service, we decided this was very overpriced.
Shame, as good local restaurants are at a premium. When we left it was as empty as when we arrived!

The best Italian Restaurant in Fulham Rd. Possibly the best in London. The flavors the attention to detail and the very high standard of food will have you coming back again and again. Im not one to write reviews but feel i needed to share this experience.

Fantastic! Just re-opened after lock-down, and still as good as ever. Hard to beat, great food, great service and great ambience. Even the chef came out to say hello. 5 stars
H. C.
We had a lovely brunch here this Sunday, the food was absolutely beautiful, made such a nice change to the other brunch places in the area. We were made to feel incredibly welcome, the chef even went out of his way to provide food to our friends dietary requirements. The restaurant has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough and will definetly be back to try the evening menu!
J. B.
Stefano and his little restaurant are just lovely and delicious. Home made Italian food at highest quality. Delicious breakfast. Daily specials. One of my favourites!!
M. D.
The food, especially all the pasta we've eaten, has been consistently exceptional. This, combined with the warmest of welcomes and a wine list brimming with hidden gems, makes us very eager to return soon. Today was our second visit, but we'll definitely be back.
D. T.
Outstanding food, great wine list and really worth the visit. I was a bit hesitant to try at first because from the outside the decor is a little cold and spacious (something easily fixed), but once the food hit the table I was suitably impressed.
I had the pumpkin ravioli (with this unusual burnt pine nut twist which was amazing), and the arancini balls to start with gorgonzola and walnut. They also serve their bread with truffle butter which is a nice touch!
My only criticism is that the place needs to add more character, to create a more cosy atmosphere...but if it's great food you want, definitely give it a try.
M. S.
Chef Stefano Arrigoni has changed the way I taste Italian food ♥️♥️♥️... The food is incredible and memorable. Life will be hard without his homemade pasta. I am also amazed that he did everything in the kitchen by himself. It is truly a handmade cooking

My family dined at PerBacco! On New Year’s Eve. We had a selection of starters, three pastas and the chicken and Wagyu beef. We didn’t particularly enjoy the food or the ambience. We were seated at the far end next to the bar area in a narrow corridor leading up to the toilets. We booked late so not surprised the good seats were taken but that corridor really is such a stark contrast to the rest of the restaurant that it shouldn’t really be used to seat patrons.
The dishes themselves probably reflect the cuisine from the North of Italy so they are probably faithfully represented but the result is very rich and creamy sauces and a highly meat heavy affair without the types of flavours we love about Italian food. The Beef Carpaccio starter liberally smothered in a mildly spiced Mayonnaise was odd as was the Wagyu Beef that my wife ordered, which was largely just a slab of fat, save for one piece with some eatable meat. The waiter, upon being queried why a £27 beef dish should have so much pure fat and not any meaningful portions of meat, told us that that the chef told him that is how Wagyu beef is. We didn’t bother to correct him that (a) my wife is Japanese and (b) we used to live in Japan so that was just untrue. One of the pastas we ordered to share as a starter (a buckwheat pasta with cheese) came out lukewarm and was so cheesy that we couldn’t finish it even as a shared starter. Our kids had two pastas for their mains - the ravioli from the truffle specials menu and the potato gnocchi. Both were okay, albeit again extremely rich, and uninspiring in terms of flavour. Some of the attention to presentation was lacking as well. The beef came with a few raw salad leaves just chucked on to the plate - as if straight from a pre packed salad - and had a bowl with boiled potatoes dressed in yet more sauce resembling a mayonnaise. The wines are overpriced - 125ml (not 175ml) glass options starting at £11 with the cheaper wines only available by the bottle. So, if you plan not on ordering a bottle, be prepared to pay £25 (including service) for two small glasses.
I don’t want to come across as overly critical but the other reviews which almost universally rate the restaurant as the best Italian in London or indeed outside Italy seem so suspect and wildly off the mark, that I felt compelled to post a review. Some reviews seem suspiciously similar with reviewers waxing eloquent about the freshly made pasta (as if that’s unheard of in other Italian restaurants) or the chef (who people seem to know by name just within one visit and rave about him) or the promises to want to visit again. They may all be true but here is an attempt to provide a bit of balance and perspective that at least one group of patrons didn’t walk out of it satisfied in any way with the food or the presentation.
The beers are a nice touch with a selection that is different to the standard Peroni fare that many Italian restaurants insist on having.
P. C.
My new favourite local Italian beats the others in the area by a long way. Changes to menu regularly you can feel and taste the attention to detail. Very friendly staff and Stefano owner chef is often out chatting to guests.
S. W.
Fantastic pasta dishes - hard to find something like this outside Italy.
J. P.
Superb Italian with a difference. We had lunch at this new neighbourhood restaurant in Fulham. The experience was superb - friendly and professional service, great food and drink. The chef is the essence of conviviality and spent some time at our table speaking enthusiastically about the food he was preparing. We tried a number of dishes including squid cooked with n'duja - southern Italian influence - perfectly prepared squid with a rich and spicy sauce, the "Korean style chicken" ( the chef spent many years in Asia and this dish was divine). For the mains we tried the Black Cod, the braised pork (Iberico) and the Angolotti of braised short rib - the agnolotti was classic north Italian flavours and perfect for warming the soul on a cold November day. The deserts we tried were all delicious including the cheesecake that was light in texture and rich in flavour. Hats off to Stefano and his team.

Lovely addition to Fulham road restaurants. The menu is really well balanced, fresh and we'll presented. Pork belly is amazing , try cod for main. Staff is super attentive and knowledgeable.

good restaurant , welcome staff and good food, maybe they use too much cream in my pasta. loved our starters and desserts. worth to visit

Visited this place for lunch today, 6th January 2018 at 3pm.
I am giving this restaurant 5 stars due to fantastic food. Everything was fresh, delicious and had a very unique approach.
The food we had and it’s rating in my opinion:
Starters
Steamed bun: 4.5/5
Spicy Korean chicken: 5/5
Braised Squid: 5/5
Main:
Black Cod: 5/5
Lasagna: 5/5
The black cod was delicious. The succulent taste reminded me of Zuma or Nobu but it was presented very differently.
The lasagna was truly delicious. You can tell it was home made.
The desert: chocolate moose was really nice!
Now, things to improve:
The service initially was quite slow. We waited for 7-10 min for wine to arrive with some bread. Food came quick afterwards though.
My wife doesn’t eat spicy food so I had to eat her squid. This should either have been written on the menu or put a sign to show that the dish is spicy. I like all sorts of cuisines but even I found it slightly spicy.
The bathroom door is hard to lock.
Overall, would definitely come back

(Translated) The restaurant is very good, I have two observations and advice: in the "Tartucarbonara", from Romans, we recommend the diced bacon rather than slices and to use it either smoked or adding pecorino, as it was not very tasty; while in pasta with wild boar ragout, if possible, have less seasoning! Anyway all good, a note of merit to the waiter, we believe his name is Stefano, very professional and discreet!

(Translated) You have to search for a really good kitchen to find something comparable. The only but would be only the lighting of the restaurant, beautiful design filament bulbs that would certainly suffice, are unfortunately flooded by the much too bright ceiling lighting and unfortunately do not look cozy. Something should be changed urgently. However, the kitchen alone deserves the 5 stars.
