Lovely Italian restaurant owned by Napolitan ( which is always a plus ) loved the dishes. The house wine could be better. The environment was beautiful and very cozy.

Went to San Pietro for a Valentine's dinner, and the food was lovely. I would have to say that the service was a bit hit and miss, with not just us, but the tables either side of us, having to keep calling someone over to take a drinks order or clear plates, etc. Not all the time, it has to be said, and maybe because they were quite busy when we first arrived. The reason for me dropping another star, however, is how bright it was in there! People have described it as being cozy, but for us it was anything but - the lighting was far too bright for a restaurant serving dinner, and not just on Valentine's! It was more akin to a café during the day. It would certainly have gotten four stars had they dimmed the lighting and maybe had some candles or similar on the tables.

Great, cozy place. Excellent service and very tasty food. Lots of fish and pizza options, yet you will not find some of the dishes in any other place around. Hand made crisps or fried zucchini are a great starter and quite big. The mains are not too small and not too big, just the right size. Lots of wine options. The service is friendly, polite and helpful. Perfect for nice evening for a couple. Bit more on the expensive side but really worth its price. We enjoyed the evening a lot and already planing to visit it again.

Fab food and interior. I'm taking one star for the service. I dined there with a group of people I have just met apart from the lady who invited me to join them. Me and her, we decided to share a puzza. When they brought it to us, it was sliced quite unequally. In addition my part had less mozzarella. The lady who is older than me was confused and I didn't want to make things worse for her by mentioning it. But I was disappointed. It might sound pity but it's little things like this that make a difference.

A welcoming, elegant, cosy Italian restaurant, in the heart of Kensington. It’s incredibly delicious fine dining Italian cuisine. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming; and very attentive. The quality of the food is 10/10, and they use very fresh ingredients. The quantity of the food is also great, as you won’t leave here hungry; since the appetisers are quite filling. This place is more of a hidden gem, away from the bustling main road, in a lovely residential area, where you enjoy lovely food without the noise from outside. It’s also a lovely place to celebrate for a romantic dinner or for a special occasion. They have a great selection of choices, from pizza to pasta, and also signature dishes with occupy of a large array of selection of wine choices. I highly recommend this place for food lovers, and If you’d like to have exquisite Italian fine dining experience. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend this place! :)

We decided to go to San Pietro after reading some great reviews online. You feel like you are transported to Italy when walking into the restaurant. We were greeted in Italian by the front of house and most (if not all) the waiters were Italian too. The quality of the seafood was outstanding, some of the best that I’ve had in London. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. 10/10 will be back.

Really fabulous. I'd call it a classic Italian neighbourhood restaurant. It's mostly fish which is brilliantly fresh. Portions are huge and good value for the size. All about simplicity, freshness and seasonality. The wine list is broad in its European coverage and you'll find plenty of good choices

Little gem in the heart of Kensington, I'm almost reluctant to write a review because I don’t want our local restaurant to become too crowded! Opened at the beginning of the year, this Italian restaurant is serving dishes cooked to perfection and prepared with high quality ingredients. The menu includes a lot of fresh fish, as well as the usual pizza and pasta. Prices are reasonable considering the quality, expect £15 for a pizza or pasta, £20-30 for a fish main course. Inside, the atmosphere is delightful, simple yet refined decoration, bistrot type tables. The place is fairly small, no booking required (yet)...I expect it won’t be the case for much longer!

The first time in San Pietro Restaurant. We met the owner Andrea and he was so kindly and make special our dinner. We had the free welcome drink with good Prosecco and Frittata di Pasta. I think this is the best way to start. We ate fish menu, and everything it was really fresh and so Good. Come for the food, stay for the vibes. Let me get this out of the way - the food is fantastic. Mind you, that is "fantastic" in the same way that the food in your neighborhood trattoria in Italy is fantastic - not Perfect, but certainly waaaay better than you can make, or heck, you'd probably get wherever you live. Also, fantastic in the sense of the waiter straight up telling you to not get something 'cos it isn't all that good that day. The vibes are very much "Italy meets England", i.e., when the service is good, it's very very good, and when it's bad, it's straight up British (you can't see, hear, or find the waiter for a good 30 minutes, so touch luck on that glass of grappa.) And yet, the place has heart, the people are nice, and the food, like I said, is fantastic!
