We were served by Lucia who was really lovely and very quick service! The pizzas were incredible and good price point as well. Great variety of pizzas and they asked us about allergies first which was great as well. The teas we got were just a cup with teabag in so having a tea pot will be really great. The heater was a good touch and having more hot beverages could be great as well. Will be back for sure!!

I like pizza Pilgrims but in our last visit the pizza was a bit soggy and customer service was less than usual. I do understand the staff shortage under the current circumstances but last time we were waiting for 20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order while they were taking order from tables who arrived after us. We had to leave our table and go to find someone to take our order in their end. My overall rate takes in consideration all the other time we visited them as I feel it is unfair to rate them only on our last experience.

Tasty pizza + pint for just under 20 quid #nufsaid Place is lively with tourists and locals, decent amount of tables inside, Italian run, friendly and enthusiastic staff. I got the Nduja (spicy sausage) pizza and Camden lager. The meat is a bit like chorizo but not really spicy of enough flavors for me. Mixes really nice with the lager taste wise. Sourdough tasty but that base tends to be heavy and overwhelming of other ingredients with any pizza. Recommend if up for an Italian pizza while in Mayfair/Soho area. Wait during late lunch hour about 25 mins

They had a great selection of pizza and a great selection of vegan and vegetarian food. Our waitress was very nice. They made a mistake with our order, but it was easily fixed and they went above and beyond to remedy it.

3 vegan options? Say no more. This place had the most vibey music and delicious pizza I’ve had in a while. Their portions are good for one person to finish. I ordered the vegan Margherita and my friend ordered the 8 cheese. My margherita cheese was surprisingly runny but still tasty. The most surprising element to this restaurant was their allergy policy. I have an allergy, and the server told me that the manager would take my order. The manager came with an allergy menu and made sure that what I was ordering didn’t have peanuts. I really appreciated that! Would love to visit again and try more of their options :)

Pizza Pilgrims is a real treat. One of the best tasting pizzas I have eaten in ages. I had the Marguerita with Parma Ham, Olives, Mushrooms and Garlic with a Camden Hells lager. Perfect meal before heading over to the Palladium for Panto.

This is officially the most delectable pizza I have had in London. A small, cozy hole in the wall in the heart of trendy Carnaby street that takes you to Naples with every bite. I ordered the truffle and mushroom pizza and then ordered another one! Yes! It was that good. I also ordered the meatballs that melt in your mouth. The tomato sauce was homemade and I dipped my crust in the remaining sauce! Definitely a number one on my list!

Stumbled across this lovely little pizza place today while out for the day with my 7 year old son, drawn to it by the teenage mutant ninja turtles picture on the wall. We came across Pizza Pilgrims whilst looking for somewhere to take our little boy (aged 6) who is a massive Super Mario Fan. We saw that this place had a Super Mario themed wall so seemed like the perfect place to go! The staff were really helpful and accommodating and allowed us to sit downstairs (near the Mario wall) even though they hadn’t opened the downstairs section for service. Our waitress was really polite and pleasant to talk to. She made a real effort with our little one and asked him to draw on a pizza box so she could put it on the wall. She definitely has a fan now. The food was amazing. The staff were amazing. We are definitely going to go back to this little hidden Gem. Thank you!

The location of this pizza pilgrims is amazing! I have to say, very busy, however, lots of places to sit. The outside benches have heating near them and inside is pretty warm, the music inside is very loud too, which isn't the most pleasant. They serve the pizza very quickly, around 8 - 12 minutes. They forgot our pizza and insisted on giving a refund, staff was mostly kind and generous. Of course, there are a lot of pizza's to choose from (only pizza's) including vegan, extra toppings, customizable etc. The pizzas were pretty good and prices for a regular pizza were average, a customised pizza was a bit higher in cost.

Good place for pizza on the go. What I really liked about this place is their attention and concern when it comes to customers food allergies. I would recommend the Pizza Marinara which was crispy and tasty combined with a side order of their Chili Sauce.

the waiter who served us forgot about previously ordered drinks. when we recalled it, he brought a completely different one (more expensive) and turned away without a word, so we didnt have a chance to tell he made a mistake. I have to say Pilgrims Pizza is our No. 1 Pizza Place, when I am nearby any of their branch, I have to get their pizza. It's not like other chains, as their pizza is truly Napolitan Pizza, tasteful tomato sauce and top quality ingredients. Atmosphere is amazing here, and I have feeling staff loves their work, you feel very welcomed here. At the moment, I consider this branch as the best one, and please open some branches in SW London.

I heard a lot about this pizza place and the authenticity of their pizzas, so I decided to pay my visit. I took my kids with me, we ordered 3 margaritas and one with anchovies. So, Q: how was it? Kids: loved it and so yummy but can’t eat the crusts. DAD: I have eaten mine and and whatever left from little one’s. So the best way to enjoy was: Atmosphere, family and Italian pizza. I would recommend it to everyone, specially when your around central London.

Queued for 30 minutes not a problem ,to be seated on a table for two when there was 3 of us , we asked to be moved for a bigger table as we couldn’t even get 3 plates on the small table but was refused to move by a manager , the waitress felt sorry for us and moved us to a bar table , thankfully. pizza was watery and chewy wasn’t a great experience sadly , they cram to many tables in and make you feel you have to rush your food the waiter tried taking a plate of garlic bread when my son hadn’t finished . Pretty, nice location but surprisingly flavourless pizzas. The base was doughy and the smoked napoli had far to few anchovies. The aubergine was similarly bland. The staff were very efficient and friendly and it was good value for central London. They just need to concentrate on the flavour of the pizzas.

150 off the Regent street lies Pizza Pilgrims. It is a small & simple place filled with love. There was a waiting line but the queue doesn’t take long due to their fast service. The fried mac ‘n’ Cheese and fried arancini are very very delicious. You don’t want to miss it. Margarita pizza is amazing. Their tomato sauce is something else. Also, the basil pesto pizza is good. One of the things that you must try is their lemon peach home made iced tea. The restaurant prices are very affordable.

Absolutely amazing pizza restaurant! There is no other way for me to be able to describe this place!! The pizzas were amazing and hand cooked to order, and the service was great too. From ordering to having our food on the table took about 15 minutes, which was amazing given it was a busy Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer in London. For a London pizza restaurant we felt that it was more than reasonably priced for 2 people. I would definitely recommend and would visit here again!

Delicious!! We ordered the Bufala DOP and the Oven roasted mushroom and truffle pizza for mains and then the nutella ring for dessert. Everything was amazing and came out so quick. The house red was pleasant to drink and the customer service was great. We waited around 15 minutes for a table and I liked the way there wait system works. They take your contact number and text you when your table is ready and you have a 10 minute window to come back. So instead of waiting in queue, we had a drink at the bar next door. Thank you for a great experience and we will defiantly be back when I am in London next.

Can't really go wrong here - really tasty pizzas and a good selection of nice side dishes too. It's cheap, fast, and really nice food - if you are in the area and after dinner it's worth it. They can get busy and there might be a wait, but can always hang outside with a drink, and often the wait is shorter than expected.

I came to see my favourite place and my favourite person in Carnaby Street Ana, belita!!!!!! amazing night with the recommendation she gave me which is sausage and potato in white sauce! just brilliant, nice glass of wine and the best service as always! First time trying out Pizza Pilgrims. Service was good. Starters were nice and the pizza was good too, though I found it a little bland and wet. The dough/crust is very very dough-y and chewy; almost elastic which I've not come across before anywhere else. Good options for vegetarians. I probably would not visit again as not to my liking.

Delicious and food is served really quickly. One of my favourite pizza places. I really loved the quirky pizza box art work on the wall too. The reason it doesn’t get a 5 is mainly because it didn’t wow me completely but a definitely a solid 4. I would go back and recommend it! Yummy!

Very quick and friendly service. One of the best pizza places in London. Large seating area up and downstairs with many places for large groups. Recommend the classic Margherita pizza, a Nutella ring and the pesto aoli dipping sauce. The basil and burrata pizza was also very nice. There is a side bar to get drinks while you wait for your pizza.

First time I've ever been here, and I was blown away. The pizza was fantastic, I had the Ndjua sausage and my dad had the pepperoni with hot honey. Both pizzas I would definitely recommend. Also had a simple rocket and balsamic salad. Holy...it was incredible. I've never tasted balsamic like that before, and when we asked the waitress about it she was really helpful and informative about the type they use. Couldn't speak more highly of this place!

I've long been a big fan of Pizza Pilgrims and it's great to see that they've maintained their brilliance. To pizzas are effortlessly good. We opted for the Smoked Aubergine Pizza today and loved it. We also had what is perhaps one of the greatest sides ever created, deep fried Artichoke hearts. We also had some beautiful Buratta that was fresh and creamy with a lovely light dough bread. Just wonderful and the staff were nice. The only thing that always puzzles me is how many people leave the crusts. Such a shame. The crust is light, fluffy and simply wonderful.

It has been a while since I dined at Pizza Pilgrims. The first time was at their Soho branch when it had just opened. I had not visited this branch yet after it started opening new outlets. The pizzeria has become extremely commercial and has lost its essence. We ordered two pizzas and a few of the dips. We ordered the burratta pizza and the truffle pizza. The burratta pizza was full of flavour but lacked mozzarella. The truffle was good, but after 5 mins the cheese.solidified and became a chewy paste which was not very pleasant. I would recommend if you're in for a quick pizza around regents street. Price wise, they are very reasonable!

Pizzas here are probably my favorite sourdough pizza in London. I really enjoyed the Carbonara pizza and it was well priced. Only downside is that they seated me first near an outward opening door which was a nightmare to have to keep dodging as staff went through. When we asked for a change of seat, instead of being a bit more conscious, they placed us near another door, the bathroom - even though we could see plenty of other open seats. Really bad customer management.

Great experience at the Pizza Pilgrims in Carnaby. My partner and I had two great pizzas (he got the one with 'Nduja, I had the 8 Cheeses one), then after we had a great Nutellamisù (the tiramisu with Nutella) which was outstanding and big, we actually shared it! Wow! What delicious pizzas. They were made of thin, stretchy, bubbly dough. I had a mushroom with truffle oil pizza and my nieces had a Margherita and Cheese 'n' Mac balls. All three of us were raving about the food. And the chocolate ice cream was to die for.....heavenly!. We came upon this pizzeria by chance and it topped off a lovely afternoon/evening. The waitress service was also very good.

Brilliant chefs, one pizza was too spicy for my mother, so one chef made her a different pizza free of charge. Our waitress was not very welcoming or helpful but don't let that deter you from Pizza Pilgrims. Food is very good, best pizza in London. Go to the Dean Street branch, it's smaller and cosier so the service is better and has a more private, calm atmosphere (as it's in a less busy area) and it's only a short walk away!

Came here on a Saturday night with three friends. We were seated within about half an hour by a friendly member of staff on the front door. The menu isn't the most expansive in the world, but the pizza they make is very nice - the dough is the right consistency and the toppings are full of flavour. The place is huge. They have around 10 pizzas on offering. Decent collection. We were able to find something we like. However, the pizzas were very chewy and lacked something (I can't put a finger on it). Because of which it became difficult to finish the pizza once it became cold. However, the staff was nice. These guys produce excellent authentic pizza and can cope admirably with ridiculous numbers of people (ate yesterday during peak Christmas shopping mayhem!!). Food arrived very quickly and tasted fantastic. Good for children (my 6yr old had an activity sheet and ate all the pizza). If you're in Carnaby Street, regent Street etc, this is good value food and a really nice experience

Best pizza in London ! The location is a jewel and the pizza are just amazing. If you don’t know what to choose, try the pizza pesto with extra prosciutto on top... a delicacy you will never forget ! I have tried almost every pizza they have in their menu. Their offering is large enough to satisfy everyone, even people with a specific diet (including vegetarian and vegan options). They may also have gluten-free options but this is to be confirmed. The toppings used are of quality. Their Nutella ring is amazing and definitely worth the try. The food court (and pizza pilgrims right in the middle of it) is Ideally located eat at night, and to go out after or have a couple of beer in the court. I will not hesitate to come back or to bring friends there. I could not tell much about the staff but they seemed nice to me at first sight

Went during lunch time so the place was quite busy (had people waiting outside to get a table) and can get a bit loud and hectic, but the atmosphere is quite nice. They have an outside as well as inside areas, so it's a great place for some food when the weather plays along. Staff are really friendly and get the food too you quite quickly as well. Me and my friends had pizza here today. I am italian and I can say this is one of the best places in London to eat pizza. However, I have to remark the conduct of the big red hair waitress, who tried to tell us we couldn’t have starters without ordering a pizza and that if we had wine we would be forced to get at least two pizzas. We were sitting at the very back of the restaurant next to the door and people kept coming in. I had to get up several times to close the door, but when I saw that even the red hair waitress wouldn’t close the door behind her, and that she was annoyed at every customer, I felt like leaving and never come back again. I am a waitress myself and I don’t think it’s professional to act like this towards customers.

Pizza Pilgrims is my favourite pizza in London. Hands down. I have Italian friends that confirm that continuously. Having said that, such esteemed establishment that prepares a true Neapolitan pizza with real mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce SHOULD NOT offer substandard olive oil on its tables.. It’s watery, tasteless and inappropriate. Pizza Pilgrims deserves a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

It took 25min for someone to notice us and take our order. Food came quite quickly, but I wasn't satisfied. The crust was 50% of the pizza and the middle was soggy. Server was sloppy and she leaned on our table with a side of her bum while taking an order and when she cleared the table she dropped pizza crust crumbs all over the table and me.

It is normally nice but if you do not sound to one of the waiters even if you stand where you should stand to be seated, no one will give you a seat. The food is delicious. I think the number of waiting staff is not enough especially at the weekends so they get confused with the orders, which causes customers to wait longer.
