I am Neapolitan and I’ve never come closer to a proper Neapolitan pizza as at Quartieri. The staff is simply amazing and the menu offers a proper list of authentic dishes from naples besides pizza. Absolutely recommend!

It is an absolute pleasure to dine here, the staff are always friendly, the pizza and pasta is always delicious and the ambience is very good. I have been coming here monthly for 4-5 years and have never had a bad experience. Had the wrong pizza given to me once, immediately swapped for the correct one with a free side dish as well. Booked a birthday - special arrangements made for off menu items native to Naples that are for celebrations. You could not dine at a better restaurant, but be warned, you will never want to eat neopolitan pizza anywhere else after trying Quartieri!

Great food. Pizza was amazing but as others have stated service was friendly but lacking. After we’d ordered pizza and our appetizers had been eaten, the waiter asked us if we had “put in our pizza order” Sadly we were not aware that was part of the customer job description; seemed like more of a waiter thing, really. Anyway, he then put in our order and about 20 mins later, two pizzas arrived. Mocktails were a bit sugary but I recommend the sizeable tiramisu. At the end of the night (9pm), we wanted coffee but they were out. Hmm.

Incredible pizza, at points I honestly couldn't focus on my conversation because the salami I was eating was so salty and delicious. Well-sized pizza, properly filled up a medium-sized man (yours truly!). If you don't get sides or drinks, you can eat well here for under £12pp. We went when it wasn't too busy, but service was snappy, polite and unintrusive. I'll definitely be back soon.

Me and my wife went in for her birthday meal this evening. We've travelled from Portsmouth to stay for a few nights and this little restaurant was close to our hotel and we were amazed. Food was absolutely delicious, very reasonably priced, staff were lovely, very tentative and welcoming. We both agreed it's the best Italian we've ever been too and eaten in. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area 😁

It is a gorgeous place with a proper Italian menu and atmosphere. It's beautifully decorated and nice Italian music played. The pizzas were superb. The Divala and truffle ones were both deliciousand super big. The wine options quite attractive and so reasonably priced. The service was outstanding and quick. If visiting Kilburn High Street do go here, you'll be pleasantly satisfied.

Amazing pizza. If you are considering eating pizza around Kilburn then this is the place to go to. The food is excellent. We had the La Regina and Parmigiana (without ham and replaced with friarielli) pizza. Both were outstanding. They even gave us a plate of zeppole (think doughballs but with rosemary) on the house. The atmosphere is bright and the tables are large and spaced out so you don't feel like you are sitting too close to others. The service is excellent, with the food served quickly by the friendly staff. A special shout out to Lily who was really friendly and made out visit a memorable one. Tip: They currently do 2 classic pizza for £15 on Monday. That is a good deal!

I used to be a big fan and order a delivery from this place every week but after my experience yesterday I am not that supportive anymore. First and foremost, this is an authentic Neapolitan pizza place with relatively modest prices and offering good tasting pizzas. However, it’s already the second time they mess up my order. The first time I received 2 super gourmets pizzas instead of a Margherita (not complaining about that!) and yesterday a Margherita instead of a Capricciosa (for which Uber Eats has refunded me). What’s more, the Diavola pizza was too spicy. Yes, diavola pizza is with spicy salami, and as Italians we are used that, but the pizza yesterday arrived with a handful of chilli flakes on top of that! Now, unless the pizza man is from Calabria, adding extra chilli making the pizza VERY hot is not something Italian and in our opinion it ruined the pizza. Actually, our stomach burnt a little as a result of the excessive amount of chilli flakes which I have never seen in a Diavola. The salami they have used is not technically the same as the ‘salamino’ I used to see in Diavola pizza back in Italy, so perhaps the pizza man thought that the extra chilli was necessary. Unfortunately, we didn’t like such a spicy Italian pizza. Italian food is not supposed to be THAT spicy. I hope the owner can agree with me on this last point.

I order here at least once a month and Pizza is mediocre, better than some places for sure but nothing special. What surprises me everytime is that the pizzaiolo manages to systematically burn one side of the pizza all the time. Always the same side, always burnt. Too bad cuz if it wasn't for this the pizza would be above london average.

When you walk the streets of London looking for somewhere to eat, the smell for a wood burning pizza oven is a pretty difficult smell to ignore. My friend and I walked past Quartieri once before doubling back to get the most from this experience. It has a nice warm contemporary feel to it with brick walls and wooden tables and we just had to sit there and soak up the feeling that we were sitting in a small corner of modern Naples. It’s just the way it made us feel. With two hungry mouths, we looked up and down the menu in anticipation. It had to be good. We were right. For starters we chose A sharing portion of fried Neapolitan delights, crocché, arancini & zeppola and the Orange & Walnut salad. Both complemented each other well and set us up for the rest of the meal. Back to that pizza oven! There were so many delights to choose from, and we went for the Margherita pizza - Agerola Fior di latte, Casa Marazzo organic tomatoes, organic extra virgin olive oil and the Meatball pizza using prime cut, free range Hertfordshire mince beef, cooked in a rich San Marzano DOP tomato sauce with grated parmesan to finish with at least half an eye on sampling each other’s pizza! The waiting staff were attentive and helpful at all times and were always on hand to offer black pepper and top up our drinks. After the pizzas we were ready for a hit of sweetness, so decided that the Straccetti Quartierella - Indulgent sugar coated doughnut pizza strips covered in a rich velvety chocolate hazelnut spread and topped with roasted hazelnut was going to be just right. And it was! Highly recommended if you are ever nearby.

The best pizza I've had in the Kilburn area, hands down. I've tried most of the Italian restaurants down (and just off) Kilburn High Road, and when it comes to pizza, the new restaurant Quartieri (it opened around a week ago, I believe) is now my favourite. On the varied menu (pictured), I had the Capricciosa (also pictured, £8.50) which is basically prosciutto, mushroom, cheese, olive and basil. And it was sublime - it's cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven (Napoli inspired, according to its website) so the crust is toasty and delicious, while the pizza itself was so big it literally hung off the plate. The only very minor complaint I have is the knife struggled a little cutting slices (compared to a pizza cutter). But that's a minor gripe to what was a filling, fairly priced and just a near-perfect pizza. Even better, I liked the decor a lot (even the oven itself is a work of art, but the indoor plants hanging off the walls are a nice touch) and the service was excellent (attentive, fast and honest about that they thought I'd like on the menu). I'm very glad this place has opened at Kilburn because I can already tell it'll be a regular place for me. Highly recommended.

This place is closer to 3.5 stars than it is to 4. I will caveat this by saying that I and my friend may have gone for the wrong choice of pizza. I went for the truffle and my friend went for the vegetable option. Whilst both were good, they weren't all that great. The truffle was too rich and as far as pizzas go, it's not the best topping. So this absolutely is a matter of personal taste here. The vegetable one is a lot better and fortunately, didn't have the same flavour kick as the truffle pizza. I'd give that pizza a solid 4/5. I genuinely feel like some of the more standard pizzas, e.g. a margarita, would be much better. The desert (chocolate cake with ice cream) was also fairly average which given the price was disappointing. I would have been better off opting something from Waitrose. The service was very warm and friendly but also very slow especially given the restaurant wasn't busy at all. This may well be a case of me being an impatient Londoner, but I like to think I'm at least somewhat reasonable in my expectations. All in all, as mixed up as this review is, I'd definitely go back to give this place another crack. The next time I will definitely be opting for something a little more conventional.

The pizzas were amazing, for a very reasonable price. Both me and my friend couldn't finish as they were so large. The quality was some of the best I have experienced and the sparkling red wine went down a treat. The atmosphere was fantastic, very relaxing and comfortable. All the staff were great, and the owner came to our table to check on us, very authentic and passionate guy, which shows in the restaurant and pizzas. I cannot give a 4 unfortunately because not just for the food but for the stuff. Today was our first time here ,we booked a table and when we arrived there was nobody to welcome us..we saw our table and the we sat and nobody for 10min came just only for verifying or ask us for drinks. Anyway the worst part was the order ,.the girl came to us without a note pad or a pen ...she took the order and when the food started to come of course was wrong ...very low service ..20min for the starters 40min to have a 3pizzas . The food was nice .. aubergine polpette the best ..pizza dough was row ..and crocchette tasto of acid like there was lemon inside . I had very high expectations...I'm very disappointed.

This is a story I need to do. Firstly, I need to say my wife is very picky and demanding in terms of food and restaurant. So, My wife always wanted to go to this restaurant so we went. For our surprised it was empty, it almost looked like they were opening. Then, they said the did not have starters, they only had pizza and some drinks (not even juice). Anyway we ordered 3 pizzas and there were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, my 2 years old daughter ate almost the whole pizza (an adult one). The waitress was very attentive, definitively we will come back. In fact, that is our place of choice for eating pizza.

Finally stopped off here after walking past it for the last year. Feel foolish for not coming here before. The pizza's here are phenomenal. Plenty of authentic pizza's to choose from and great service to match. Tiffany was brilliant! The place had an awesome sound system and the place was clean and welcoming throughout. Not the cheapest but you forget that as soon as you sink your teeth into a baked sourdough topped full of loveliness. Quite a few Italians were scattered on other tables and I'm guessing they know a good pizza when they see one. Will definitely become a regular now that we have crossed over the threshold.

This is the place to be! Quality pizzas with a sort of neapolitan style base - I'm not Italian so I'm not entirely sure but the point is it tastes good! I love that pizza base more than anywhere else I've tried. I especially love the truffle pizza, lovely taste and good amount of toppings too.

I have been to Quartieri several times since it opened. I live in Bow so this is quite a journey for me to make. The journey is worthwhile because the restaurant is excellent. Tony, the owner, remembered me on my second visit and made me and my party feel really welcome. The Pizzas are excellent - my favourite in London. If you love pizza then you should absolutely try this restaurant. - Try the sparkling red wine too, it's superb.

It is all about the pizzas and Quartieri has very good, traditional, Italian pizzas made in a wood oven. The ingredients are fresh and the dough very tasty. On the con side, the place can get pretty busy and as a result, service gets a bit slow and the pizzas are made hsstily with ingredients thrown on them randomly. The end result is still tasty though!

As someone who lived in Napoli for 3 years and became obsessed with Margherita pizzas out there, I couldn't believe my taste buds when I had one at Quartieri on Saturday. This was, without doubt, the most authentic pizza I've ever had outside of Naples! My son ordered the Marinara which was simply outstanding. The staff were very attentive and patient with my two young children and the fizzy red wine transported me straight back to southern Italy. One of the best pizzerias in London, hands down. They take their pizzas seriously, and are committed to making them in the traditional Napoli style. They have some of the most inventive pizzas I've ever had, including the amazing Tartufata (black truffle salsa, buffalo mozzarella, roasted mushrooms, and white truffle oil), and Limone (a bianca (white) pizza with lemon oil - you've got to try it to know!). First class Pizza. I loved the craft beers and the pizza cooked in the wood oven was amazing. I went with extended family (table of 8) including my 5 year old son. One of the best pizza but service just ruins it! Every time we came here the waitress doesn't know what it's in the specials, we have to ask for the drinks menu and the pizzas always arrived before the drinks, last time the waiter brought and opened the bottle of wine before he brought the glasses plus beers are expensive compare to other pizzerias. Been a few times and the food is great! However hesitant to give more stars due to one fact. The male manager seems to be rather ill tempered and lacks management experience. My family and friends have seen him talk down to the staff, always on his phone and worse part was heard him shout and fight with the staff to the point we felt we had to step in as it was rather embarrassing. No manager should ever behave like this and I hope the owners will deal with him. Very unprofessional and we hope he isn’t the owner. When he is not around the restaurant is lovely and staff very much more relaxed without the fighting. Nowadays we tend to come when he is not around. Other then that great food and the rest of the staff is amazing!

When I walked in, there was no sign of any staff or waiters and waitresses. I stood there staring at the wall menu and scanning for any signs of life out of the corner of my eye. Thankfully an Italian chap with a Cheshire cat smile approached me and offered fantastic service with a gruff, Gianluca Vialli-esque English accent. I ordered the Buffalo Mozzarella Margherita which I-kid-you-not arrived out of the oven in about TWO MINUTES. However, I should add it was about 16:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. I would say there isn't much to choose between here, and Franco Manca, apart from here they are a bit more artsy and chic, whereas Franco Manca are cheap, cheerful, and more widespread. A good shout if you're in the neighbourhood.
