The vegan wings didnt taste great and were cold in the middle, pasta was okay but the pizza was nice. Most of the vegan options items were out of stock.

Amazing place so accommodating we went there for lunch with 6 assistance dogs and there handlers and they really did make us all feel welcome even during a busy lunch service. Staff were amazing and the food was great. I would definitely recommend and go there again 😊

The guy who took our order was a great person. Nice experience.

Got seated quickly and staff were friendly and efficient. Food was alright: I had the Dough Balls and the weren't hot enough to melt the garlic butter so they ended up being bland. The Meatballs were tasty but the pasta sauce a little bland too (easily solved with salt though or pamasean which the server offered). The rest of the table got the Louisiana Hot wings to start which were highly rated.

The cocktails were so tasty, brilliant 80s themed music and diner aesthetic, delicious food- our server Calvin was so lovely, made sure we were looked after but also left us to enjoy our meal and was very casual and approachable :)

Me and my partner recently came here, the service was great from a lovely girl called Ellie and her manager euanne aswell as the rest of the staff who very helpful when we asked for extra sauces. the food came out really quick and everything came out piping hot. portion sizes were decent and would definitely recommend booking a table.

Visited this restaurant today with my partner. The restaurant felt very cold which was not ideal since we were expecting a warm cozy place to enjoy a meal. Food was hot and very tasty. However our server, don’t remember his name was a tall slim lad, was quite rude and didn't make us feel very welcomed. Overall the atmosphere was not good enough for us to be coming back.

Was seated very quickly but the lady was quite rude when we asked if we could order quickly. However Tim Came to our table to ask us for our order, he was very efficient and polite. Visited for my nieces farewell meal before she sets off travelling. Tim was our server and what a fantastic guy! There was 15 including children and Tim did a fantastic job. Good service and attentive staff to start with. then...... Order missing garlic bread , asked twice (as first waitress seemed uninterested) and when it arrived it was raw and swimming in oil. Macaroni cheese was smaller than I thought but as I had ordered garlic bread this would have been ok but it was very dry...edible but dry. OH had steak which was nice. Very loud background music and very dark...even the nice waitress agreed it was too dark

Visited this restaurant as a treat before visiting Manchester Arena, our server was Dave and he made the experience very enjoyable. It is my third time dining in a Frankie and Bennys restaurant and it was the best service we have had. He made our table of 6 constantly laugh and allowed us to feel relaxed, and also engaged in conversation with us about the show we were going to see.

This has become one of my partner and I's favourite go-to spot when we're in Manchester. The food is lovely, the music could be a little louder but overall our experience is always great. Went to Printworks F & B today, lovely waitress, one of twins that works there, couldn't do enough for us, but the food today was not the best. Ordered olives, nice flavour, but very small portion, dough balls were quite chewy, had goats cheese pizzas, both myself and husband were disappointed, took ages to arrive, were there for an hour before mains came. Not great pizza, all we could taste was caramelized chutney flavour, which overpowered the scanty amount of goats cheese. Brownies for dessert which were nice. Gave a tip, but only for the nice waitress, who saved it from being not the best experience, usually expect better from F & Bs

service was great.. that being said it does not make up for the poor food.. my wife ordered mac and cheese with pulled pork there was two strands of pulled pork nothing else. on top of that she burnt her finger on the bowl as the service boy didnt mention the bowl would be hot.. i haf the sirloin steak in which i requested medium rare and it came out medium well.. the plate looked like it was a childs menu portion was not worth the money paid. we both left hungry and wrnt else where for more food. other frankie and bennys we have been yo have been great how ever this would we are definitely going to avoid in the future

I made a review for this and accidentally deleted it so instead of re writing that chunk of text I'll summerise it, all you need to know is that the food is perfect and the *staff are beyond amazing*. There are vegan and vegetarian dishes or at least Im sure you can ask a member of staff to alter a dish to become vegan. Finally, the freak shakes are delicious I 100% recommend them as well as the food isn't too pricey especially if you use the vouchers/deals found within the app. The only criticism I have for the place is the toilet cubicle locks in the men's room were broken. Does that sound great to you? I hope so as there's so many places to visit nearby as well like; Vue Cinima, shopping centres, outdoor sitting areas, street artists etc... 👌
