H.love love love this place! their decorations and outside view are so nice. very cool retro looking space.
on to the food: i never knew vegan pizza could be so good - the mushroom pizza really exceeded my expectations. garlicky, creamy, hot, crispy airy crust. all in all amazing. tastes better than it looks too. the upside down margherita pizza is cheesier than expected but it’s great! (i just personally prefer more of tomato sauce). their smoked salmon cream cheese pizza wasn’t available just now :( so i def would want to go here again for that.
i highly highly recommend people to visit!

I’m very indecisive so couldn’t really settle on just one 14 inch or 22inch pizza so I headed straight for the 22inch slice options. I ordered “Do You ‘Roni honey?” & the Burrata slices. Both absolutely tasty AF with he Burrata being super garlicky, which I love.
I also had a cheeky Tommy’s Margarita which was very well balanced and smooth to the taste…no salty rim which was to my liking.
Fabulous addition to the Canal Street area and a place I will be bringing many pals to in future.
M. L.Nell’s is tremendous. The design and fit out are a real step up, and the ethos comes through in spades, plus it’s a fun space to spend time in. All the slices we tried were great, crispy base, plenty of olive oil and top class toppings. Draught beers cover all your modish crafty requirements and the rest of the drinks menu is well put together. Staff were super friendly to us. I hope it settles into Kampus and it deserves to be a popular fixture in the city

Good thing we booked ahead because it was super busy, even on a Thursday night.
Ordered a couple of pizzas between us and they were pretty good, although we definitely over ordered.
Will definitely come again but I need a break from pizza for now 😂
A. K.Had a great time at Nell’s with some friends. We ordered a single 22” pizza to share. Took little bit of time to cook but was very delicious. Pizza and drinks options were interesting and varied.
Would recommend coming here for dinner and drinks, also option to get pizza by the slice for more casual dining.

H. K.My search is finally over. As a native New Yorker born in Brooklyn I have finally found a genuine, amazing, authentic NY slice in the UK. Thank you Manchester. Honestly this pizza could easily compete on the mean streets of Midtown Manhattan. Love the fact that they take their dough prep & rising seriously. I can only hope that copycats across the UK will start popping up asap. Until then I will happily be sure to be finding reasons to be in Manchester to get my fill of this superb pizza.
h.Really delicious pizza. Worth the visit. The space is very pleasant to sit in but can feel a little "hollow" at quiet times. Beautiful setting on the other side of Canal Street. A mistake on the bill (to be fair this happens all the time in restaurants now) was rectified gracefully but it did take a while.
I. D.Popped to Nell's after work for a bite to eat. The staff were really on it. No waiting around, got our drinks orders in, sat at our table and tried to decide what to get.
My friend and I went for a pizza each (warning they are very big) I went for the pepperoni, honey pizza with a dip.
Within about 10 minutes both pizzas turned up and we soon tucked in. The pizzas were just so good! We both demolished the pizzas.
Would not fault the service, food or environment. Will be back in the future!
