R.Bit too expensive for me I prefer the amazing Gregg's next door. Far better value in there. For those that want decent pizza this place is well appointed. And people seem to like it. Lots of couples seem to gravitate to this place. For a romantic Pizza. I never thought that would be in a sentence of mine. But there it is.
T.Honestly such a great experience, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is beautifully seasoned and prepared, and it all looks so appetising! Really enjoyed our experience here and we will be back!
H. R. (.Tasty food and great service, however the calzone verdure wasn't cooked through - while the outside was cooked and crisp, the vegetables inside were still chilled (colder than room temp). I'm guessing the courgettes and aubergines came frozen and hadn't fully thawed out? It still tasted great, it's just a shame about the temperature.
I loved the rosemary chutney bread, it's a pity it was limited edition for the holidays.

R. D.Pizza Express in Eldon Square. You can’t fault the food or service, both excellent. Doughballs are always a winner, Peroni nice and cold.
Locations a bit soulless, inside the shopping centre. I liked the other one of the hill more, shame that closed.
Tiramisu for pud, the Amaretto Dolce Vita is, sadly, no more.

They would ask if we wanted something and walk off before we all had a chance to speak up and in one case, actually walked off before everyone got a chance to order their drinks. 2 of our pizzas got given to another table, so we had to wait a little longer for everyone to have their food.
The meal was very good. Only that the staff seemed too busy, even though it wasn't actually that busy. Will definitely visit again, just hopefully that staff will be a little bit more polite

M. W.A Monday lunchtime in January may not be the busiest time, but the restaurant was less than a quarter full, so was really lacking in atmosphere. The food, however, was excellent as ever, as was the service and value for money. The 'two for one' deal on main courses and free doughballs for completing a feedback survey onlineafe it great value - let's hope Pizza Express can survive these tough times!

Pizza we had to share was amrgarehita it was nice I loved it the other didn't too much black pepper for their pallet not liking strong or spicy toppings however I was fine with it so each to their own.
They had music on and it wasn't overcrowded all in all a pleaeent experience.
G.Went for a 3 year old's birthday, food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. They bought a 'cake out' (a candle in a strawberry, as she didn't want any cake) and sang happy birthday to her. They were very accommodating, and apologetic when they didn't have an item on the menu that they thought they had. A great meal out.

S. S.Decent pizzas with a choice of base. Lovely dolcette - coffee and a small dessert, including my favourite Caffe Reale which is baby figs with marscapone and cream, plus a real cappuccino with a proper shake of chocolate on top. Short staffed, but good and friendly service nevertheless. Recommended!
