A relatively quiet corner of the British Museum, in spite our visit being on a busy, autumn afternoon. A fair amount of space is available for the peckish museumgoer to enjoy perfectly acceptable pizza, without being excessively priced.
Big portions. Good prices. Yummy food. In the British Museum. Single serve pizzas can be ordered off the kids portion of the menu.
Backward system wherein you must somehow claim a table then go and order (by table number), hoping that no one else claims your table during that time.
The pizza and ice cream are both really forgettable.
Topping it all of, the site is none too convenient to the galleries.
Normal UK pub setup. Note your table number and then get in line to order. They bring you the food. Everything was a bit pricey for the value and portion size. Friendly and patient staff.
Great value, great pizza, I expected higher prices, so was pleasantly surprised.
Decent price, decent quality, wait isn't over long. Definitely on the better end of museum food in my experience.
Service was prompt and pizza was good. The highlight was the Italian super food salad and the apple tart, please try them when you come.
Very good pizza the dough was soft and the flavours explode in your mouth
OK food. Nice Parma ham & melon for example. Not too hugely priced for a museum. Clean and serviceable.
I use to eat at Gallery Café when possible. Food is very fresh and delicious. Staff is very kind. There's plenty of space where sitting.
I got here a little before the lunch time rush and had a rather pleasant experience. I ordered one of their personal pizzas, which was plenty of food. Definitely was no where near the best pizza I have ever had, but it served its purpose and allowed me to begin Round 2 of the museum tour with a full stomach!
Very good pizza!!
Pizzas were tasty, and the chef who made it went beyond all.
The pizza there is just paradise. Being italian, I can tell you that it's the best pizza. You have to try it
What a surprise inside the British museum great pizza at a great price for London. Top draw.
Good quality pizza, freshly made with fresh ingredients
Fresh pizza in a corner of the British Museum, child-friendly
Ok ... not great. Quick stop over for a Lunch in the British Museum.
It's okay. Had tee and coffee there nothing special service was pore
Excellent pizzas. The employees are very kind
Nice simple restaurant to take a food break from the Museum.
For a pizzeria in a museum this was much better than expected. We had a pizza, a Ceaser's salad, a scone, cake, coffee and hot chocolate. The pizza came fresh out of a pizza oven and the dough and toppings were tasty. The cake and beverages were good, only the scone was a little on the dry side.
You have to find a table and then order at the cashier and give your table number. That was a little confusing for foreign tourists, but the staff was helpful. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Mateo loved his pizza and ice cream!
Tasty
Tasty but not much selection.
Fresh and hot pizza, amazing White wine!!!
Thanks!!!
A absolute gem, sensibly priced and good quality.
Fair price and taste. Not too good
Great food. Nice service.
Good for a quick bite and a glass of wine
Great good, lovely calm atmosphere
Surprisingly good for a museum restaurant
That was a very nice pizza was very tasty and good priced!
Nice food in the British museum
Not bad for a museum cafe!
Pretty good food and pizza
Amazing vegan pizza
Great service and pizza
Coffee and cake were lovely
Very nice staff and great service.
Very good
Ok place.
Yummy pizza.
Surprisingly amazing pizza! Properly stone baked with very good quality ingredients. Definitely the best food I've had in a museum! We'll visit again.
Nice pizza
Super.
Partially good.

Good taste
Great
Some staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pizza came quickly and was lovely quality. However the mochas we ordered were lukewarm, the girl who took our order was quite rude and there were staff arguing with each other in front of the customers. A bit disappointing really.
Super
Great value
OK
(Translated) Excellent chicken pesto pizza at an affordable price and exquisite place. Water for children is free and they are fast and friendly in treatment. I loved! I never thought I would eat so well in a museum.

Excelente pizza de pollo al pesto a un precio asequible y lugar exquisito. El agua para los niños es gratuito y son rápidos y amables en el trato. Me encantó! Nunca pensé que comería tan bien en un museo.
A spacious restaurant with fast service in the British museum. We eat good pizzas. Practical when visiting the museum and when you are a little hungry. Affordable price around £11 per pizza.
The pizzas are good, the prices are fair because you can eat directly in the museum. Very fast service if you go just before noon. Children's meals are plentiful. Recommended if you want to extend the visit
Within everything looted in this museum there is not the recipe for a decent pizza
The gluten-free pizza leaves a lot to be desired. The dough is very thin and they bake it too much, making it too hard. Also, the recipes are not particularly attractive. In my case, I ordered the Pesto Chicken, whose base is pesto. The ingredients were placed on the pizza in any way and the cheese was not even melted, but cut directly from the slice.
The salmon salad, however, was very delicious.
The food is nothing extraordinary but is good and affordable (price of a classic pizza £11). However, it is its location which is impeccable: in the British museum which allows you to make a visit immediately afterwards.
The service is fast and efficient and we don't have to go and get the dishes, they are brought after giving the table number
Very good and quick preparation!
Very good and fast preparation
Delicious pizza at a very reasonable price. It's well worth checking it out. Due to being some what of a hidden gem it never gets overcrowded, so it's pretty great to get a bit of a breather when the museum gets super busy.
This is a type of restaurant where you first decide on a table and then order. The pizza was delicious. The lemonade had a lot of lemon in it.
Acceptable! Maybe I don’t like it very much!
For a museum restaurant the quality is correct (good pizza, affordable children's menu) and the staff is pleasant. Clean place
Good price to be inside the Museum, the pizzas are made fresh, there is free water in jugs.
A simple pizzeria that looks better than good food. The waiters were very friendly.
The pizza is strange because the ham is added after baking. The soup, however, was very tasty.
The food is good, just pizzas and salads, it has a children's menu.
British curiosity.
A pizzeria in a museum.
Pizzas ready very quickly and very good.
Very convenient place for a lunch break inside the British Museum
(Translated) Well organized, lots of queues, but they are very agile. Prices ... London prices ...

Ben organitzat, molta cua, però son molt àgils. Preus... London prices...
A good cafe large enough not to be noisy. Great soup. The ice cream is also good idea believe, I didn't get to taste the blueberry my nephew made it vanish
Good place to stop off visiting the British Museum and have a pizza
Inside the British Museum with wonderful pizzas and efficient staff.
Good food, quality/price ratio ok (because it is London).
Very fast service and tasty pizza
Very good pizzas and place
In the middle of the British Museum. Affordable pizzas, tasty!
Pseudo self-service, but you can't eat badly without having to leave the Museum.
(Translated) Super delicious pizzas

Super leckere Pizzen
Price quality very good.
She is considered the most beautiful for this position.
It feels a bit like a school canteen. Tables are not cleaned too quickly. The vegan pizza was a bit boring. But it was cooked well. The portion of the salads was really good.
