Pizzas were good, but it's been a while since I have eaten out so a big shock when the bill came £65 for 3 Pizza's 1 child's pasta sides and a soft drink each.

We love pizza hut and there are barely any left where we live so it's always a treat to go when we are on the island. This visit we went at a weekend during the heatwave. It wasn't too busy and as you order via an app its simple enough unless you are having issues with an overheating phone. We ordered a deal so it was pretty reasonable price wise. Unfortunately our pizza was a bit overcooked but its the fries that were our biggest issue. They were vile. It actually looks as though they are cooked under a grill? You got that effect where half are raw and half are cremated. So unless you really want fries I'd give them a miss. The only other thing of note was it was absolutely freezing in there! I mean freezing! My husband had to go and buy a cardigan for my daughter it was that cold. It was nice as it was 30 degrees plus outside but a bit of a shock to the system. The staff seemed lovely but as you order via app you don't get to speak to them very much. It was clean and accessible for wheelchair users.

The pizzas were very good and nice and hot. Staff were very good.
Using the app after downloading and installing it was a bit of a faff but easy to do.
I rather have someone take the order, but if you are short staffed it helps greatly.
Overall a great experience.

As ever a good experience at Pizza Hut, we took our little one for lunch. We had to sit her at the table though as all the high chairs were in use. Food was the same good standard, we would of appreciated a little more variety in the toppings on the pizzas for the buffet. The unlimited ice cream is always a winner, but someone decided to empty all the chocolate drops onto the sauces drip tray as they couldn't get them out of the shaker. Messy but tasty none the less.

Good food. Was busy and they forgot the desserts for a long while, but it happens. Also amazing to see people who never eat salad in their life go wild for the salad bar. Weird. Cheese and onion pizza a good addition to buffet.

We were told there would be a wait of up to 30 minutes for food, which was fine. After 40 / 50 minutes, we were approached by our server 'What was it you ordered' ? It turns out our order had been 'mislaid' so we had to wait a further 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. Over an hour to wait is unacceptable, especially as numerous Just Eat / Deliveroo take away orders were processed during this time. The pizzas, when they arrived, were very tasty, but take away orders seem to be prioritised over eat-in diners.
