Reviews of Pizza Hut
D. P.
As always they have their unique taste and style. Overall not bad, good place enjoy pizza.
B. W.
Food was nice we finished all of it and the staff were friendly.
Only issue was that all of the drinks glasses had marks on, we asked for different ones and the gentleman was happy to do so however it seemed all of them had some marks on. Just need a quick wipe after coming out the wash.
Although the food was spot on which is the main thing

I've have had a few bad experiences of Pizza Hut in my life but this experience was fantastic. The salad bar is one of the best things about Pizza Hut in general but on this occasion our waiter was the best thing about the visit. The customer service went beyond the level of just being polite and bringing our food on time. This waiter went out of his way to assist my nephew with everything that he needed.
The kids menu is a huge drawing point to this restaurant but knowing that they are Autism friendly is another selling point.
Really enjoyed my experience and it helped to set the bar for the night!

We had a wonderful dinner with great service. My lovely wife is coeliac and their optional gf base means we can share a meal, rather than she has to have just the salad. Sadly their coffee machine was out and they didn't have a kettle, but they did give us a free drink to compensate.
C. S.
The food was good, very busy service and the staff stretched, to say the least. The duty manager (Bald Guy) walked around not helping out, only barking orders to his staff, his tone and manner is nothing short of terrible and sets a bad example as they what a manager should be.
A motorised wheelchair tried to sit at a table but instead of helping them out he made the whole experience awkward and in the end, they both left. This won't get fed back to Pizza Hut because they will take their business elsewhere but if you have a wheelchair I would avoid this particular restaurant as they clearly don't cater for them.
Wait time around midday is about an hour, take that in mind too.

Good ambience but a deadly cold draft every time the door opened. May be something to think of Pizza Hut?
The toilet is 2 floors down, unless pizza hut confirm there are others, I worry for the physically challenged.
A. P.
Went for the buffet and it was very lovely food, good range of pizzas, and very polite staff but it took over 15 minutes to receive our glasses for our drinks, which we only got because we went up and asked for them. I could understand if it was busy but we were only one of 6 or 7 tables. There were 3 or 4 staff members on too and when we went up to get the food there were a few dirty tables that had not been cleaned, with half eaten bits of food on which was very off putting and it still wasn't cleaned when we went up a second time around 35 minutes after being seated. Overall not a bad experience and fully recommend for food, but cleanliness and speed of service isn't very high on the priorities.
B.
We visited early tea time on a Sunday and even then it was busy. However, staff were very good and food arrived in good time and was great. Toliets are several flights down stairs, but there is a disabled toilet on the restaurant level.
A. S.
The Hut always has the best bases, love their classic and stuffed crust bases. However they have stopped one of my favourite toppings, the Anchovy topping is no more what a shame! Apart from this minor issue the pizza, as always is the best at the Hut and wine was excellent quality and value. Please, please put the humble Anchovy back on the menu.
R. I.
When I called in to pick up a pizza I had come with a salad in mind (my wife was feeling unwell and didn't want to leave the hotel to come out for food). Chandok (excuse my spelling if it's incorrect) was so helpful. Also whilst I was waiting for my pizza 3 drunk lads turned up asking if they could come in for drinks, the diners looked worried (they were very roudy) however the manager dealt with them professionally and calmly and eventually moved them on. A real credit to the store. Oh and the pizza was amazing! Next time we're in the area well be calling in for a pizza again!
W. M.
Food was really nice however it a very unpersonalised system now with very little interaction with staff. Ordering on my phone. How can you tip when all they do is bring you your food.
S. H.
It was a great! We went 2 times in the 4 days we were in London because it was just that good! The Pizza hut's from Belgium can learn a lot of the menu and the way the pizza hut in London makes the pizzas! It was more delicious! The first time they forgot our starters and brought it when our pizza was almost eaten.. + They brought also something that we didn't order. We told the lady this and it was no problem, we didn't have to pay for the wrong thing.
The second time we went everything went good! The only thing that they could improve in are the benches. When we were sitting down it sounded like it was broken and made it very uncomfortable. Maybe glue it down or put some nails in it so the benches aren't falling apart.
But overall it was a good experience because the food was awesome! + the cocktails to ;)

Great place to have a meal with the family after a day of sightseeing or visiting London. That’s what we did anyway!
Lovely, helpful staff, willing to assist with anything we needed.
We were there in time for the buffet so all had that and it was delicious, filled us up perfectly and tasted amazing. Hot food, great variety too. Salad bar was perfect.
Ice cream machine wasn’t working for my son and in the end he had 2 bowls of ice cream as 2 members of staff ended up helping with it and got ice cream at the same time!!!
Toilets were clean and tidy too. Floors were a little wet which wasn’t too great but that happens easily and can’t be controlled unless you’re in there 24/7 often, but that was the only downfall.
Highly recommended. Thank you everyone.
R. H.
Good meal... toilets in centre of the earth though ;)
A. G.
Covid says no to fresh ground black pepper and chilli flakes on the table...but ketchup is OK? Tiny beers selection. Food was good.
R. L.
The pizzas really were surprisingly good - but the salad bar was very tired, and although it wasn't full it felt very understaffed, they were doing their best though
D. B.
Turned up just as the buffet was near to ending but our server Roy(?) made sure three more fresh pizzas were cooked for us. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly 🙌
Also SameerK, again helpful and friendly.
Haven't been to a Pizza Hut restaurant for a very long time so it was a great experience all round!
B. &. G. B.
Thankfully we booked a table online and were seated within a few minutes. The manager who greeted us did not wear a mask or gloves as he gave the main orders. Once seated we waited 15 minutes as the Manager and 1 assistant tried to do all duties. Sadly this meant the tables were not cleared and cleaned properly. When we asked if we could order, we were told "Oh aren't you ordering online" we weren't. This is my favourite pizza hut but we were very let don't on 11 Oct, 5.30.
I. D.
"The HUT is made for sharing" That's true.. The salat bar and the drinks not just bottomless, they are really good too. The pizzas are made American style. Tasty and fully loaded. The service was a little bit slow but I want to return.
K. R.
It was OK average meal but nowhere near as nice as pizza express....not keen on all this ordering on your app prefer interaction with staff to be honest. Bit drab and dreary in there
K. W.
Had the buffet and it wasn't too busy but the staff just couldn't keep up with the demand as the pans lay empty quite a bit. But end of the day its cheap and cheerful what do you really expect?
Venue was clean and still using paper menus for covid safety. Was a satisfactory visit but the staff could have a little more care.
W. S. H.
This was a different and yet familiar experience at Pizza Hut. Same the good food, if a bit pricier than before. Method of ordering-and- payment has altered. Now no interaction with a waiter when ordering: instead use a QR code or website to place your order. Which means: you pay in advance. Normally you pay after the meal. Your pay a tip in advance if you somehow want to pay one, before you are given food or provided service! How can you decide (truelly decide) what level of tip to pay before you get service!
You in fact are given less service. No waiter comes to take your order. No interaction, you don't get to discuss...
All this lack of talking is sacrificed for convenience for Pizza Hut... just order and then away. Now paying in advance feels like a take-away or some cheap restaurant or a pub.
As can be seen I'm not a fan of paying in advance if eating, and especially paying/giving a tip before the food is consumed or service given. Who knows the service could be poor and not derving of a tip! Or really good and feel more should be paid.
Fortunately, mild rudeness which seems to be increasing in the restaurant industry has not been part of this Pizza Hut yet. Where the waiter asks for a tip...despite a 10 to 12% service charge on the bill. So where is the extra 10-12% going to?
L. R.
Great staff but salad as always is so disappointing. We may have been the last customers but doesn't mean the only salad selection should be wilted lettuce leaves
K. E.
Lovely service didn't wait long for the meal to come. We were told it was going to be 40 mins until we got a table but they managed to get us seated within 15. Would definitely go back again if I visited London again
M. S.
Mixed feelings on recent visit; we got sat quickly (which given it was Friday pre-theatre was great!) Half and half pizza was significantly less one half than the other and the salad bar needed a lot more attention (however it was kept tidy and it was peak time and had been stocked up during our visit.) The ice machine didn’t seem to be working with an ice bucket and tongs placed nearby as an alternative - which was great but just too many hands in and out.
C. S.
Actually amazing, unlimited salad bar as well as nachos and salsa. Everything was very clean and hygienic and helpful staff. Pizza delicious of course.

H. C.
Love the menu. Would prefer to be able to order to staff member rather than app
N. M.
Clean, pleasant staff ,tasty pizza and salads variety.
E. L.
Good quick service. Much easier to order using the QR code. Food was to a good standard.
Y. T.
We went there as a family on a very busy weekend, the staff was very fast and the pizza came in time, awesome...
P. D.
Visited pre theatre trip, staff member was very nice but on this occasion our pizza must have sat and had lost a bit of heat. Offered to correct but never had time. Would go again
C. F.
The pizza and service was lovely, however for me the salad bar was always my favourite, the coleslaw, potatoe salad was a really cheap brand
M.
A cery cosy restaurant with loads og seating areas. Very good food, but was a bit pricy though.
S. K.
Lunch buffet is good if you fancy a variety of food, but the offering is exact same everyday. An overall ok experience.
J. C.
Placement was perfect and restaurant very clean.
The staff was great and very kind.
I would return without hesitation
My pizza had great taste!
Thanks to them.
R. J.
This is such a great Pizza Hut to go to I mean it has a great atmosphere and the staff are always very friendly and kind and it also very knowledgeable about the area so it is benefit to go there even if you go there with a group of friends or family because they can tell you where to take them which is an added bonus.
H. C.
Love the menu. Would prefer to be able to order to staff member rather than app
O. O.
Great customer service, enjoyed my meal and the staff were excellent and polite
C. C.
Classic pizza hut. Always a good time with some amazing deals. The staff were really friendly, the prices were very fair and the variety was great. There are some great deals available and each come with unlimited top ups from the salad bar. I would recommend for those who are after a great deal!!!!
M. B.
We were seated downstairs and the service was enthusiastic and fast. Food was good, warm and plentiful.

Pizza was OK salad was mouldy, don't accept cash but don't tell you until you're presented with the bill.
A. F. S.
Eating at pizza hut requires a special mindset as it's going to be a different kind of pizza. It's an American style one and it has to be enjoyed the way it is. The stuffed crust is simply amazing and you are allowed to do things that in Italy will cause your imprisonment like adding ketchup and BBQ sauce. Unlimited salad buffet and unlimited soft drinks good service.
E. L.
Good quick service. Much easier to order using the QR code. Food was to a good standard.

Clean, pleasant staff ,tasty pizza and salads variety.

Great restaurant! The food it’s delicious, specially the pizza 🍕, fast service, nice staff, fresh food, and the space it’s so well decorated, highly recommended!!!

Just love Pizza Hut since childhood...was very easy booking a table at the Strand and once there seated very quickly...waiter was very friendly and accommodating for our party of 11 including children. However Pizza Hut in general are always running out of things...not just the Strand but other sites too...croutons was yesterday, the supplier let them down...and another site was garlic bread! Croutons are the one thing in the salad bar we all love! Also chilli flakes and chilli sauce need to be brought back...its been there since the 80's as well as parmesan and salt and pepper...these are basics!! That's the only reason its a 4! The team at the Strand were however great, even when super busy, with queues outside the door (this was shocking)!
j. P.
Went to pizza hut yesterday night. Staff were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way. Food arrived promptly. Thank you for the service after a long tiresome day! It was our last meal before departure!
B. L.
We enjoyed their vegan stuffed crust pizza with 'pepperphony'...it was amazing!
s. y.
Great food good price, salad very fresh and food cooked to order. Perfecto!!!
M. W.
Food was ok for a pizza hut, did ask for a deep pan but got a thin base instead, too hungry to send back and wait for a replacement
D. W.
It's a Pizza Hut, you know what you are getting. However staff were very friendly & attentive.
P. H.
Very helpful/friendly staff. Great place to take kids.
F. P.
Went to the place today, we could order using the website which I did, I accidentally ordered a meat pizza even though I wanted vegetarian, I let them know and they changed the pizza straight away. They let me keep the other pizza which I gave to someone homeless on the street. Excellent experience, made my day.
K. L.
Very nice staff, great customer service, more veggie options than l expected. Free nachos and free mixed salad, no service charge. Very good value for money. Will definitely come back. Best pizza hut restaurant in central London. Lovely the seating arrangements post vivid. I highly recommend. PS: cashless restaurant (which l personally prefer), plugs by tables of two and free wifi!! What more can one want???
J. H.
Nice pizza in a comfortable restaurant, shame about the none table service. The web ordering experience isn't as good.
S. H.
First thing I have to say is the staff are great, nice welcome, very friendly and helpful and good service. The place was clean and everyone was well spaced out so we felt safe. You have to order your meal and pay via and a website on your phone. The website is NOT user friendly and it crashed on me when I was about to pay. I would prefer the staff to take my order or use their Pizza Hut app I use for takeaways.
As for the food if was quick and tasty like all Pizza Huts. The drinks were not free refills and that's a shame. If Nandos can do free refills why can't Pizza Hut ?
Also we found it very expensive. The pizza I normally get is a large Pan pizza and if I do takeaway I pay around £12 the same pizza to eat in was just under £22. Right now the VAT has been stopped so not sure why there is a £10 mark up on the prices. I expect to pay more to eat in of course but not so much. Drinks where around £3.50 for 1 soft drink no refills and even a water was almost £3.
I do enjoy Pizza Hut but I couldn't collect my Pizza Hut rewards there and I had to pay a lot more, I think I will have to enjoy my Pizza Hut at home from now on where I can have free refills and save a lot of money and of course stay safe. Sorry to be so negative about the price but we were shocked.
But the staff, service and taste was good.
C. P.
Food was great, place was clean and staff friendly. Didn't really like the order yourself part and contact from staff was VERY minimum, which is kind of understandable but the order process requires you to enter a tip at the very beginning!
A. M. K. M.
Friendly staff. Tried the kids menu. Everything was fresh.
T. S.
Cold, toilets a mile away and out of order, no sign. Food OK, busy, quite untidy, not much more to say.
T. M.
Great pizza, great salad bar, great time with my family..
A. I.
The best pizza I've ever ate.
I love the fact you cand customise your pizza the way you want it.
S. P.
Brilliant service! Came at 7:30 Wednesday, staff were absolutely amazing, food came very quick and was very good.... Thank you
C. W.
Fast! Got to me in less than 15 mins from order
E. B.
Very different process to past experiences with an expectation of no contact and a somewhat terse staff member. Fortunately her colleague was way more helpful and pleasant. Our meal was just a stopgap but a welcome one and tasty but if I'd wanted to order online without any help, use paper menus, grab cutlery in advance of anything, I could probably have done it at home. Grateful for the more considerate colleague without whom, I would likely have left after being directed to the table. Not an experience I'd want to repeat.
J. M.
Lovely pizza. Very good staff.
B. F.
Touristy and basic, but delicious. The free salad bar with a meal is a nice touch and includes ranch dressing!
A. F.
Lovely and peaceful Pizza Hut. Can never go wrong. Fab restaurant
D. D.
Its oakish... chicken wings are just a few........ Pizza is ok. But to bad for 24.
K. B.
We arrived on the off-chance having left our original choice of dinner venue and were greeted promptly and shown to our socially-distanced table.
Ordering is by the app and seemed to work very well for many people; we found it incredibly slow and frustrating and eventually resorted to asking for help, which was immediately forthcoming.
Food was good and plentiful, and there was service with a smile. Add to this a hefty discount, courtesy of the government's "dine out to help out" scheme, and an enjoyable evening was had by all...
K.
Ordered a takeout from Pozza Hut, restaurant was clean and tidy and had good social distancing and cleaning. Food was ready quickly and of an excellent standard, staff were friendly and helpful.
V. K.
Great pizza, fantastic staff 😎- see you soon
R. P.
Very very busy, it's best to pre book other wise you'll be waiting for a while..but worth it.
M. D.
Lovely food and service will
Be back again!
M. L.
The staff here are always great fun and I've never had any issues with my orders.
Anti Corona Virus Measures are fantastic as they ask customers to use hand sanitizer upon entry and wear a mask when traveling throughout the restaurant.
No complaints about the food, I'd highly recommend the BBQ Americano & the Cheesy Garlic Bread 😋👌
G. D.
Not been to pizza hut for years, as i remember but no salad bar with current restrictions. Enjoyed and won't leave it so long next time.
S.
Quality of Pizza Hut has gone down. Ordered via uber eats and food arrived cold and found hair in my wings!. So many nicer pizza places in london, avoid if you can
T. M.
Always a good meal, garlic cheesy bread is still the best. 👍
F.
Good range of options including gluten free and vegan (and a kids menu too), a variety of table sizes and the food was usual for Pizza Hut - nothing too fancy but reliably yummy. Refillable drinks too, yay!
The service was a bit slow, probably due to the central location as it was pretty busy, so not the best option if you have a limited time available, but otherwise good. Servers were helpful and friendly, and the place was clean.
C. W.
Still doing the ordering from a qi code link , but was fine
J. L.
Awesome service, great vicinity...good options for food and drinks..
M. C.
This was really good.
My son doesn't like the tomato sauce on pizza and they made him one without - no questions.
The salad bar was great. The waiter was really good.
The toilets were downstairs and were clean.
Would highly recommend.
c. m.
Very busy restaurant but didn't have wait to long to be seated. Very pleasant staff, so nice to costumers. Had an Hawaiian pizza, thin base, all u can eat salad and unlimited drink...It was ok but I have had nicer... in Ireland and Poland. Salad ok but not to my liking, was expecting it to be taster.
A. C.
Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional. The buffet was well stocked up with a wide range of pizza, salad etc. The tables and the surrounding area were cleaned regularly to ensure the good standard was maintained.
I ordered a bottomless drink and the server offered to refill my drink, and also take my plate round with me as I have mobility problems. I kindly accepted the refills but managed the buffet on my own with help always nearby..I observed a group of foreign students use the facilities and the server was patient until they were settled and took time to explain what was on offer, took their orders and had to readjust the order several times. The server offered to provide more assistance if they needed anything or need further help.
C. N.
Very nyce. I was eating what you can eat from buffet only with 8,49 pounds.
P. C.
Great service and good food. Nice and quite.
R. Y.
The pizza is great. Highly recommend ordering your own and not being fooled by the buffet unless you're either happy to wait for the type of pizza you want, or you're really skint.
They serve Pepsi instead of Coke which isn't ok.
The salad bar is depressing af. Lettuce was browning on the edges and everything was incredibly dried out. Avoid.
Service was warm and friendly and the prices were good for central London. If all you want is a fresh, hot, deep pan pizza, then this is fine.
M. P.
Enjoyed our lunch here. Our group got the food quickly and there were no complaints. (Personally very happy about recent vegan cheese option as the salad bar is a bit lacking with many cream based sauces.)
Kid friendly place, in case families want to go. Staff was very nice, interior is lovely and washrooms are very clean.
H.
We came here for a lunch buffet. Before we got seated, we asked the host to clean the seats because there were dirt and crumbs. He didn't know how to wipe. He did some light taps with his rag. Anyway, we sat down and started to eat. Their sald bar is pretty decent. My husband asked for a pepperoni pizza because there was none left on the buffet table. We waited for a while then the waiter served us the pepperoni first before putting them in the buffet table. The choices of pizza were good and made us full.
T. R.
The lunchtime pizza buffet is good value and well stocked. Service is efficient. The toilets are down two flights of steep stairs and have seen better days.
S. M.
Not bad place. But if I knew, I would sit downstairs.
N. D.
Came here for a buffet lunch with the family. The kids were tired after a morning of sightseeing and my 1 year old son fell asleep on one of the booths. We ended up staying for an hour and a half. The restaurant was busy but the staff were very understanding. I was going to wake my son up but one of the waiters came over and told us not to worry and relax. In my experience, there are very few central London locations who would do this. The food was excellent, salad bar well stocked. A very well run restaurant!
V. A.
This place had the friendliest staff of any Pizza Hut I have ever been to (including outside UK!). They were literally like a family and their customer service was excellent. My pizza was great and my server was nice. Only draw back for me was how far away the toilet was downstairs.
V. N.
Enjoyed lunch in this Pizza Hut restaurant. Very nice service and pizza is delicious
Y. Y.
Amazing service and great pizza!
Our pizza was mistakenly delayed, but they immediately offered us another smaller pizza until our pizza arrives. And when it came, it tasted delicious.
They were super kind and friendly. Superb staff!
Will definitely visit again
G. W. R.
Staff were friendly and helpful, good food. Only thing I would say is the toilets are 2 floors down from the main area so if your disabled or have trouble with stairs forget it. Kids had icecream as part of their meals, however toppings and sauces had not been topped up so kids were disappointed with the lack of options for doing their build it yourself pudding.
R. C.
We chose this branch over another nearby one as it had better Google Maps reviews. The place was busy just past lunchtime but we were seated quickly, all the staff were super friendly and the food was mostly served up quickly too, hot and neat. The salad bar was the best I've seen in a Pizza Hut, fully stocked and immaculately clean with fresh looking everything, clean plates and bowls too. We had a menu pizza, free salad each and refill drinks, plenty of food for two and probably even three people to be honest. Nicest experience I've had at one of these for a long time.
Q. N.
we always have bad luck with fast food and restaurants in general with orders being messed up and so on... however we visited Pizza Hut last night and oh my Gosh the service was awesome! We got there about 21:00 not realising it closed at half past (our mistake) and a lovely lady said it would be cheaper and easier for us to have the takeaway as we would of had to scoff down our food within about 10 mins to be out for closing. She went through the best deals with us and even gave us extra coleslaw so that it wasn't thrown away in the restaurant. We had a little bit of a giggle over some things on the menu and she was so so nice. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I want her to be praised for her customer service. Also the manager who brought out our food checked it was all correct and that it was what we wanted and was also very lovely! They weren't grumpy that we came in last minute and were so friendly and welcoming. They really do need to be praised for their efforts! Thanks for the awesome pizza too it was deliciiiiiious!
w. I.
very cosy environment not too many people Probably because of the restrictions of the covid, on a plus side great food and services offered. Can't complain.
A. R.
Good service if you can time the lunch rush not very busy. Great pizzas and decent salad bar. Probably the only place in London a family of four can eat out for under £40
N. F.
Absolutely loved this place, not only because the food was good but the staff makes it a great restaurant. They are very attentive to their customers. Thank you for the great service.
A.
Really nice food with a delicious gluten free alternative (even if it only comes in an 'individual', or small size, like most pizza places do). The only problem is the long time between getting seated and having your order taken; I waited for a good 10-15 minutes before someone arrived.
T. J.
The place could be cleaner. I was badly surprised with small amount of toppings on pizzas.
Our meal wasn't hot as you will expect for pizza. It was rather warm only.
Too many negatives for me to visit again.
On less somber note, nice staff.
N. M.
Very good pizzas and choices altogether. Even nice vegetarian choices. Jackfruit was an option.
P. M.
Popped in there a while ago with a female friend after spending a long time round London.
At 5.30 on a Saturday evening I wasn’t exactly expecting prompt seating nor service. But despite the restaurant heaving I was proved wrong.
Drinks were served promptly, the starter arrived pretty quick after order and the main Super Supreme order came through very quickly. Absolutely PERFECT pizza. , Hot, firm, no skimping on cheese or toppings, not dripping with water either.
And the staff were well presented, polite and efficient.
This would be pretty good during a quiet spell but considering just how rammed they were this service was exceptional.
Well pleased and would recommend.
e. w.
Food was nice enough.
But service was incredibly slow. We had to get attention of staff and ask to order, ask for more napkins and ask for the bill and then even ask for them to come and take the payment. And we did notice everyone else was having to do the same.
Thankfully we were okay with a long dinner, but not great if you are on a time limit.
I. H.
I wanted to visit a Pizza Hut place for about 5 months, since I've discovered that they offer a vegan cheese, today I was able to visit this branch.
Upon entering I felt like when I was a child and Pizza Hut was the biggest thing on earth. The free salad and refeel beverage were great.
The pizza it self was OK. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived and it wasn't a pizza pie like always.
N. L.
Nice place. Quick service. Enjoyed.
D. M.
Good buffet but needs more vegetarian options.

Excellent Pizza Hut in central London location. Food was very good and we didn't have to wait long for it. Only downside for me was toilets where down 3 flights of stairs. There is a disabled toilet on the ground level but if you are not obviously disable and get nervous asking to use disabled bathrooms then there are a lot of steep stairs down. Staff where friendly and food was good. If the bathrooms where more accessible would have given 5*
M. B.
This pizza hut is on point. Amazing tasting. Great customer service. Good offers. Probably one of the best Pizza hut experiences. And no not all Pizza Hits are the same. Thank you made up for a previous eatery failure else where just moments before #avoidleons
J. E.
Good. I liked my pizza. The drinks were ok. Prices acceptable. The service was ok too. Only the buffet looked a bit a mess. Maybe they could put a cleaner to check the toilets as it was full of paper on the floor.
L. W.
Love it here. 10/10
N. F.
Absolutely loved this place, not only because the food was good but the staff makes it a great restaurant. They are very attentive to their customers. Thank you for the great service.
D. E.
Delicious 😋
M. L.
The staff here are always great fun and I've never had any issues with my orders.
Anti Corona Virus Measures are fantastic as they ask customers to use hand …
S.
Ordered and paid on phone. Good service and very clean. Salad bar was closed but you can order from a limited salad menu.
D. C.
Slow service on the night we went
A. B.
Food was OK. Service was OK but we had some issues. Toilets were not good and no handsoap in either. Reported and it got sorted in the gents. No ice in ice machine. The drinks despenser had run out of flavour and again this was reported and I think sorted. The real issue was no organisation. Our waiter was polite and friendly but very rushed and this meant our table wasn't cleared until my wife prompted them as our kids ice cream melted while they waited for spoons as there were no spoons at the machine and we had to ask twice. It was sunny and as we paid we were told there was a blind that could have been lowered... The kids were all a bit ratty with the heat by then.
I have been to other pizza huts before and they have been great but this one was not up to their normal standards.

We enjoyed the free salads here in addition to the pizzas
D. H.
Great pizza & free salad. 😋
L. K.
Pizza Hut in London opposite the Adelphi theatre was well placed for an evening meal before a show. Very busy and extremely popular. Friendly staff. Fresh salad bar (eat as much as you like with a main)...the Chicken wing starter was delicious!! And as always...Pizza is of a high standard!!
M. S.
Perfect for take away. In the weekend long waiting time for a table.
Pizzas are delicious, but make sure to check them before taking them home. They tend to forget small details, for example a dip.
L. M.
We we're for a birthday party, we did not received before. However a member of their team found a table for us. We took the offer of paying 14£ to eat everything we want. We definitely had more than you can imagine. All the members where very polite and helpful.
K. Y.
Have not been to Pizza Hut for a very long time. It does not appear much has changed. Tried the buffet style from their meal deal, salad, pizzas, pasta and ice cream. Pizza can be a bit dried if left out too long. They are quick on the refills...
L. M.
I do love pizza hut.
I have given this 4 stars rather than 5 because sometimes the only seats available near the doors & during the winter it can be quite cold when people are coming & going.
The toilets are also right on the ground floor which is quite a few steps which can be a little annoying with a toddler or for people who cannot do stairs very well.
Other than that, I enjoy eating there & the food is always nice
E. L.
Very clean and tasty food
A. N.
This, in my ever-so-humble opinion, is the best Pizza Hut in central London. While it's fairly noisy, the food is good (if you are into pan pizzas and the like, of course) and the service quick and efficient.
E. Z.
Fine at handling covid, with social distancing, ordering and paying on phone as well as cleaning the booths and tables thoroughly after people had their food. However, the staff wasn't wearing any masks or face covering.
V. J.
The all-you-can-eat menu is not a bad choice to hangout with friends and eat (kind of) a lot. Even if the main attraction are pizzas, have in mind that they have close to none toppings, so you'll be eating basically dough. The salad bar, however, is quite nice! It is included so combine both to get a nice deal.
E. A.
i like to eat at pizza hut really, this is on a lovely location, the only thing i am concerned with is the attention of staff, staff is not very attentive and you will have to seek for them for help. but yes when you found them they go extra miles to help you. the manager at this restaurant was VERY helpful when i asked for a take away ice cream. Thanks overall.
A. L.
Passing by we decided to pop in for the lunch time buffet deal. The selection of pizzas on offer was good and the salad bar seemed fresh. Our server was friendly and on course for a healthy tip.
When it came to the bill our experience soured. My partner had not had a soft drink just water so I asked for that to be removed from the bill, our previously friendly attendants demeanour hardened and she protested she would have to get the manager , with an air of this will take some time. Being eager to leave we told her to forget the removal and we would just split the bill, part card part cash. Her response was not appropriate suggesting that we just put it on one card and sort it out between us later.
It's a shame because before the bill issues we were surprised by the professionalism of the staff, only for this experience to undo that.
M. H.
Very good, fresh tasty food and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful.
A. M.
Didn't expect to have pizza like in Chinese buffet, where you pay fixed price and eat all you can get. Meanwhile sugar tax hit the floor, so... No normal fizzy drinks. Only sugar free.
A. P.
The customer service could not have been better, I know it's just Pizza Hut but I don't remember having such good service for a long time. Our waiter Liam was constant smiles and really on the ball, the greeter was also really friendly and kept up laughing despite the short wait. Will be making this a regular for lunch breaks.
M. C.
Always nice to have the buffet and good value for money with a drink and ice cream. However as having the buffet food is not as hot as I would like and felt the staff were keen for us to leave at the end even though there was loads of spare tables and only about 3pm.
O. S.
Great Family restaurant when dining with kids. Good value for money meals with the consistent pizza hut level of yummy, thick based pizza's. Add on value with unlimited salad bar...only schlepp is bathrooms and baby changing facilities are three floors down via stairwell
J. C.
Really friendly customer service and tasty food. It was very busy and one of our dishes was wrong, but the manager immediately rectified this and even waived our bill which we were not expecting. Very happy :)
J. R.
Best place to have Pizza at a reasonable price in Central London. There are lot of options to choose from a la carte to buffet lunch/dinner which comes up with unlimited fresh salads to explore on during the weekdays. Plenty of varieties to choose from and very friendly staff. Expect a queue to be seated during peak hours.
C. L.
Regular pizza Hut. You know what to expect. Service was quick and polite. Food was hot with no order mistakes. Restaurant was clean and smelled of good food. What more do you want?
C. W.
Just every time so good for some visit. Good pizzas drinks like Pina colada and fizz! Toilets also normal clean but nice to walk stairs down. There are a few draws with super hero for pizza Hut style. Funny!
M. T.
I occasionally pop in for a quick buffet during the working week, if I'm particularly hungry. Consistent service and food, though can be slow and can find myself waiting at an empty buffet table. Have never liked the over familiar greeting and friendly inquisition, but that just me
M. A.
Pizza hut pizzas are amazing in London...I am missing its buffet specially salad.
Still we get takeaway sometimes.. A combo for two which is good too.
C. P.
Staff always seem friendly and willing to help even when busy, food very good
a. p.
The pizza isn't the best in my opinion. Something like Mario's pizza would save you a TONE of money with barely any difference in flavour however pizza hut is great for making your perfect pizza. The customisation is great but comes at a price that I would personally skip out on and go to my local chicken shop for. But if your not too greedy with your money then dominos would be a better alternative.
M. M.
Been here a few times for good value, kid friendly food & despite being very busy they have always been great. Buffet rarely runs too low. Last time I was there they had a power cut and all the staff coped brilliantly, made very clear what still worked & what didn't. Helped customers to cash points when they couldn't take card payments etc. A few grumbling patrons but the problems were clearly beyond their control & staff delt with it well.
N. A.
We all know the hut pizza is fantastic but I now want to write about the desserts. The cookies with ice-cream are like a piece of heaven and the cake – the cake is definitely worth the calories. I don’t know how they make their ice-cream, but it is definitely their own recipe and it is great. I strongly recommend when in pizza hut to leave a little space for desserts.
D. C.
The staff here are the best servers I have ever seen. I eat here all the time, the pizza is great, the salad bar a is dream , and the bottomless soft drinks are real draw. It is the people who keep me coming back
M. M.
American-style pizza when you are doing tourism in the center. The decoration is not that amazing. Service is what you can expect from a fast food pizza restaturant. The food itself is good value for what you pay. I recommend going there when there is like buffet. The rolling pizza is the best option for the cheese lovers. Be good and enjoy your pizza!
S. T.
I went with a friend and it was way better than I expected as I always had such horrible memories of Pizza Hut food but this time it was truly delicious and the company great. I even went back with my son a few weeks later.
M. M.
Service : wonderful
Employees : always smile and friendly
Taste : nothings to say it's always zesty
Place : good viewing authentic
Toilet : it was the worst toilet I ever seen
Unbelievable its not good for pizza hut
I am a fat man (I know that and that's why I was in pizza hut) I enjoy my meal (always).
End of the dinner I would like to go to toilet
I wish I could not.
Toilet paper holder was broken and all the toilet paper was on floor.
There was a banana in the toilet (????)
Did you imagine it. It was a real banana.
All floor was like flood. And unfortunately there was no place to move.
And there was no aircondination. That's mean you cannot breathe inside of toilet.
There was no window as well because the tiolet was underground. You have to 2 floor down.
If you are hungry go to pizza hut and enjoy your meal. Because it's always good. But end of your meal if you want to go toilet you chose the st.james park public toilet. It's better than the pizza hut's toilet.
Sorry about it but it's true.
Thank you.
J. D.
Live pizza hut. Felt a bit abandoned by the waiter, could not get his attention to ask about the menu. Food was good, glad to be able to buy beer/cider. Prices were expensive, as expected in the city.
R.
Always reliable. The buffet is not the most interesting food that money can buy in the heart of London, but it's always tasty and if - like me - you have a big appetite, then it can fill you up and have a good range of food choices available.
D. B.
It's Pizza Hut...you know what they do!
The girl who served us however was brilliant, helpful and friendly. The place was clean and food was well prepared and tasty. Price wasn't too bad either.
A. F.
It can get very busy as it is in the middle of town. I found all the staff very good and helpful . But at the end of the day it is a Pizza. Hut and they are much the same as each other I only gave it four as there was a lot of noise kids it the time and I was trying to have lunch
T. E.
Good food when it arrived. Took ages to take our order even though they weren't busy. The staff were congregating around the "Bar" not really doing much! P.s. garlic bread is terrible 😂
T. A.
Good pizza clean restaurant easy to locate and friendly service
F. F.
Staff were friendly, seated quickly and the food was good,. Only issue was the buffet choice, seems everyone wanted the pepperoni but only one came out in the 40 minutes we where there.
M. F.
Called in with only 10 mins to closing time on Sat (7th Sept). Got served no problem. Very friendly service and the pizza was delicious. Great credit to the team.
D. W.
Best Pizza Hut I've been too - the service was exceptional, the waitress was very kind and helpful. The only drawback were the toilets as the taps didn't work correctly.
S.
Ordered and paid on phone. Good service and very clean. Salad bar was closed but you can order from a limited salad menu.
F. M.
I was served by a man called Mark. (Strand branch)
He was amazing!
Service was incredible, was very friendly and helpful as he made sure my friend and I was satisfied. I noticed he was friendly and informative with everyone in the restaurant. Made my experience really great.
Food was also lovely!
J. B.
It's what you would expect from pizza hut.
M. A.
Great food & service. Only downside is there's only one toilet marked disabled & if your not disabled you have to use this. I'm disabled & had to wait to use the disabled toilet as able bodied people were using it.
J. A.
It was alright. Disabled toilets out of order and 4 flights down to toilet
V. G.
Absolutely loved the place, and customer service was 10/10! Me and my friend came one hour before closing but we still were served in a high standard ! Two ladies, one name Patricia and other I dont know unfortunately, but you girls are doing a great job, even if you were exhausted after all day you were still able to make jokes and be super patient and polite! thank you so much!!!
A. B.
A chain pizzeria. Standard food for the chain is available. It has seating on 2 floors so there may be space even if the ground floor looks full.
The staff were attentive without being intrusive.
E. G.
First time in pizza hut actual restaurant, there is an option to take a deal of a small pizza with accesss to the unlimited salad bar and soft drinks, the pizzas are good and satysfing, do not tenpt to order too much.
P. M.
If you go during lunch and get the all you can eat menu, then the price is reasonable. If not, then the portions are a little small for the price. The quality isn't great, but you just wouldn't expect that from Pizza Hut.
H. M.
Absolute superstars. The food was very good. It was not cheap compared to other menus and you have to order the drinks separately.
n.
Good location. Good food. Unfortunately I met a waiter that was a bit invasive. Interrupting our conversation often. I had to tell him that we need to be left alone.
N. M.
Buffet lunch always good value when shopping in town with family during the school holidays. Little boy was sad that there wasn't any cous cous at the salad bar today but loved the pizza.
L. E.
Was good for family. Served quickly..not much salad though! But when we were leaving noticed the salad bar was being replenished.
O. S.
Great Family restaurant when dining with kids. Good value for money meals with the consistent pizza hut level of yummy, thick based pizza's. Add on value with unlimited salad bar...only schlepp is bathrooms and baby changing facilities are three floors down via stairwell
A. H.
I tried the lunch buffet. Less options than I expected (3 different flavours of pizza, garlic bread that tastes like the edge of pizza n not garlicky at all, salad, and plain pasta with red or white sauce, doesn't include drinks) but considering the low price it's not too bad. Staff manner could be improved though.
M. B.
It is a really nice place to go with your friends and family. The food is delicious. And you won't regret it. I recommend you to go and check it out.
W. G.
Always very good quality food here. Probably the nicest pizza hut I've ever visited.
D. C.
The staff here are the best servers I have ever seen. I eat here all the time, the pizza is great, the salad bar a is dream , and the bottomless soft drinks are real draw. It is the people who keep me coming back
A. P.
Always nice pan exotic pizzas....neverending drink but for crazy money...
V. S.
A great place to eat, with fantastic views of the road outside, yummy food, soothing ambiance and very friendly staff. On my 5 day visit to London, I ate here twice and was wholly satisfied both times. I would highly recommend it.
M. D.
They have gluten-free menu options
E. G.
The food I ordered was delicious. The staff are nice and attentive. However I felt that the salad in the salad bar wasn't as fresh as I expected.
s. H.
Staff were great and we entered but were rather slow when it came to service. Only two other families downstairs. Also salad bar was rather empty and no attempt to fill it while we were there.
A. T.
Typical central London Pizza Hut. Seating on the ground floor and in the basement. Ice Cream Factory is downstairs and wasn't working when I was there. The waiting staff didn't know which is bad.
Quick service and exactly what you would expect from Pizza Hut.
S.
Had a great American style pizza with their pull off stuffed crust and it was super filling Andi didn't get to try the desert's, they also have free refilla on fizzy drinks.
J. “. B.
A bit expensive, food is ok tho and the servers are very friendly
A. A. F.
The food was not too bad but the service was very slow. We didn't like the salads. There were few things, no variety.
C. *.
Nice Pizza Hut Restaurant as you know it.
Many different dishes - all sort of pizza, noodles, salad.
During lunch all you can eat buffet.
R. W.
Excellent menu choices other than pizza. Service is great and friendly. Spacious seating and comfortable.
R. K.
Long waiting time, but it was really busy. Really good pizza, but their chicken wings are rubbish.
Lovely service.
T. B. N.
Good food great service, the changes to the menu forced by Covid actually made he experience better. Cannot fault it.
V.
It was great to find an eat in Pizza Hut in London. Being from the United States, I wish we had restaurants like this. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.
a. c.
Food was delicious and everything is lovely, very spacious only issue is wait time between finishing food and getting the bill is a little long, that’s the only issue in my opinion.
L. A.
We took the buffet, there was a decent selection of pizza but the flavor was pretty heavily mediocre.
R. S.
The restaurant is clean and up to date. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Food is cheap for London prices, definitely satisfied.
J. S.
Pizza is always good, try to arrive at 12:15 onwards as the pizza is never ready on the buffet. I work in the area and experience the problem each week.
J. J.
Had the lunch buffet. Efficient service. Very very lacklustre tasting food, but I don’t expect anything more. I’d say it’s not that great value for money to be honest.
S. F.
I want to say 4 out of 5, because sometimes the pizza has been superb, but more often than not it's just good and sometimes plain disappointing - so 3 stars from me
i. r.
Great customer service! Welcomed by Mark who gave us a great table as I need a wider one then usual.
Sonya who took care of us and served us very well!
Great staff with great customer service
C. T.
Fantastic service (Covent Garden). Small mistake on order and waiter couldn't have done more to rectify it. It's not the mistakes but how you deal with them that counts.
p. w.
Pizza is not great and they ran out of spaghetti which they hadn't seem to notice. They also ran out of lettuce. The staff were busy though.
A. S.
Very strictly maintained for covid 19
D. S.
We ended up being sat by the door so wasnt a very relaxing experience. Staff seem friendly and food was nice. Toilets aren't very nice and a very long way down.
B. B.
I liked this because you can choose if you want a small crust or a big crust . I didn't like it as well because a person , who the staff were speaking to her to move ,but didn't budge and left without paying.
L. E.
Was good for family. Served quickly..not much salad though! But when we were leaving noticed the salad bar was being replenished.
V. S.
Quite all right. Standard pizza hut fare. Prompt service. They have a downstairs seating area too. Good for a quick bite.
C. S.
Like other Pizza Huts it can get very busy and also they can get your order wrong. They did correct mine and also gave money off. So no harm done!
S. B. P.
Fresh tasty food as always!
L. T.
Usual busy dirty central London pizza place waited for ages for food ... staff under pressure not enjoyable... I should know better to be honest.
K.
Very good pizza
W. G.
Always very good quality food here. Probably the nicest pizza hut I've ever visited.
c. g.
Good quick service
price for a individual pizza bottle of wine a garlic bread and mac and cheese plus the unlimited salad was 42 pounds with our service charge .
L. m.
Best pizza hut I've been in. Service was excellent food fresh & tasty. Nothing wrong at all. A standard for all pizza hut establishments to aspire to.
a. m.
The food was very tasty and the price was reasonable. Service was overwhelming the staff treated me very well although when I went it was very crowded but still approached me very well and made me feel vauled. They showed great hospitality. I would come back again for sure.
E. B.
Lack of atmosphere, pizza was okay but the buffet wasn't heated so it got cold quickly.
D. C.
Slow service on the night we went
D. M.
Great food deals
I. V.
Cheap place where you can get pretty decent pizza and not too good salad. But they serve it fast so that's a plus.
E. J.
Went here before going to the theater, we arrived just before the rush so were seated quickly, the man on the door was lovely and genuinely friendly and talked to everyone, the rest of the staff were great too, nice food and quick service without feeling rushed despite it being busy
R. A.
Because of the location it has very different menu (rip off tourists menu?) than other pizza huts. Unless you are dying of starvation you should avoid.
S. M.
Took a little while to be seated but when we was the staff were very friendly. Pizza's were lovely.
D. D. R.
Smaller pizza hut with helpful and friendly staff and even a tiny cute bar to have a drink and chill while you wait for a space. You can eat in or take away.
A. K.
Fine. Good service. Every thing you expect from a pizza hut. Although I still haven't come to terms with paying £16 for lunch.
S. S. P.
Food was great and I really liked the way you can order. Great coronavirus measures!
D. R.
Food great, service not so, had to get our own menu and had to find staff to pay the bill, it was not even busy.
R. U.
Have been here many times and have had a nice experience everytime. The pizzas have always been amazing and they also have some great deals.
A. R.
Great place to take the family
P. H.
Friendly staff - tasty pizza - I had a takeaway where it says deals -any individual pizza and side for £9.99 - I asked for an epic pizza and was advised that this was £2 extra - I pointed out that the statement for the deal was clearly stated - so basically they cheat you out of £2 - I also had dish of cheezy chips with paprika - pretty awful it has to said
J. E.
Great staff and service, manager did well with an arrogant customer thinking they should have been seated before other customers. Even though there wasn't a table available at that time for his large party.
L. J. (.
Nice for a snack after walking around London all day, the store is busy and you will normally find yourself waiting a while, very busy store, no parking around here, but plenty of homeless people to share a bite with just outside the store ,nice decorated store
H. A.
Yummy pizza and great dessert, warm cookie dough and ice cream. Mmmmmmmmm but maybe a little bit expensive compared to other places. Is that London prices though?
C. J. W.
Loads of seating and good staff. The pizza is Pizza Hut so you know what you are getting. There's better pizza out there, but Pizza Hut is a good standard.
M. E.
New ordering system works very well.
Good deals too
r.
It's a different pizza hut experience
It's worth trying at least once
The food was good and they have things normal pizza hut doesn't.
J. T.
Amazing pizza, nice and mordern.couldn't understand the staff , clean the toilets ,make sure the ice cream isn't sloppy next time .
F. R.
Good food. Friendly staff. Lots of seating. Access to public transport bus, trains, u derv round within a few mins. Close by to attractions.
S. P.
Hadn't visited pizza hut for a number of years but was pleasantly surprised by the menu and quality of food, will be checking out the ones in my local area now
t. j.
Great place. I don't know the name of the staff but which was in the basement today afternoon. (1.07.19) was very friendly.
Keep it up.
j. h.
This is my favourite place to order pizza for home.
They have very good customer service
and the food always arrive on time.
Pepperoni pizza is awesome!”
N. F.
Food was okay, the all you can eat buffet was good value however there was no pasta, although advertised
R. B.
Courteous staff but lunch menu isn't great. Kids spaghetti Bolognese is not great. Very bland.
A.
Good food, salad is amazing and of good quality. Service is fast and the waiters are vary kind.
V. R.
Near Covent Garden after visiting Westminster Abbey and Parliament House not far away from Trafalgar Square if you want to make a break, drink a sweet cocktail and taste good pizzas that s the place you have to go
N. H.
Quick service a nice staff
T.
You might wait at busy times, but it’s the ultimate in comfort food! Plus all that free salad makes you think you’re actually being healthy.
A. B.
Food was good however the price was not so. The service was good until we wanted to pay.
K. D.
Lovely restaurant and the waitress who served us was great, but she was rushed off her feet as it looked like she was the only one serving downstairs.
A. O.
Food is nice, staff welcoming and they always have gluten free pizza here which is a massive bonus for our family.
G. F.
Food was OK. Salad bar a bit on the poor side. But Patricia C customer service was outstanding 👍
S. S.
Nice Pizza Hut restaurant, clean. Nicely decorated , friendly staff and good food. Does what it says on the tin. Enjoy
D. R.
The buffet is a great deal, make sure you get a table downstairs where the food is more available otherwise you'll be waiting for the pizza.
H. V.
The rejuvenated branding has reinvented the place, and it looks brilliant. Pizza sizes are too small, but yet surprisingly satisfying.
B. G. P.
Great service and food. Friendly staff. Clean and nice. A bit crowded.
A. T.
Service was friendly but could be slow when ordering off the menu. The buffet was a great deal though.
J. C.
Individual pizza too small for the price, better off somewhere else in my opinion
D.
Best and friendliest staff make this our home from home. Food is really good too and cafe is attractive and a very comfortable place to watch the world go by.
M. B.
Nice place, lots of seating area. Takeaway available, which was quick and simple to do, and good deals available. Clean, near to traffagar square.
D. H.
Really friendly staff in a well decked out space. Only let down was the trek down two floors to take the kids to the loo. Other than that it was ace.
J. F.
The lady who worked there was super palite and helpful ,she deffo needs a raise ,I forgot her name though ,food was good aswell ,the lady had dark brown hair and she looked mixed Asian and English
A. P.
Always nice pan exotic pizzas....neverending drink but for crazy money...
A. S.
The seating arrangements were not very nice in the basement and you can get some draft coning in through the windows. Service was slow.
J. A.
very nice tasty food. hits the spot. The service was great as per and the food was reasonably priced. would come again.
M. H.
Good food, staff need to improve a lot. Only the manager saved the visit customer service wise.
B. L.
Excellent pizza hut - not huge but with a larger restaurant area downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff
M. B.
It is a really nice place to go with your friends and family. The food is delicious. And you won't regret it. I recommend you to go and check it out.
S. S.
I always love to eat at pizza hut restaurants for their free salad section. 😛 And I love their pizzas too
A. H.
A Welcome taste of home as I wandered the London streets - go midweek for the Buffett deal and Bob's yer Uncle mate! Pizza pasta salad all good
R. C.
Great food, great ambiance but extremely slow service. Servers need to be a little more observant
H. S.
Good and clean place. Food was good although received at different times. One serving was different to an order.
O. A.
Warmly friendly stuff, great dedicated service, the food was great and prices are okay, I would consider going there again and would recommend families, couples and friends as the place is multi accomodating.
F. G. (.
Very busy on Sunday dinner time, apparently the preferred place for black people in the area and i love it!. Nice and the food is nice
D. P.
really nice place very clean staff are friendly food is good 5 minutes walk from Charing cross station does get busy at peak times
B. D.
Plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs, incredibly friendly staff, certainly drop in for the lunchtime buffet!
S.
The salad bar was a little limited. Drink station is cool with about 20 or more different flavours?
F. C.
Good service, the pizza is nothing special but better than average. Nice lunch deals
J. H.
Generally quite good, but do mess up occasionally. They normally make amends when they do. Gets busy at times, and they have no mercy as they approach closing time.
D. B.
Not bad, service was nice, and the pizza is as good as any pizza hut restaurant!
S. W.
Very nicem friendly staff andnthe pizza was great quality
N. D.
It was ok, this was in central London, but outside where we live Basingstoke the pizzas and surroundings are better
M. B.
Great friendly staff, lots of seating across 2 floors, clean and tidy with good pizza.
S.
Great pizza, and all at competitive prices to other nearby restaraunts such as Domino's Pizza. I strongly recommend eating Margharita as I believe the original is the best.
G. C.
De lo mejor para comer por el centro de Londres.
A very good place to eat in the centre of London.
I recommend the Chicken Supreme Pizza, really delicious.
N. L.
Went for pre show meal - arrive with plenty of time to spare as gets really busy but food was very good and value for money.
A. J.
Good place, everything is clean, food is good.
Bad thing: toilette too far, had to walk 3 stairs
I.
The taste of pizza is excelent, but in my opinion sharing pizza is too small for 2 persons.
x.
Amazing quality food but expensive and very greasy at times
D. B.
