We are from Manchester so Rossopomodoro isn't our local eat out spot. However, after discovering it on a previous trip to London a couple of years ago, we haven't had a trip to London without a visit (sometimes several visits) to Rossopomodoro since. Camden was the first branch we discovered and have eaten at a couple of the others but find this our favourite. It's an authentic Italian restaurant which serves incredible food with friendly staff offering amazing service. What is not to love? My partner and I are huge pizza fans and he has recently taken an interest in making his own pizzas at home so when I discovered that Rossopomodoro had pizza making masterclasses it was an opportunity we couldn't miss. Pepè was the host, very charismatic and paid a lot of attention to his guests ensuring that everyone was comfortable and understood. No stone was left unturned and he pulled out all the stops to ensure everyone had a great evening. Giacomo was the pizza chef who demonstrated what we needed to do and again paid a lot of attention to make sure everyone understood and would go over steps multiple times if anyone was unsure. He would come and check the dough multiple times throughout the session to ensure you had the right consistency and if you didn't, he would explain what was missing and show you how to get it just right. Now this man can stretch a pizza faster than you can say Mama Mia but he slowed the process right down so we could follow each individual step. Following the class we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal (included in the price of the masterclass). The 3 course meal was on a set menu but there was plenty of choice. I had Brushetta to start which was packed with flavour. I then had a margarita pizza for main, the base is light and fluffy cooked in a traditional wood fired pizza oven - heaven! Followed by bakewell tart ice cream, I was skeptical as my usual ice cream choice is vanilla (boring I know) but this was amazing! If you haven't been to Rossopomodoro you need to! Amazing food and lovely friendly staff make it a must. I would also massively recommend the pizza masterclass it's a fun evening for a great price. I would definitely take part in one again on another visit to London.

Reserved a table and I was 10 minutes earlier, however, they failed to ask the customers to leave and free the table for me on time. Although they did offer a free liquor as a compensation for the extra 15 minutes waiting, it was not a pleasant 25 mins wait under a cold and windy weather with a hunger. Both pizza and pasta are alright, pasta is a bit too “Al Dante” but the flavour is pretty good and special. The meat ball pizza is like I’m eating a burger, interesting. Portion is for girls not for guys. I may or may not go back.

Decent food for a decent price. The marinara pizza is pretty good, and nice with some extra chilli oil. The star of the meal for me was the sparkling peach wine which I could have all day every day (Peschella). It’s a definite must try for those who drink.

Usually I avoid Italian chains as I independent trattoria are usually better. Went with a large group for lunch the service was friendly but not too tentive. The menu has a decent selection of pizzas and pasta with its Italian cuisine specialising from Naples. The wait wasn't too long however the food was average. For the price of my dish I would have expected something much better. Food is average but not terrible but the price is definitely not worth it. ☹️

We went on Saturday, it was quieter then I thought for a busy hot Sat actually but I think more people were in the city or at the beach! We ordered the burrata, garlic bread for starters which were very good. Me and my sister ordered pomodoro spagetti. I found it to be dry as it wasnt what i was expecting, so i asked the waiter if they could put more sauce on it, they kindly did but then it was way too saucy, i was too hungry to send it back again though, next time i will just ask for the sauce on the side. My Mum ordered their deep dish pizza which she didnt like so we sent it back but they did not kindly charge us for it. She ordered a starter instead. Overall, staff are very friendly and good hygiene with tables.

It was tasty but the quantity was extremely small. I wouldn't call this good value for money at all. That being said, the pizzas looked decent so go for that. If you're hungry avoid the pasta dishes

I try PANUOZZO inside A lot aubergine 🍆 Maybe is better do with MORE mix…eggs ham tomato aubergine But is not right because have too many aubergine 75% with too much oil of course also too much salt. Second time of visiting and still as good. The staff are friendly and seem to want to be there. The sourdough base on the pizzas is the lightest tastiest base I have ever had and a new batch of dough is made every day. Although it is a small chain of restaurants you feel as though it is a stand alone establishment. wines are reasonably priced for London. Worth the five minute walk off the beaten track .

I am gluten intolerant and have tried a few different gluten free pizza options that have been quite average. Tonight I visited Rossopomodoro and had their gluten free Ventura pizza and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! My partner had the normal base Margherita and thoroughly enjoyed it! With authentic Italian thought behind the preparation and cooking process. Game of two halves really. Ate lunch here today. Place was quite empty so zero atmosphere. Food was actually great, the Calzone was delicious, really good, with well seasoned dough. The two stars are docked for the service. The 3 three different girls who waited at our table were cold, unsmiling, unwelcoming and general lacking in friendly customer service. Plenty of nice Italian restaurants in North London, service makes ALL the difference. Won't be back, despite the food.

Had lunch here on a day dashing round Camden. We were pleased it was quiet as everywhere else was so manic although it did slightly lack in atmosphere. Diavola pizza was delicious as was the croquette starter - make sure you get it withthe cheese and truffle sauce. I really enjoyed eating at the Rossopomodoro in Camden. It’s very nice and warm inside. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. The pizza dough was crusty and delicious!!! Last Sunday shopping in Camden, came by this lovely looking restaurant. On the day didn’t feel like having meat for lunch so we ordered from their vegetarian selection. Great lunch Spot! Popped in here for lunch, the pizzas are amazing however the wait for the food to come was around 45 minutes, which was a slight downfall. Would definitely recommend the mozzarella croquet for a starter. Fresh lemonade was a nice touch.

We came for a pre-cinema pizza so we didn't have too much time. A really nice manager or host approach us straight away and since the place was full, she offered us to seat on the bar until a table would be available. Since we didn't have much time she even offered us to have our pizza on the bar and so we did. The service on the bar was as great as on a table and pizza was amazing. All ingredients are of the best quality. We had a great experience and we'd definitely come back for more.

The prices were generally okay (my pizza marinara costs about 6 pound, while the pizza of my accompaniment with pesto and vegetables was about 12 pounds), besides that we noticed on the bill, that one beer is 6.45! Like all the branches of Rossopomodoro I've tried, consistently good authentic Neapolitan style pizza and bubbly Italian staff. Plenty of seating here and was easy to get a table on a Sunday lunchtime. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars for me is that the vegetarian options for pizza are a bit limited, and I really wish they'd bring the excellent deep fried pizza!

I went here twice in a week. The food is great, quick and tasty. However, on my second visit the staff essentially forgot about me and I couldn't get anyone's attention, which was a shame because I wanted to try the chocolate sorbet and have an espresso. Instead, I put the money on the table and just left. Cynically, I think they had me marked as a low value customer. Disappointing.

By far and away my favourite pizza place and one of my favourite discoveries of 2017. This time I had the simplest pizza on the menu, the Marinara - just tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and basil - and despite the simplicity it was still miles better than what you'd get at any other pizza chain. The service is great, the atmosphere is nice and it's reasonably priced, particularly given the quality of the food. They were playing 'Scatman (Ski Ba Bop Ba Dop Bop)' as I walked in, but I'll forgive that one minor setback: unicorns do not exist.

Would have loved signs on the menu for vegetarian options not just vegan (I just love cheese and vegan cheese doesn't cut it unfortunately) which would make scouring the menu easier. Nice decor amongst predictably typical unkempt exposed brick industrial interiors. Warm welcome, mildly inexperience wait staff, unsure where to sit you, unsure whether to let you taste the wine, unsure to interrupt or not, or to take menus etc., but effective and friendly. Delicious pizza but incredibly sparse toppings. Really stingy in this regard. Base was soft, sour-dough-like, but soggy in the middle. Pricey for what you get - Pizza's £10-14 even for take away! Great food especially the Aubergine Parmagiana and the Nutella Tiramisu! The restaurant wasnt busy at all and we had a booking for 1630 but when we arrived at 1640 out table still hadnt been set up so had to wait. Service was slow as seemed understaffed but the actual customer service by wait staff was excellent and did seem like a staffing numbers issue as the staff that were therr looked run off their feet but still gave friendly service. This was the only thing stopping a 5 star review. Would definitely visit again.

Being an Italian living in London, it has been difficult to find authentic Italian cuisine. However Rossopomodoro has achieved that. Their pizza is reminiscent to that which I was raised with in Naples. The portion sizes are quite large especially for the Sant'Agata (a folded pizza stuffed with cheese and salami). For a foodie like me, this is definitely a plus. The staff are almost all Italian, extremely friendly and very passionate about the food. Unfortunately, the experience has been different recently compared to when I first ate there several years ago. I can't quite say what has changed but it hasn't lived up to its previous standards.

Great food - terrible service. Were not served by one waiter, but rather had to try to get a different waiter's attention each time we needed something. Took so long to get someone's attention to order our food and dessert, and to try to ask for the check. Rossopomodoro is a fantastic Italian food restaurant. Try the specials - the buffalo mozzarella cheese, parma ham and bruschetta meal to share was the best I've tasted in England. The authentic Italian pizza base and pizzas all taste great. The restaurant caters for gluten-free diets too - with a special pizza base if requested. The strong Italian beers make a nice change. Or try the homemade lemonade [pictured] if you are looking for a soft drink. Music that plays is always good too - I've Shazam'd several of the songs I've heard there! The toilet walls are quite amusing too - in a good way. Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Go!
