We were served and tended to very well by the team and given free pizzas due to minor issues with our original dishes - which we were also given. This effectively meant we got our order twice for the price of just the original bill. Everyone makes mistakes, but can't fault the redress by the server.

Ordered2 pizzas for collection on way back from hospital. I had just been picked up and was starving and didnt want to cook. Pizza were hot and freshly made. Chatting with server I had a free salad and garlic bread as they had no goats cheese for my pizza. Such a lovely thought as feeling sore from my operation still. Staff so nice and full of smiles. Really friendly. Tables werent too full. Salad was clean and full. Highly recommend.

I do love a Pizza hut pizza every now and again, I'd have voted 5 stars but our food took 50 minutes from ordering to the table and then we got the wrong sides... It was very busy but others who ordered after us got served considerably quicker. The staff were quick to apologise for the delay.

Despite having a somewhat awful experience with Pizza Hut delivery (St James, Northampton), and therefore being apprehensive when attending your Pizza Hut Northampton Sixfields restaurant, our server Millie exemplified EVERYTHING that your Pizza Hut Delivery Manager did not. Millie was extremely friendly and courteous once we were seated, very helpful when navigating the vegan options, but far more importantly and noteworthy was the fact that she took the time to stand there chatting and joking with us in a very confident and pleasant manner that belied her young age. A very nice meal and experience.

Got to the Sixfields branch late evening and was warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The branch is clean and tidy and as each customer left their table the table was thoroughly cleaned. The food was well presented and of a good quality. Price wise it is pretty good and has some deals in store. The branch also has a take away service. All in all a good night, great staff and good food.

I like the food at Pizza Hut, but a few things let out experience down. I rang and booked for 12 people for my daughters birthday. We arrived and they did not have the booking so we had to wait for a table. The women who served us was ok. It annoyed me abit that she asked and took payment when we was eating our food, I found this strange. Also didn’t take the blue light card as was before 3 o clock, if she had waited to take payment when we left it would of been 4 o’clock so way after 3. Felt rushed and first time iv never left a tip. Had to ask them to clear table as was sitting there for a good half hour after we had finished. Not the best experience

My children love Pizza Hut so you were a regular haunt. I say 'were'. I'm sure my children will continue to visit however now you insist we order online and have to request a human waiter/waitress coupled with pay as you go not pay on departure also card not cash you've lost my custom and your staff have lost their tips. Welcome to 21/22 - well done! Your food - neither excites nor disappoints. Your staff - make the event, such a shame you discourage their interaction in favour of online apps! Also - from a sales perspective, humans upsell so much better then an app. The three star rating is for the young lady who did tend to our table - once requested. She was also absolutely fantastic at handling the children's party on our neighbouring table. Well done she!

When I visited the Pizza Hut in Northampton sixfields today I received the best service I have ever received visiting a restaurant. 1. They let us choose our own table 2. They showed us what the different pizza sizes looked like 3. I messed up my order but they corrected it for us without any difficulty Sam the manager really went out his own way to help us. Give the man a pay rise as well as the fantastic and attentive waitress. Thanks again!

Monday 13th Sept On our way back from day out nearby stopped off for meal. Absolutely first class service from Jessica P, charming, witty and made it a fun outing for us. Food excellent apart from slightly poor choice at salad bar. Generally first class a credit to manager and all. The abiding memory was that they looked cheerful and Jessica said it was a great place to work. Thanks.

Went to collect a take-away and the front of house chap noticed a mistake (some toppings missing) before bringing it over. He apologised, got a new pizza on the go immediately and gave me a drink on the house whilst I waited. Nice touch! Great service in the end - much better than getting home and realising the pizza was wrong!

Pizza Hut is an amazing place to come with your friends and enjoy some wonderful pizza! There is also a drink factory where you can pay and then get as many drinks as you like (the drinks are super nice). My favourite bit of Pizza Hut was the icecream, you could pay and then you could have as much icecream as you like including sweets and sauce to put on your icecream. Pizza Hut is a great place.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. We are seated and drinks order was taken. We were given time to chose from the menu and our order was taken. Food arrived in good time and although there was a slight mix up the staff were fast to make up for this. Salad bar was well stocked and the drinks were topped up regularly. Visited for a family birthday. The buffet is now available 7 days a week, was stocked with a good range of pizzas both thin and thick. I don't like that you now have to pay before eating as it means it's not as easy to tip the staff.

Chicken sizzler Pizza was very nice. Salad bar had good variety to choose from, good starter and side menus available especially the hot ribs and chicken wings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place has good hygiene standards. Toilets were clean. Prices of food are reasonable, dessert options were good. I would highly recommend for family or large group of guests.

Our first time visiting. Staff were nice when welcomed at door and sat us down. Ordered our food but our second pizza was given somewhere else so had to be cooked again, which we didn't mind. Once eating the manager came over with another pizza as he said mine was burnt and sorry about the wait. He said he would box up the pizza and give it to us when we left. Went to other posh pizza establishments first, but with the Texas Meat Meltdown and free salad bar included it was really yummy. The ice cream, Oreo thick shake was a delight. It did take a little while for the pizza to arrive but it was enjoyable and just what we wanted from our pizza. The server she was very easy going and pleasant adding to the dining experience.

Its pizza. Yes it's expensive, yes it's usually full of kids birthday parties and yes, sometimes the ice cream machine is broken. You know what, I dont care. Never, ever, EVER had a bad meal here. Now reopened post covid! The new "Bluffet" isn't exactly what you'll remember with the buffet but everything is fresh. You now order fresh pizzas one after another without ever leaving your table. Selection of pizzas is one of 4 but still the same ish as what was availabe on the old buffet. BE WARNED: the drinks have not reduced in price but are now NOT refillable!!! £2.25 for a glass!!! On discovering this the manager was pretty apologetic as it is obviously hard to defend but did give us 1 free refill. Overall the food was great and making the best of a bad situation. Only bad point was the drink prices but the free refill offered rescued this from being 1 star!

It can be seen as a bit more pricey compared to other pizza chains though for the value of food you get, although one benefit of Pizza Hut is you get an unlimited salad offering as well as unlimited drinks available. My family have been going to this Pizza Hut for years, whether it's to celebrate birthdays or any other occasion. The new decor and menu have refreshed the place nicely and it's a pleasure to come here for pizza because you know it's always going to be to that specific Pizza Hut standard. The new menu has even more classics available for vegetarians and people with gluten intolerance, so nobody in the party is left out. The new recipe for the pizza keeps the same great flavours, without leaving you feeling bloated from the doughy base. All the pizzas are thinner and less greasy now, so you feel just right after you share a pizza with a friend or loved one. The refillable salad bowl still comes for free with any main meal, but if you like you can now pay just to have the salad as a main if you're counting the calories. The service is always good, and the staff are keen to help and rectify any issues there may be with the meal. Personally I've never had any issues, but I have noticed when say someone's fries are served cold, a member of the wait staff is always quick to apologise and immediately fetch a replacement, even when the restaurant is packed. They still have the ice cream machine and the customisable Pepsi machine, so you can enjoy Pepsi, 7-Up and Tango with all kinds of different syrups. I personally enjoy Pepsi with either vanilla or strawberry syrup. If you're so inclined you can add syrups to orange Tango. Strawberry syrup in orange tango? Sure, it sounds weird but I'm sure any kids in the group will be keen to try it 😂

They made us a margarita pizza instead of a pepperoni because they misread the order. Someone brought the margarita over to us and told us this and said we can enjoy the margarita while we wait for our pepperoni to cook. Free pizza! We ended up taking home half of a margarita and half of a pepperoni. They could have just not mentioned the margarita and just brought us the pepperoni when it was ready and we wouldn't have known. Great service. It was all delicious too!

First time in a long time i have visited this place. And although that had my favourite cheesy triangles i cannot say its got any better. The service was ok, the pizza was really lovely but was let down by the choice of salad and the ice cream station. Not much choice at either. Salad was pitiful with not alot of choice and no labels to say what the sauces/dips were. Ice cream station had 2 choices of sauces and only 2 choices of sprinkles/treats because it had not been refilled. It has not put me off from going again but would prefer a better choice at the salad bar.

Just came home from Pizza Hut, Sixfields, Northampton. The food was ok, but all glasses we have been given were dirty (obviously we didn't use them). Also can't understand why the waitress came 2-3 times to ask if we have finished with the food, when actually our plates were still full and both pizza that we ordered, were only half eatten. It was 9pm, its not like we stayed there until they close.

Evenings after work around 6 seem to be a good time to visit for dining in without it being too busy.

Always a very busy pizza hut, when we went the sun was shining through the windows which cover all the walls, tell staff couldn't seem to get the blinds down so we were blinded and absolutely boiling. The food is average pizza hut food.
