Popular dinning place in Eldon square, friendly staffs and decent portion size, good value for money. The lunch deals are great, although the quality of the food is not the best, one of my beef wraps is a bit cold, the cake was not what I imagined but was beautifully presented. Overall for the prize you pay, the portion and food is good.

Had a Just Eat delivery from here, from the Stacks menu on Just Eat. It came on time still hot and superbly packaged 👌 I got the Stacks for one meal deal which was 5 jalapeño poppers, hot sauce, buffalo beef stack burger, cajun fries and a can of cola everything was delicious, cant wait to try another burger from their menu 👌😁👍

Good access to the restaurant. The food is good with plenty of choice. There's plenty of seating room for various numbers of people. It can be accessed by wheelchairs. Downside is the lighting is dim and I don't know if there's a toilet. There are toilets upstairs and you can get to them via an escalator or a lift. Service is first class.

Lovely food in very generous portions. Very generous portion sizes, pasta dish willingly wrapped up for us when we couldn't manage it all. Very friendly and helpful staff, in particular our waitress Emma who was extremely welcoming and never left us feeling neglected!

Food was great everywhere nice and clean as you'd expect. The 5 stars is because of how thoroughly they were already prepared to deal with my daughters allergies. it’s been good both times i’ve been. food is relatively well priced compared to similar places and the service is fast. only things are they play their music a bit too loudly and their hot sauce is terrible lmao

My bf and I have been for some lunch and we aren’t very keen on returning. The cheesy garlic bread wasn’t too bad but very oily and had pancake texture ,my cheese burger was very basic and not that enjoyable and the cheesy bacon fries were disgusting . Our waitress was very friendly but didn’t question why both of us had untouched plates and it took a ridiculous amount of waiting just to pay the bill (I presume that was due to the fact that they got a big table of children in ) All in all not that great and would rather go somewhere else next time .

Went into the F&B tonight for a meal alone and I felt well welcomed and served throughout. My waitress Sally was exceptional at waitressing, not only myself but the many tables she was attending. She branded an incredible smile and maintained a professional, delightful and swift service throughout, thanks Sally, you were probably just doing your job but you gave me a great experience. Also My food was perfectly cooked, I had the House Burger, Broccolini and fries, all delicious, it arrived at my table swiftly. The selection of non alcoholic beer was small but did not lack in quality, I had the Btl of Brooklyn Special effects, would recommend. I will be certainly coming back In the future, keep up the great work girls and guys. Meal cost for 1 burger with fries and side, with one btl of beer £19.20 great value.

Great experience here. Waited a bit for a table but the manager was great and very friendly, the staff were great and the service was very prompt and efficient. My children are very fussy but they loved their pizzas. The chocolate brownie is to die for!! Very much recommend, overall a really great experience with the family and felt very covid safe too.

I took my girlfriend here yesterday, and we thourouly enjoyed the food. The customer service was amazing, and our food, which was extremely delicious, was ready in less than 10 mins. I ordered a pizza, which was perfect, and my girlfriend enjoyed a spaghetti and meatballs. After we ordered deserts, again presented beautifully and tasted like heaven. I would recommend this place to anyone of any age. This place is perfect for family meals, dinner dates, parties and anything you can think of. Also, you can pay using Intu gift cards, which as always a bonus.

It's like most Frankie & Benny's which is good. The lady who served us was really friendly. The main problem was that this fish and chips already was salted and it had a lot of salt. I had to use the tartar sauce to maybe make it better but it was too salty for probably anyone's liking. I wouldn't recommend the fish because of the saltiness. The chips and peas were satisfactory though. Other than that, good place to eat with friends.

We go to Frankie and benny’s every week the food is amazing and the service is great. We sometimes go on lunch break and the service is always quick and friendly. Lunch menu is great and the Cajun chicken wraps unreal. The Team are amazing and Lucy always gives us exceptional service and my fave booth if available. We sometimes even have our evening team catch ups here now as we are guaranteed the best service.

Came here with my mam and little brother Friday 30th, had a few issues with my food but the rest was lovely and the little one loved his pizza!!! Leanne was our waitress and was amazing with getting our food sorted and was really nice about me leaving my starter. The manager came over and gave us our bill for free, sooo lovely of him and we even had a nice chat and he totally understood us. Would deffo recommend here, the wrap was really nice too😊😊 and the 3yr old ate the whole pizza so he would recommend that ❤️

The food was ok. Quite pricey. The drinks were not good. I had the american pie and there was no apple flavour at all. Dr pepper was flat, told staff and they told me becaude the drink was brown it couldn't have been out. The drink had a faint brown colour. When it came to paying the bill, we waited 25 minutes from them taking the plates and then had to ask 3 people who all said they would get it and didnt.

Everywhere is eldon square was so busy, decided on frankie and bennies. Only had to wait ten minutes and everyone was very helpful and charming. Food choice was varied and my bbq chicken wrap was 10/10. Great to see more options on kids menu and the kids loved their food, so fresh. Although they were under pressure, the staff were always smiling and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

The woman at the front desk welcomed us warmly and immediately took us to our seats . My gran has an egg allergy and they have an app to tell them what’s in the food . The service was amazing and the staff were friendly and happy to help . When we went it was lunch time so it was really busy but we still got our food in a reasonable time . I ordered Chocolate Fudge Cake to take home, I was really pleased with the service i recieved, staff were friendly, the cake came in a bag then it was wrapped up in a box and very secure, I really enjoyed the chocolate fudge cake it was really nice i had it with a cup of tea such a nice treat, I would definitely buy the fudge cake again and would recommend Frankies and Bennys.

Visited here for a quick bite to eat, staff were amazing! Considering it was packed! Had to wait a little while for a table which was understandable considering the amount of customers. Had a nice drink at the bar (bartenders are hilarious and cute) waiters were running a mile a minute they were so busy but there was not wait on food and considering again how busy it was the service was exceptional!

Today I popped into Frankie & Benny's and straight away I was greeted by Liz One of the nicest Mangers ever! When we arrived we asked for 3 separate bills and the waitress said the was fine, the food was nice but the waitress kept making mistakes and when we finished she took our plates and then disappeared for 5 minutes, the next time we saw her she was leaving so she forgot about us and when we asked for the bill from other staff it took them 4 tries to get to a 3 way even split when one persons food was only half that but it was getting ridiculous so we paid and left.
